The present application belongs to the field of sidelink communications. Disclosed are a sidelink transmission method and apparatus, and a device, a medium and a product. The method comprises: when transmission conditions are satisfied, a first terminal performing sidelink transmission on a first time-domain unit (902), wherein the transmission conditions comprise: the first terminal having a granted transmission resource on the first time-domain unit; and channel access executed by the first terminal before the first time-domain unit being successful.
