Abstract

The invention relates to foundation construction, in particular to pile foundation structures on swelling soils. The invention is aimed at simplifying the design of elastically compressible movable elements of a pile foundation and increasing their reliability during operation. In a pile foundation in swelling clayey soils, a pile foundation consisting of a grid with upper and lower parts and a layer of elastically compressible material between them, each with an upper shell whose length is less than the depth of the active zone of the soil, each shell being rigidly connected to the lower part of the grid, and the columns of the piles being rigidly connected to the upper part of the grid and having a diameter greater than the width between the surface of the columns of the piles and the inner surface of the cylindrical shell, consisted of movable elements made in the form of elastically compressible ring-shaped autonomous details with a circular cross-section. The movable elements were cut with a displacement of the cross-section height in the working position vertically. However, the number of movable elements was divided into three. In the assembled state, the cuts of the next movable elements along the height of the pile should be located every 120o along the circumference of the cross-section of the pile column.
