Abstract

The utility model relates to a jacket with an integrated foldable textile panel for covering a backpack. A pocket closed by a zipper is formed in the lower rear zone of the jacket body and accommodates a folded rectangular textile panel. Two textile loops are sewn onto the rear of the jacket body, above the upper edge of the pocket and symmetrically positioned relative to the vertical axis of the jacket. Two cord loops are arranged on the upper edge of the panel. The two cord loops and the two textile loops are arranged at an identical center-to-center distance, so that when the panel is unfolded the cord loops are in geometrically corresponding position relative to the textile loops and may be engaged onto them. The unfolded panel is thereby structurally secured to the rear of the jacket body and forms a cover over a backpack.
