This document discloses polypeptides having activity as glucagon receptor agonists (“GCGR”), molecules comprising such polypeptides and a half-life extension domain (e.g., a polypeptide containing Fc), including molecules comprising an antibody that binds specifically to a glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide receptor (“GIPR”), pharmaceutical compositions comprising such polypeptides and molecules, and methods of using such polypeptides, molecules, and pharmaceutical compositions in weight management and the treatment of certain disorders such as obesity.
