Guab inhibitor compounds and uses thereof

Abstract

The present disclosure provides heterocyclic antibacterial compounds, e.g., 1,4-dihydro-2H-pyranoquinolone compounds, that are inhibitors of GuaB in mycobacteria. The compounds advantageously inhibit mycobacterial growth and survival, and as such, the compounds are useful to treat infectious disease caused by mycobacteria (e.g., tuberculosis, leprosy, nontuberculous mycobacterial infections, or a combination thereof). Pharmaceutical compositions comprising said compounds are also provided.
