The present design can be projected onto a microscope lens or a screen. The present design is an image for displaying information on the evaluation items for the sperm being observed. The selected evaluation items for the observation target can be confirmed by the indications of the states, such as color, brightness, or the like, of the respective objects displayed at the bottom of the image.
