Claims

Specialized vessels collect and lift floating debris, including plastics, oils, grease, sargassum seaweed, hydrocarbons, and other pollutants, from the water in rivers, estuaries, seas, and oceans. These vessels operate at high speeds without the use of mechanical lifting equipment. The waste is unloaded into filtering and self-floating containers, which, once full, can be released into the water and float freely until collection. Depending on the environment in which these vessels operate, there are specific models for cleaning floating debris from narrow rivers, for removing sargassum from tropical seas, and for extracting plastics from the oceans at high speed.Although they differ in size and particular characteristics, all variants have in common the system of lifting waste without using mechanical means of lifting, which uses the thrust of the "bow waves", eventually accelerated by narrowings, to propel them over the inclined planes of ramps formed in the hulls themselves that end in non-return traps where the waters are drained through holes that cross the hulls, (while the specialized "filtering" and "self-floating" containers collect the waste).
