Claims
A pharmaceutical composition comprising: (a) from approximately 1 to approximately 25% by weight of AZD0780; (b) from approximately 60 to approximately 95% by weight of two or more pharmaceutical diluents; (c) from approximately 3 to approximately 5% by weight of one or more pharmaceutical disintegrants; (d) from approximately 0.5 to approximately 3% by weight of one or more pharmaceutical lubricants; (e) from 0.0 to approximately 5% by weight of one or more pharmaceutical sliders; and (f) from 0.0 to approximately 5% by weight of one or more pharmaceutical binders, wherein the weights of the components sum to 100, and a method for reducing LDL-C levels, reducing cardiovascular risk, and / or treating cardiovascular disease, comprising administering AZD0780, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, to a subject in need at a daily dose of 1 mg to 30 mg.
