Abstract
The present application relates to a movable contact member for a relay and a relay. The relay includes a magnetic circuit portion, a contact portion, and a magnetic conductive block. The magnetic circuit portion is configured to generate an electromagnetic force. The contact portion includes a pusher, a stationary contact member having a stationary contact, and a movable contact member having a movable contact. The movable contact member includes a movable spring, a pressure spring, and a magnetic conductive component. The movable spring, an end of the pressure spring, and at least a part of the magnetic conductive component are arranged in a stacked manner and fixedly connected to each other. The movable contact is configured to contact the stationary contact to form a conductive circuit. The magnetic conductive component is configured to form a magnetic circuit with the magnetic conductive block when the conductive circuit is formed. The magnetic circuit allows the magnetic conductive component and the magnetic conductive block to attract each other. Therefore, when a large shortcircuit current is generated in the load circuit, causing a tendency for both ends of the movable spring to bend and deform, the mutual attraction between the magnetic conductive component and the magnetic conductive block can prevent the movable spring from bending and deforming, thereby avoiding a sudden change of the contact pressure or even disconnection between the movable contact and the stationary contact, and effectively ensuring the stability of the closed state of the relay.
