Multispectral regenerative scar treatment system

Abstract

The utility model relates to medical technology and represents a system that combines devices for non-invasive dermatological treatment. The system comprises three modules applied sequentially: a module for selective photomechanical effects, including a Q-switched laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm ± 532 nm for breaking down deep pigment in the dermis; a module for fractional dermal remodeling, featuring a non-ablative fractional laser with a wavelength of 1565 nm to induce neocollagenesis, reorganization of collagen I / III, thickening of the atrophic area, and texture correction; and a module for vascular and epidermal stabilization, featuring an intense pulsed light (IPL) device with a 560 - 590 nm filter to reduce the inflammatory response and prevent post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The system provides treatment for deep pigmentation and scars without a recovery period and with only a few sessions.
