Platform for complete digitalization of educational and administrative services in a higher educational institution

Abstract

The platform for comprehensive digitalization of educational and administrative services in a higher education institution includes three integrated online systems: a system for providing electronic services and resources, including a first server (3), connected bidirectionally with modules for providing electronic services and resources; a system for e-learning, testing and assessment, including a second server (29), connected bidirectionally with modules for e-learning, testing and assessment and a document storage system, including a third server (42), connected bidirectionally with modules for storing documents. The three servers (3, 29, 42) are on the one hand bidirectionally connected to each other via a local area network, and on the other hand are bidirectionally connected via a switch (1) and a router (2) with users' communication devices.
