The kiosk (4) comprises a kiosk camera (4.1), a display (4.2), a microphone (4.3), a loudspeaker (4.4), a defibrillator compartment (4.5), an SOS button (4.6), and a proximity detector (4.7), wherein the kiosk camera (4.1), the microphone (4.3), the SOS button (4.6), and the proximity detector (4.7) are unidirectionally and functionally connected to the device comprising the management and communication software platform (3), while the device comprising the management and communication software platform (3) is unidirectionally and functionally connected to the display (4.2), the loudspeaker (4.4), and the defibrillator compartment (4.5). The device comprising the management and communication software platform (3) is bidirectionally connected to a video surveillance system (7), an access control system (8), a fire alarm system (9), a building automation system (10), an intrusion alarm system (11), an incident management system (12), and public address systems (13).
