Claims

The example embodiments in this disclosure relate to a solution for determining a set of random access physical channel (RAP) occasions. In the solution, a first device receives configuration information from a second device indicating a plurality of RAP occasions comprising uplink resource RAP occasions and sub-band full-duplex (SBFD) resource RAP occasions; it determines, based on the configuration information, and for each frequency resource index for frequency-multiplexed RAP occasions, a starting RAP occasion from a set of RAP occasions for a preamble-repeated RAP transmission from the uplink resource RAP occasions and the SBFD resource RAP occasions; and it performs the RAP transmission to the second device based at least in part on the starting RAP occasion from the set.
