Claims

Isolated anti-CEACAM5 antibodies, antigen-binding portions thereof, bispecific antibodies, and conjugates (e.g., antibody-drug conjugates) that specifically bind to CEACAM5 and are internalized by CEACAM5-expressing cells are provided. Nucleic acids encoding anti-CEACAM5 antibodies and antigen-binding portions are also provided, as well as methods for treating cancer comprising the administration of antibodies directed against CEACAM5, antigen-binding portions thereof, bispecific antibodies, and conjugates, and / or associated therapies, and diagnostic methods and kits. An antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) comprising the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of any of claims 1 to 49, which is linked to the following cytotoxic linker moiety: of formula [1] [DXd Linker-exatec], an isomer thereof, or any pharmaceutical salt thereof.
