Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electronic control devices, in particular to a relay and an electric meter. The relay includes a stationary contact member, movable contact members and anti-short circuit structures; the number of the movable contact member is at least two, the movable contact members are arranged along the width direction, and the movable contact member is capable of being in contact with or separated from the stationary contact member; the anti-short circuit structures are equal in number to the movable contact members and in one-to-one correspondence with the movable contact members; the anti-short circuit structures is capable of forming a magnetic circuit based on a magnetic field generated by a current flowing through the movable contact members and / or the stationary contact member when the movable contact members are in contact with the stationary contact member; any two adjacent anti-short circuit structures form one group of anti-short circuit structures, in at least one group of the anti-short circuit structures, at least one anti-short circuit structure has a first sub-portion and a second sub-portion, the first sub-portion is connected to the second sub-portion, the first sub-portion is located between two adjacent movable contact members, and a thickness of the first sub-portion is less than a thickness of at least part of the second sub-portion.
