Claims

As described herein, a polymer dispersion system comprises: (a) a first subsystem for conveying a fluid; (b) a modular unit for conveying dry materials; (c) a mixing device in fluid communication with the outlet of the first subsystem and the outlet of the modular unit; (d) a tank assembly comprising an inlet and an outlet of the mixing device; and (e) a transfer subsystem comprising an inlet coupled to the outlet of the tank assembly. The modular unit may comprise a platform constructed of a frame and a first conveying unit. The platform comprises a conduit with a conduit inlet and outlet, a plurality of sealing mechanisms arranged around the platform inlet, and a vibrator. The first conveying unit is in fluid communication with the conduit outlet.
