Abstract

The present disclosure provides multi-layered therapeutics, methods of manufacture thereof, and methods of treatment. More particularly, the disclosure provides compositions formulated for administration to an animal comprising a core particle comprising a first antiparasitic agent and a coating, wherein the coating may comprise a second antiparasitic agent; methods of producing such compositions; and methods of treating and / or preventing parasitic infection in animals in need thereof.
