[0004] Summary of the Invention
[0005] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a packaged pipe and cable with a color identification band to solve the problem that it is difficult to distinguish the functions of multiple pipes and cables after they are combined, and it is inconvenient to identify them.
[0006] In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:
[0007] The present invention provides a packaged cable tube with a colored identification band, comprising an armored protective tube and an encapsulation protective layer. After the armored protective tube is formed, a hollow channel is formed in the center of the tube body, and cables, optical fibers or oil pipes are placed in the hollow channel. The encapsulation protective layer is wrapped around the outer periphery of the armored protective tube; a plurality of the armored protective tubes are arranged in one encapsulation protective layer, and at least one set of colored identification bands is correspondingly provided on the outer peripheral edge of each armored protective tube.
[0008] Furthermore, the armored protective tube is composed of a stainless steel welded tube, and the encapsulation protective layer is composed of a non-metallic material.
[0009] Furthermore, the encapsulation protection layer is designed to be a special-shaped single-layer structure, a double-layer structure or an arc-shaped structure.
[0010] Furthermore, when the encapsulation protective layer is designed as an irregular single-layer structure, recessed areas are provided on the four outer surfaces of the encapsulation protective layer, wherein a plurality of first recessed areas are provided on the longer outer surface, and a second recessed area is provided on the narrower outer surface, and the color identification band is provided at at least one weak point on the outer periphery of each armored protective tube corresponding to the recessed area.
[0011] Furthermore, when the encapsulation protective layer is designed as a double-layer structure, it includes an inner positioning layer and an outer protective layer. The inner positioning layer is arranged on the outer periphery of the multiple hollow channels wrapped with the armored protective tubes, and the side edge of the color identification band away from the armored protective tube is flush with the outer periphery of the inner positioning layer, and the outer protective layer is wrapped on the outer peripheral surface of the inner positioning layer.
[0012] Furthermore, the color identification tape is made of aramid rope, and a single set of color identification tapes is made of multiple strands of single ropes twisted together or multiple single ropes loosely overlapped.
[0013] Furthermore, the colors of the color identification bands at different positions are different, and the colors of multiple groups of color identification bands around the same armored protective tube are the same.
[0014] Furthermore, when three hollow channels are provided in the encapsulation protection layer, the corresponding weak points of the three armored protective tubes are respectively provided with a No. 1 identification band, a No. 2 identification band and a No. 3 identification band.
[0015] A method for preparing the encapsulated tube and cable with a color identification band as described above comprises the following steps:
[0016] Step 1: Preparation of armored protective tube: placing the steel coil raw material on the steel strip coiling equipment, and the starting end of the steel coil raw material passes through the steel pipe forming equipment, steel pipe laser welding equipment, external burr removal equipment, steel pipe drawing equipment, annealing furnace and non-destructive testing equipment in sequence to be processed into the armored protective tube;
[0017] The armored protective tube is rolled up by the armored protective tube winding device to be used in the next process;
[0018] Step 2: Preparation of the encapsulation protective layer: placing the armored protective tube to be encapsulated on the armored protective tube winding device, placing the cable or oil pipe on the cable winding device, and the starting end of the armored protective tube passing through the straightening device, preheating device, identification tape winding device, extrusion device, cooling device, and pulling device in sequence to form an encapsulated tube cable with the encapsulation protective layer;
[0019] The encapsulated tube cable is curled and reeled under the action of the reeling device.
[0020] Furthermore, when the encapsulation protective layer is set to a double-layer structure, the preparation of the encapsulation protective layer includes two steps: 1) placing the armored protective tube to be encapsulated on the armored protective tube winding device, and placing the cable or oil pipe on the cable winding device. The starting end of the armored protective tube passes through the straightening equipment, preheating equipment, identification tape winding equipment, extrusion equipment, cooling device, and traction equipment in sequence to form an encapsulated tube cable with an inner positioning layer. The encapsulated tube cable with the inner positioning layer is curled and reeled under the action of the winding device to be used in the next process; 2) preparation of the outer protective layer, placing the encapsulated tube cable with the inner positioning layer on the winding device, and the starting end of the armored protective tube passes through the straightening equipment, preheating equipment, extrusion equipment, cooling device, and traction equipment in sequence to form an encapsulated tube cable with an outer protective layer. The outer protective layer is wrapped around the outer periphery of the inner positioning layer to form a finished encapsulated tube cable. The finished encapsulated tube cable is curled and reeled under the action of the winding device.
[0021] Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
[0022] The encapsulated cable tube with a color identification band of the present invention comprises an armored protective tube, an encapsulating protective layer, and a color identification band. The encapsulating protective layer is made of a non-metallic material and completely encapsulates the armored protective tube, thereby protecting the armored protective tube and making the cable more oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and heat-resistant, thereby extending its service life. Furthermore, the shape of the encapsulating protective layer can be designed as a special-shaped single-layer structure, a double-layer structure, or an arc-shaped structure according to actual needs. The recessed portion of the special-shaped single-layer structure corresponds to the position of the color identification band, reducing the thickness at the thinnest point and facilitating the tearing and encapsulation of the color identification band, thereby improving work efficiency. Cables, optical fibers, or oil pipes are placed in hollow channels at different locations. The color identification bands are marked with corresponding colors according to their functions, and the marked labels are affixed to the encapsulating protective layer for easy inspection by workers, making it more convenient and quick to use. The color identification band is designed to be formed by twisting multiple strands of single rope or by loosely splicing multiple single ropes. After processing, it can be dyed into various colors. It has high strength and is distinguishable. It can not only distinguish each hollow channel, but also tear the encapsulation to remove the cable or optical fiber from the encapsulation. The cross-sectional area of a single rope is smaller, so it is sharper when tearing, and the tearing operation is more convenient and quick.
[0023] In general, the present invention has an ingenious conception, a compact and reasonable layout, and has the dual functions of transporting oil and transmitting data. The encapsulation protective layer improves the corrosion resistance of the encapsulated pipe and cable, and the color identification tape is arranged at the thinnest point of the encapsulation protective layer to facilitate tearing the encapsulation; each color identification tape has its own color identification, which makes it easy to distinguish the items in each hollow channel when in use.
