Abstract

Technical Field The present invention relates to the field of marketing and advertising, and more specifically to methods and systems for automating the promotion of businesses through television, radio and public display platforms. In particular, the invention involves the use of an online server-based platform to manage business registration, ad submission, automatic selection and distribution of advertising space across multiple media channels. State of the Art Marketing is the most important part of developing and promoting a business. Traditional methods include posters, brochures, radio and television advertisements, and more recently, social media advertising. Despite these existing approaches, businesses are increasingly looking for new and innovative methods to increase visibility and attract customers. Existing marketing techniques often do not provide automated, integrated, or multi-platform promotion within a single process. Therefore, there is a need for a system that enables businesses of all categories to participate in an automated (lottery) selection process and benefit from targeted advertising opportunities without the need for manual coordination between different media. Summary of the Invention The invention, referred to as Lloto B, provides a method and system for promoting businesses through a lottery mechanism integrated with multiple advertising platforms. The system includes several main stages: Business Registration. Businesses register on the official Lloto B website and pay a fixed participation fee. The number of businesses registered in each lottery round is determined in advance. The server receives and records participant data, performs verification of registration and payment information, and stores all relevant data in a database for automated processing. The site interface also allows businesses to upload their advertising spots directly to the server. Automatic Draw. The draw takes place on a predetermined day and location, such as at a national television station or in a public setting. Winning businesses receive advertising time. An algorithm implemented on the server automatically selects one or more winning businesses based on the recorded data. The automated draw can be broadcast live or recorded through television channels, public venues or shopping malls. Advertising Time Determination. Each winner receives advertising space, each with a maximum duration of 30 seconds. The airtime is calculated based on the participation fee and the cost per spot, e.g.: 50 euros × 1000 = 50,000 euros; number of spots = total airtime / cost per spot. The server automatically calculates the number of spots allocated to each winner. Submission and Verification of Advertising Spots Businesses produce and submit their own advertisements. Approval is required from Lloto B staff according to predefined criteria. The server automatically receives and analyzes ad files, verifying technical aspects such as file type, format, resolution and duration. Businesses that do not have an existing ad are assisted in design and production by Lloto B staff. Advertising Distribution and Broadcasting. The server automatically distributes approved spots to broadcast platforms, including national and private television, national and private radio, public spaces and shopping malls. The system communicates with display screens and Video Wallet devices for automatic broadcasting based on the results of the draw. Detailed Description of the Invention. The Lloto B mechanism offers businesses of all categories the opportunity to gain exposure through an automated advertising process on multiple platforms. Registration is carried out online; participant data is verified and stored. Advertising spots are automatically loaded and analyzed by the server. A lottery algorithm selects the winning businesses and airtime is calculated according to predefined rules. Winning spots are automatically distributed across multiple broadcast channels. Content approval ensures compliance with the organization's rules. This server-based automation integrates the entire workflow—from registration, data verification, lottery execution, ad processing, to distribution—providing an innovative technical solution for automated business promotion across multiple platforms. The method offers an innovative and profitable alternative to traditional marketing for national and international markets.
