Claims
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising dupilumab, which is preferably suitable for subcutaneous administration.
1. A liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising dupilumab, a surfactant, and water, wherein the composition: • has a pH of 5.6 - 6.2; • is free from at least one of histidine, acetate, arginine, and sucrose.
20. A liquid pharmaceutical composition, as claimed in any of the preceding claims, for use in the treatment of a disease or medical condition in a patient requiring such treatment, wherein the disease or medical condition is preferably atopic dermatitis (appropriately moderate to severe), asthma (appropriately moderate to severe), chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis (CRSwNP), and / or eosinophilic esophagitis.
