Shuttle frame and rotating shuttle assembly comprising the same

Abstract

The disclosure provides a shuttle frame including: a bottom plate; a side plate connected to the bottom plate; a bobbin shaft disposed at the center of the bottom plate for mounting a bobbin; and a bobbin positioning member disposed on the inner side of the side plate. The side plate includes a needle passing hole facing the bobbin shaft. The side of the bobbin positioning member distal to the bottom plate is flush with the side of the needle passing hole proximal to the bottom plate, or the bobbin positioning member at least partially protrudes from the side of the needle passing hole. The needle passing hole has an outer opening, and the side of the outer opening proximal to the bottom plate includes a first guide surface. The first guide surface extends from the outer side of the needle passing hole toward the bobbin positioning member.
