Description

FP260127AEBACKSWING PREVENTION DEVICE FOR CURTAIN, AND CURTAIN HAVING SAME [1] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202410582494.2, filed on May 11, 2024, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entireties. TECHNICAL FIELD[2] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of accessories for security inspection apparatuses, and in particular, to a backswing prevention device for curtain and a curtain having the device. BACKGROUND[3] In security inspection apparatuses such as X-ray machines, curtains are typically provided on two sides of the inspection passage to prevent X-rays in the passage from leaking out of the security inspection apparatus, thereby preventing harm to security personnel, passengers, and other individuals.[4] After an inspection object enters or exits the inspection passage of the security inspection apparatus, the lifted curtain may swing freely. In a case where the distance between the curtain and the optical path is less than the length of the curtain, the curtain may swing to the optical path region. The optical path may include the detection optical path or the imaging optical path, thereby causing false detection or dirty images.[5] To prevent the curtain from swinging back and blocking the optical path, the distance greater than the backswing radius of the curtain must be maintained between the optical path and the curtain. This results in an increase in the overall length of the security inspection apparatus, leading to increased equipment cost and complexity. Alternatively, shortening the curtain reduces the curtain backswing radius, but the protective effect may be reduced. In the related art, a backswing prevention device formed by directly connecting multi-segment backswing prevention plates is provided. However, such a device has poor flexibility and may not be twisted, and the backswing prevention plates are prone to detachment when irregularly shaped objects or improperly placed objects pass through.[6] Therefore, how to provide a backswing prevention device that has good flexibility and is not prone to detachment, while reducing the overall length of the security inspection apparatus and maintaining sufficient curtain length, to prevent the curtain from swinging to the optical path region, is a problem that urgently needs to be solved. SUMMARY[7] The present disclosure provides a backswing prevention device for curtain and a curtain having the device.[8] According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, a backswing prevention device for a curtain is provided, including: a plate-like member; and a strip-like member, N plate-like members are mounted on a side of the strip-like member, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2. [40] All terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the meaning as commonly understood by those skilled in the art, unless otherwise defined. It should be noted that the terms used herein should be construed as having meanings consistent with the context of the present description and should not be construed in an idealized or overly rigid manner.

[41] Where expressions like “at least one of A, B, and C, etc.” are used, they should generally be interpreted in accordance with the meaning of the expression as commonly understood by those skilled in the art (e.g., “a system having at least one of A, B and C” should include, but not be limited to, a system having A alone, having B alone, having C alone, having A and B, having A and C, having B and C, and / or having A, B, C, etc.).

[42] FIG. 1 schematically shows a perspective structural view of a security inspection apparatus 1000. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of backswing of a curtain 400 of the security inspection apparatus 1000 shown in FIG. 1.

[43] It should be noted that FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show schematic structures to assist those skilled in the art in understanding the technical contents of the present disclosure, but are not intended to constitute a limitation of the present disclosure.

[44] As shown in FIG. 1, the security inspection apparatus 1000 may generally include an inspection passage 200, a scanning device 300, a conveying device (not shown in the drawings), and an image processing system (not shown in the drawings). The scanning device 300 may include a radiation source and a detector. The radiation source is configured to emit rays toward the inspection passage 200 to inspect an inspection object 100 passing through the inspection passage 200. The detector is configured to receive at least a portion of the rays to acquire a scanned image of the inspection object 100. The curtain is mounted at an entrance of the inspection passage 200 and / or an exit of the inspection passage 200. The rays may include X-rays. The conveying device is configured to convey the inspection object 100 within the inspection passage 200. The image processing system is configured to process the scanned image acquired by the detector. The conveying device and the image processing system may be appropriately selected according to application scenarios. For example, the conveying device may be a conveyor belt, and the image processing system may be a computer and a display used in conjunction with the security inspection apparatus 1000.

[45] For example, the security inspection apparatus 1000 may be a CT-type security inspection machine, suitable for inspecting whether inspection objects 100 such as packages, suitcases, and handbags include prohibited items such as drugs, explosives, and flammable materials at places such as stations, airports, and docks. The CT-type security inspection machine may generate a three-dimensional scanned image of the inspection object 100 through tomographic scanning, enabling rapid, three-dimensional imaging inspection of the inspection object 100.

[46] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the inspection object 100 moves in a direction from A to B to be sent out of the inspection passage 200. FIG. 2 shows the curtain 400 at the exit of the inspection passage 200. As shown in FIG. 2, after the inspection object 100 passes through the curtain 400 and exits the inspection passage 200, the curtain 400 swings back and forth. When the curtain 400 swings back toward the inspection passage 200, the optical path may be blocked, causing false detection of the inspection object 100 or affecting image formation of the inspection object 100. Specifically, the optical path may be a detection optical path. For example, when the inspection object 100 triggers the detection optical path, it may be determined that the inspection object 100 has exited the inspection passage 200. The optical path may also be an imaging optical path 310, which may scan the inspection object 100 to generate an X-ray image. When the optical path is blocked by the curtain 400, false detection or contamination of the X-ray image may occur.

[47] Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a backswing prevention device 500 and a curtain 400 having the device. With reference to the descriptions of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the technical solutions provided by embodiments of the present disclosure will be further elaborated below.

[48] FIG. 3 schematically shows a structural schematic view of a backswing prevention device 500 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[49] As shown in FIG. 3, the backswing prevention device 500 mounted at the exit of the inspection passage 200 is shown, with the inspection object 100 leaving the inspection passage 200 in the direction from A to B. In the scenario shown in FIG. 3, the backswing prevention device 500 is located between the curtain body and the inspection object 100.

[50] In some embodiments, the curtain 400 includes the curtain body and the backswing prevention device 500. The curtain body includes a proximal end and a distal end, where the proximal end is configured to be fixed to a fixed frame 410. The backswing prevention device 500 is fixed to the proximal end of the curtain body. The curtain 400 may be a lead curtain or a composite curtain including shielding materials, which may shield rays.

[51] In some embodiments, the backswing prevention device 500 is fixed to a side of the curtain body facing the inspection passage 200, thereby preventing the curtain strip from swinging back toward the inspection passage 200 (i.e., direction A) and blocking the optical path.

[52] In some embodiments, the backswing prevention device 500 may be mounted on the fixed frame 410 independent from the curtain body. In other embodiments, the backswing prevention device 500 may be used to replace partial layers of the curtain body. For example, if the original curtain body has 5 layers, the curtain body may have 4 layers after the replacement, and the backswing prevention device 500 may replace the layer close to the inspection passage 200. In this case, the material of the backswing prevention device 500 may include a shielding material such as lead.

[53] FIG. 4 schematically shows a structural schematic view of a cooperation between a strip-like member 520 and a plate-like member 510 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Part (a) of FIG. 4 shows a side where the plate-like member 510 is located, and part (b) of FIG. 4 shows a side where the strip-like member 520 is located.

[54] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the backswing prevention device 500 for curtain includes the plate-like member 510 and the strip-like member 520. N plate-like members 510 are mounted on a side of the strip-like member 520, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 2. In a case that the strip-like member 520 drives the plate-like members 510 thereon to swing from a first position to a second position toward the side on which the plate-like members 510 are mounted, any two adjacent plate-like members 510 abut against each other to limit further swinging, where a specific angle α is defined between the first position and the second position.

[55] Exemplarily, the plate-like member 510 is one of the basic elements constituting the backswing prevention device 500. The shape of the plate-like member is similar to a plate, and the material of the plate-like member may be metal or plastic, for example, the plate-like member may be formed by injection molding using ABS plastic and polycarbonate, or a sheet body may be formed using polyamide. For example, the plate-like member may also be formed using lead material meeting weight requirements to block X-ray leakage. The strip-like member 520 includes a component in the shape of a long strip or other shapes, and may serve as a structure for connecting a plurality of plate-like members 510. For example, the strip-like member may be a strip made of lead or other materials for mounting the plate-like members 510, and the plurality of plate-like members 510 may be mounted on a straight line. The plate-like members 510 may be mounted on the strip-like member 520 by means of bonding, rivets, screws, or the like.

[56] The abutting of any two adjacent plate-like members 510 forms a stop arrangement. After two adjacent plate-like members 510 are mounted on the strip-like member 520, when the two adjacent plate-like members pivot by a specific angle from the first position toward the second position (direction from B to A), the two plate-like members 510 will abut against each other to prevent further pivoting, thereby limiting or even preventing the backswing prevention device 500 from swinging toward direction A, and accordingly the swinging of the curtain 400 is limited or even prevented. In direction B, the two adjacent plate-like members 510 may pivot freely, allowing the backswing prevention device 500 to swing freely in direction B. It may be understood that the two adjacent plate-like members may begin to abut at a certain position between the first position and the second position, and then remain abutted until the two adjacent plate-like members stop swinging at the second position.

[57] Referring to FIG. 3, the first position may be a position where the curtain 400 is perpendicular to the ground, and the second position may be a stopping position of the swing. The angle α is the angle between the first position and the second position, which defines a range of swinging of the curtain 400 toward the interior of the inspection passage 200. For example, when the curtain 400 is subjected to a force applied by the inspection object 100 in the direction from A to B, the curtain 400 and the backswing prevention device 500 swing outward from the position perpendicular to the ground (the first position), then swing back passing the first position, and continuing to swing by α degrees (e.g., 0 degrees to 10 degrees) to be stopped at the second position.

[58] Therefore, when the backswing prevention device 500 swings from the first position to the second position, the abutting of adjacent plate-like members 510 limits further swinging of the strip-like member 520. In this way, the curtain 400 may be prevented from further swinging back toward the inner side of the passage and affecting the optical path. As shown in FIG. 4, 9 (merely as an example) plate-like members 510 may be mounted at equal intervals on one strip-like member 520. The distances among adjacent plate-like members 510 are consistent, so as to ensure effective backswing prevention during swinging of the curtain 400.

[59] In some embodiments, the above-mentioned angle α may be adjusted according to actual needs. For example, when requirements are more stringent, the angle may be set to 0 degree, that is, the backswing prevention device 500 is stopped from further swinging when the backswing prevention device 500 swings back to the vertical state, thereby stopping the curtain 400 from further swinging when the curtain 400 swings back to the vertical state.

[60] Exemplarily, the curtain body may be formed of a plurality of curtain strips made of a lead-containing material. The plurality of curtain strips and the backswing prevention device 500 are fixed together to the fixed frame 410. When the curtain strips are disturbed by an external force and swing in the direction from B to A, the backswing prevention device 500 may suppress the swinging of the curtain strips toward direction A. It may be understood that when the backswing prevention device 500 is mounted at the entrance of the inspection passage 200, the backswing prevention device 500 is also mounted on a side close to the inspection passage 200, and may be used to suppress the swinging of the curtain strips toward direction B. That is, the backswing prevention device 500 may be used to suppress the swing amplitude of the curtain strips toward the interior of the inspection passage 200, thereby avoiding blocking the optical path.

[61] For example, assuming there is an X-ray security inspection machine, in order to ensure that the curtain may open quickly when the inspection object 100 passes through and the curtain may be prevented from excessive swinging after the inspection object 100 passes, the backswing prevention device 500 is mounted. During mounting, 9 plate-like members 510 are mounted at equal intervals on the elongated strip-like member 520, and each plate-like member 510 is in contact with the strip surface of the strip-like member 520 to remain fixation. When the strip-like member 520 drives the plate-like members 510 to swing from the vertical position (the first position) to a 5-degree position (the second position), adjacent plate-like members 510 abut against each other to prevent further swinging. An optimal angle α may be predetermined through experiments. For example, the opening and closing of the curtain 400 may be simulated, and the backswing phenomenon of the curtain and the influence on the optical path may be observed at different swing angles, so as to determine an optimal angle value.

[62] According to embodiments of the present disclosure, by adopting the backswing prevention device 500, in which the strip-like member 520 is provided with the plurality of plate-like members, the plate-like members 510 is not prone to detachment. The abutting of two adjacent plate-like members 510 on the strip-like member 520 is utilized to limit the swing amplitude of the curtain 400 toward the interior of the inspection passage 200 between the first position and the second position, thereby effectively suppressing the backswing of the curtain 400, effectively shortening the distance between the optical path and the curtain 400, reducing the length of the inspection passage 200, decreasing the overall size of the apparatus without the need to shorten the length of the curtain 400, thus improving the protective effect.

[63] The solution in which multi-segment plate-like members are directly connected suffers from problems such as poor flexibility and inability to twist, and the plate-like members are prone to detachment when irregularly shaped objects or improperly placed objects pass through. The present disclosure provides a solution in which the strip-like member is connected to the plate-like members, the backswing prevention effect is achieved, while the above-mentioned problems of poor flexibility, inability to twist, and easy detachment of the backswing prevention plates may be solved to a certain extent.

[64] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the strip-like member 520 has a transverse axis and a longitudinal axis. The longitudinal axis may be in an extension direction from a first end to a second end as shown in FIG. 4, and the transverse axis may be perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.

[65] In some embodiments, the backswing prevention device 500 includes M strip-like members 520, where the M strip-like members 520 are arranged side by side along the transverse axis, a side of each strip-like member 520 is mounted with a plurality of plate-like members, where M is an integer greater than or equal to 2. Specific parameters such as the dimensions and shapes of the M strip-like members 520 may be determined according to the actual size of the security inspection apparatus 1000 and the design requirements of the curtain 400.

[66] Exemplarily, the M strip-like members 520 may be of equal length, and the specific length may be set according to actual needs. The length of the strip-like member 520 may be less than the length of the curtain strip, for example, less than half of the length of the curtain strip.

[67] In some embodiments, the M strip-like members 520 are arranged side by side along the transverse axis to form a plane. When the backswing prevention device 500 is mounted on the curtain 400, the plane is parallel to the surface of the curtain 400.

[68] In some embodiments, the M strip-like members 520 are arranged adjacently in a plane. The distance between adjacent strip-like members 520 is greater than or equal to 0. In other embodiments, the M strip-like members 520 are arranged such that adjacent strip-like members 520 partially overlap in a plane, thus the backswing prevention device 500 may swing freely toward direction B, but the swinging of the backswing prevention device 500 toward direction A may be suppressed.

[69] In some embodiments, the strip-like member 520 extends from the first end toward the second end along the longitudinal axis, and the strip-like member 520 swings about the first end. The N plate-like members 510 are sequentially mounted along the longitudinal axis from the first end toward the second end, and the abutting of the two adjacent plate-like members 510 includes: taking the abutting position as a starting point to define a pivot radius of the plate-like member 510 closer to the second end, where pivot radii of different lengths are used to limit the strip-like member 520 to swing at specific angles of different magnitudes.

[70] Taking the abutting position as the starting point to define the pivot radius serves to control the swing amplitude of the curtain 400 toward the interior of the inspection passage 200, i.e., the angle α. Adjusting the pivot radius between two adjacent plate-like members 510 in the backswing prevention device 500 may adapt to security inspection apparatuses of different models and sizes. The opening and closing of the curtain 400 may be simulated in advance, and the backswing phenomenon of the curtain and the influence on detection may be observed at different swing angles, so as to determine an optimal angle value, and then pivot radii of different lengths may be defined to determine corresponding angle values, so that the backswing prevention device may be applied in actual security inspection scenarios.

[71] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, when the inspection object 100 is oriented at a certain angle with respect to the movement direction or has an irregular shape, during movement in the direction from A to B, a forward force and a lateral force is applied to the flexible backswing prevention device 500 by the inspection object 100. Since the strip-like member 520 is bendable and twistable, and each plate-like member 510 is connected to the strip-like member 520, the flexible backswing prevention device 500 is easily lifted by the inspection object 100, the plate-like members 510 do not detach, and the inspection object 100 may pass through smoothly.

[72] After the inspection object 100 passes the flexible backswing prevention device 500, the lifted backswing prevention device 500 swings back toward direction A. When the backswing prevention device swings back to a certain position, adjacent plate-like members 510 begin to abut against each other, such as end-face contact, such that the end faces of the plate-like members 510 are subjected to pressure and the strip-like member 520 is subjected to tension.

[73] If the strip-like member 520 theoretically has no extensibility, then the flexible backswing prevention device 500 may only swing back to the first position. However, in reality, the strip-like member 520 has extensibility, so after swinging to the first position, the flexible backswing prevention device 500 will swing further toward the plate side. The purpose of the pivot radius is to control the extensibility margin of the corresponding region of the strip-like member 520 when the plate-like member 510 closer to the second end rotates along the pivot radius during swinging, thereby preventing the swing amplitude from increasing due to the extension of the strip-like member 520. Further, the control of the extensibility margin of the local region through adjacent plate-like members 510 may be extended to the control of the specific angle corresponding to the entire backswing prevention device 500, i.e., effectively reducing the angle of further swinging of the backswing prevention device 500 caused by the extensibility of the strip-like member 520.

[74] According to embodiments of the present disclosure, by adjusting parameters of the plate-like members 510 themselves and parameters such as the position between adjacent plate-like members 510, the pivot radius may be varied, thereby adjusting the corresponding specific angle. The backswing prevention device 500 is applicable to curtains 400 of different usage scenarios and sizes.

[75] FIG. 5 schematically shows a side view of a cooperation between a strip-like member 520 and a plate-like member 510 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 6 schematically shows an enlarged view of a vicinity of a fixed plate 411 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 7 schematically shows a structural schematic view of a plate-like member 510 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 8 schematically shows a structural schematic view of a fixed plate 411 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Part (a) of FIG. 7 shows a first side of the plate-like member 510, and Part (b) of FIG. 7 shows a second side of the plate-like member 510. Part (a) of FIG. 8 shows a side of the fixed plate 411, and Part (b) of FIG. 8 shows the other side of the fixed plate 411.

[76] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 5 to FIG. 7, each plate-like member 510 includes a first side and a second side opposite to each other, and each plate-like member 510 includes: a third end forming a first recess 511 on the first side; a fourth end forming a second recess 512 on the second side, the fourth end is opposite to the third end and closer to the second end of the strip-like member 520. Two adjacent plate-like members 510 are arranged such that: the third end of one plate-like member overlaps the fourth end of the other plate-like member, the overlap includes the first recess 511 of one plate-like member accommodating the fourth end of the other plate-like member, or the second recess 512 of one plate-like member accommodating the third end of the other plate-like member, i.e., the projection on strip surface of the third end of one plate-like member and the projection on strip surface of the fourth end of the other plate-like member at least partially overlap.

[77] In some embodiments, the two adjacent plate-like members 510 include a first plate-like member 513 and a second plate-like member 514, the second plate-like member 514 being closer to the second end, and a plate surface of the second side of the second plate-like member 514 being in contact with a strip surface of the strip-like member 520. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the backswing prevention device 500 further includes a fastener 530, and the overlap of the third end of one plate-like member with the fourth end of the other plate-like member includes: at least one fastener 530 is configured to pass through the strip-like member 520 to connect with the third end of the second plate-like member 514. The fastener 530 may include a rivet or a screw. In an overlapping region, the first plate-like member and the second plate-like member may abut against or separate from each other as the strip-like member swings.

[78] Exemplarily, the first side and the second side are two opposite sides of the plate-like member 510. If the plate-like member 510 is rectangular as a whole, the two plate surfaces with the long sides are located on the first side and the second side, respectively. The first recess 511 is a recess on the first side of the plate-like member 510, used to mate with the fourth end of another plate-like member 510. The second recess 512 is a recess on the second side of the plate-like member 510, used to mate with the third end of another plate-like member 510. The first recess 511 or the second recess 512 may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape.

[79] The purpose of overlap is to effectively reduce the angle of further swinging of the flexible backswing prevention device 500 caused by the extensibility of the strip-like member 520 by means of mutual overlapping, so as to limit the swing amplitude of the curtain body toward the interior of the inspection passage 200.

[80] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, the strip-like member 520 has the first end and the second end, the first end being the fixed end and the second end being the free end. A fixed plate 411 is used at the fixed end, and the structure of the fixed plate 411 is different from the structure of the plate-like member 510. Referring to FIG. 8, the fixed plate 411 has at least one threaded hole, and the fixed plate is mounted on the fixed frame 410 by the fastener 530 passing through the threaded hole. The lower part of the fixed plate 411 has a recess, such as a rectangular parallelepiped recess, and the recess may accommodate the third end of the first plate-like member 510, so that the fixed plate 411 overlaps with the first plate-like member 510.

[81] In some embodiments, referring to FIG. 3 to FIG. 8, the backswing prevention device 500 includes a plurality of strip-like members 520, each strip-like member 520 is provided with a plurality of of plate-like members, one fixed plate 411, and corresponding fasteners 530. The strip-like member 520 has characteristics of bendability, twistability, and low extensibility. The fixed plate 411 is connected to the strip-like member 520. The plate-like members 510 are connected to the strip-like member 520. The fixed plate 411 and the plate-like member 510 overlap each other, and the fixed plate 411 and the plate-like member 510 are in end-face contact, preferably with zero spacing therebetween. The plate-like members 510 overlap each other and are in end-face contact, preferably with zero spacing therebetween.

[82] FIG. 9A schematically shows a schematic view of pivoting of a plate-like member during swinging according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 9B schematically shows an abstract model of an effect of a variation in pivot radius in FIG. 9A.

[83] In some embodiments, taking the abutting position as a starting point to define a pivot radius of the plate-like member 510 closer to the second end includes: the pivot radius extends toward the second end from the abutting position of the first plate-like member 513 and the second plate-like member 514 on the first side to an end of the second plate-like member 514. The length of the pivot radius L1 is substantially the same as the length of the first recess corresponding to the third end of the second plate-like member 514.

[84] Referring to FIG. 9A and FIG. 9B, when the first plate-like member 513 and the second plate-like member 514 abut against each other, β1 is the maximum swing angle of the second plate-like member 514, which is proportional to β2. When the second plate-like member 514 swings to the maximum amplitude, a virtual triangle 1 is formed by a virtual line connecting the endpoint of the second plate-like member 514 and the abutting position, the pivot radius L1, and the thickness direction of the second plate-like member 514. At the same time, a virtual triangle 2 is formed by virtual lines connecting the endpoint of the second plate-like member 514, the abutting position, and the fastening position (for example, the centerline position of the fastener) of the first plate-like member. Referring to FIG. 9B, triangle 1 and triangle 2 share a common line. When other conditions remain unchanged and the length of the pivot radius L1 is changed, the angle β2 changes accordingly. The longer the pivot radius L1, the smaller the angle β2, and accordingly the smaller the angle β1. The shorter the pivot radius L1, the greater the angle β2, and accordingly the greater the angle β1.

[85] When pivoting about the abutting position, the third end of the second plate-like member 514 applies a force toward the strip-like member 520, thereby serving to limit further swinging. Therefore, the relative positions of the first plate-like member 513 and the second plate-like member 514 and the manner of overlapping connection limit the swing range. Defining the length of the pivot radius L1 from the abutting position may limit the swing within a specific range when the second plate-like member 514 contacts the strip-like member 520, preventing excessive swinging.

[86] It may be understood that, in order to adapt to security inspection apparatuses 1000 of different sizes, the angle α varies due to curtains 400 of different lengths, and the length of the pivot radius L1 may be adaptively predetermined.

[87] In some embodiments, the first position is a position where the longitudinal axis is perpendicular to the ground. When the strip-like member 520 is at the first position, a longitudinal distance between the first plate-like member 513 and the second plate-like member 514 at the abutting position on the first side is less than or equal to a first threshold and greater than or equal to 0.

[88] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the curtain 400 hangs naturally at the first position, and the plate-like members 510 on the strip-like member 520 are perpendicular to the ground. As shown in FIG. 5, the longitudinal distance in the embodiment is, for example, the vertical distance between the end face of the fourth end of the first plate-like member 513 and the second plate-like member 514. The first threshold is a preset numerical limit, for example, the first threshold is set as 5 mm.

[89] Exemplarily, by adjusting the shapes, sizes, or positions of the first plate-like member 513 and the second plate-like member 514, the longitudinal distance between the two may be adjusted, thereby affecting the overall swing amplitude of the entire backswing prevention device, i.e., affecting the angle α. For example, when the longitudinal distance is small, the second plate-like member 514 begins to abut against the first plate-like member 513 after pivoting by a relatively small angle. When the longitudinal distance is large, the second plate-like member 514 begins to abut against the first plate-like member 513 after pivoting by a relatively large angle, thus forming an effective cooperation with the pivot radius L1.

[90] FIG. 10 schematically shows a partial structural schematic view of the cooperation between a strip-like member 520 and a plate-like member 510 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. Part (a) of FIG. 10 shows a side of the strip-like member 520, and Part (b) of FIG. 10 shows the side of the plate-like member 510.

[91] In some embodiments, each plate-like member 510 includes a fifth end, and a sixth end opposite to the fifth end along the longitudinal axis. Two adjacent plate-like members 510 are arranged such that: each of the two adjacent plate-like members 510 is independently connected to the strip-like member 520, and projections of the two adjacent plate-like members 510 on the strip-like member 520 do not overlap.

[92] As shown in FIG. 10, the plate surface of each plate-like member 510 is parallel to the strip surface of the strip-like member 520, and the plate surface on one side is in contact with the strip surface of the strip-like member 520. The strip-like member 520 is used to connect two adjacent plate-like members 510, maintaining their relative positions and spacing. Compared with the embodiment of overlapping the plate-like members 510 shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 8, the plate-like members 510 shown in FIG. 10 have no overlapping relationship, and the fifth end of one of the two adjacent plate-like members 510 faces the sixth end of the other of the two adjacent plate-like members 510 along the longitudinal axis. For example, the plate-like members 510 shown in FIG. 10 are rectangular plates, which are convenient for processing and mounting to a certain extent.

[93] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 10, the strip-like member 520 being provided with the N plate-like members 510 includes: at least one fastener 530 is configured to pass through the fifth end and the strip-like member 520, and at least one fastener 530 is configured to pass through the sixth end and the strip-like member 520. Referring to FIG. 10, two fasteners 530 are provided at the fifth end or the sixth end of each plate-like member 510, and these two fasteners 530 are located on the same straight line along the transverse axis. The position of the fasteners may be the position of the straight line.

[94] Exemplarily, the fastener 530 refers to a component used for connecting, fixing, or clamping different components, and may include bolts, nuts, screws, and the like. The fasteners 530 pass through the fifth end and the sixth end to be fixed to the strip-like member 520, preventing loosening during use and enhancing the safety and stability of the device.

[95] FIG. 11A schematically shows a schematic view of pivoting of a plate-like member during swinging according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 11B schematically shows an abstract model of an effect of a variation in pivot radius in FIG. 11A.

[96] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, the two adjacent plate-like members include a third plate-like member 515, and a fourth plate-like member 516 closer to the second end, and the fifth end of the fourth plate-like member 516 abuts against the sixth end of the third plate-like member 515. Taking the abutting position as a starting point to define a pivot radius of the plate-like member 510 closer to the second end includes: the pivot radius extends from the abutting position along a thickness direction of the fourth plate-like member, and the pivot radius being equal to a thickness of the fourth plate-like member. The two adjacent plate-like members may have the same thickness.

[97] Exemplarily, the pivot radius is defined starting from the abutting position of the third plate-like member 515 and the fourth plate-like member 516, because the abutting position is the contact point of the adjacent plate-like members, and pivoting occurs about the abutting position. Referring to FIG. 11A and FIG. 11B, when the third plate-like member 515 and the fourth plate-like member 516 abut against each other until the fourth plate-like member 516 pivots to the maximum allowed angle γ1, a virtual triangle 3 is formed between the third plate-like member 515 and the fourth plate-like member 516, and the triangle has an angle γ2 at the abutting position. It may be seen that γ1 is proportional to γ2. As shown in FIG. 11B, the pivot radius L2 is inversely proportional to the angle γ1, i.e., the longer the pivot radius L2 (meaning the thicker the plate-like member), the smaller the angle γ1, and accordingly the smaller the angle γ2, that is, the swing angle of the fourth plate-like member decreases, affecting the overall swing amplitude of the backswing prevention device to become smaller.

[98] Continuing to refer to FIG. 11B, when other conditions (such as the length of the plate) remain unchanged, the thicker the plate-like member, the smaller the angle γ1. This is because as the mass increases, the moment of inertia and section modulus becomes larger, providing greater rigidity and stability, thereby providing the entire plate-like member with a stronger resistance to swinging.

[99] It may be understood that, in order to adapt to security inspection apparatuses 1000 of different sizes, the length of the pivot radius L2 may also be adaptively predetermined.

[100] In some embodiments, the first position is a position where the longitudinal axis is perpendicular to the ground. When the strip-like member 520 is at the first position, a longitudinal distance between the third plate-like member 515 and the fourth plate-like member 516 at the abutting position is less than or equal to a second threshold and greater than or equal to 0.

[101] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the curtain 400 hangs naturally at the first position, and the plate-like members 510 on the strip-like member 520 are perpendicular to the ground. As shown in FIG. 10, the longitudinal distance in the embodiment is, for example, the vertical distance between the end face of the third plate-like member 515 and the end face of the fourth plate-like member 516. The second threshold is a preset numerical limit, for example, the second threshold is set as 6 mm. Within the second threshold range, adjacent plate-like members 510 may abut against each other at the second position.

[102] Exemplarily, by adjusting the shapes, sizes, or positions of the third plate-like member 515 and the fourth plate-like member 516, the longitudinal distance between the two may be adjusted, thereby adjusting the angle α of the backswing prevention device. For example, when the longitudinal distance is small, the fourth plate-like member 516 begins to abut against the third plate-like member 515 after pivoting by a relatively small angle. When the longitudinal distance is large, the fourth plate-like member 516 begins to abut against the third plate-like member 515 after pivoting by a relatively large angle. The distance between the third plate-like member 515 and the fourth plate-like member 516 may be adjusted to cooperate with the pivot radius L2 to jointly modulate the angle α of the backswing prevention device.

[103] The above-mentioned one or more embodiments have the following beneficial effects: by adopting the backswing prevention device for curtain, providing the strip-like member to connect a plurality of plate-like members, the plate-like members are not prone to detachment. Moreover, the abutting of two adjacent plate-like members on the strip-like member is utilized to limit the swing amplitude of the strip-like member from the first position to the second position, thereby effectively suppressing the backswing of the curtain, effectively shortening the distance between the optical path and the curtain, reducing the length of the inspection passage, decreasing the overall size of the apparatus, without the need to shorten the length of the curtain, thus improving the protective effect.
