Claims
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a nonwoven sheet comprising a first and preferably a second nonwoven base layer and a machine-oriented fiber layer, wherein the method comprises: providing the first nonwoven base layer; preferably, providing the second nonwoven base layer; providing the machine-oriented fibers and bonding the resulting fibers to the first nonwoven base layer(s); and joining the layers to obtain the nonwoven sheet. The invention further relates to a nonwoven sheet manufactured by said method, comprising a first and preferably a second nonwoven base layer and a machine-oriented fiber layer, wherein the layers are joined together to form the integral nonwoven sheet.
