Abstract

The application discloses a relay. The relay includes a contact assembly and a disconnect assembly. The contact assembly includes a stationary contact member and a movable member, and at least one conductive path can be formed after the movable member comes into contact with the stationary contact member. The disconnect assembly includes an actuator, an impact member, and a connecting member having an inner cavity. At least a portion of the impact member is located within the inner cavity. The actuator is configured to apply a driving force to the impact member in response to an actuation signal. A releasable connection structure is arranged between an inner wall surface of the inner cavity and an outer peripheral side surface of the impact member. The releasable connection structure is configured to release the impact member when the driving force reaches a threshold value, so that the impact member impacts the movable member to disconnect at least one of the at least one conductive path.
