Heat management system of IC engine

Abstract

The present invention discloses a heat management system of an IC engine 200. The heat management system comprises an oil passage 240 proximate to intake port(s) 110 of an engine 200 to reduce temperature in intake port(s) 110 region. Oil circulation in the oil passage 240 reduces temperature of an intake air that enters to a cylinder head 100 in suction stroke from intake port (s) 110. Oil flow inside the oil passage 240 is received from a first oil channel 130 inside a stud hole 190a and the oil flow from the oil passage 240 is further supplied to a second oil channel 140 inside an adjacent opposite stud hole 190b which further carries oil through jet 160 to cam gallery 210 for lubrication.
