An engine cooling system for two-wheeled vehicle

Abstract

A cooling system (102) for a two-wheeled vehicle comprises an engine (100) mounted on a vehicle frame structure (300). The engine (100) includes a crankcase (104), a cylinder block (106), a cylinder head (108) and a cylinder head housing (116). The cylinder head housing (116) is provided with a breather chamber (110) and a cooling chamber (112) formed above the breather chamber (110) using a covering member (114) placed above the cylinder head housing (116). The cooling system (102) includes an inlet pipe (202) transmitting heated liquid from the crankcase (104) to the cooling chamber (112) and an outlet pipe (204) transmitting cooled liquid from the cooling chamber (112) to the crankcase (104). The cooling system (102) provides efficient heat dissipation and improved engine performance.
