Condominium management notification system

Abstract

The utility model relates to a visual and audible notification system for the management of a condominium property. The system comprises a central platform (1), a digital display kiosk (2), and an emergency audio module (3). The digital display kiosk (2) is wall-mounted (4) in the building entrance-within the common areas-and is protected by a metal rail (5), a casing (6), and a sheet of tempered glass (7) positioned in front of the display. The central platform (1) supplies digital content to the display and, upon receiving an emergency signal, activates the emergency audio module (3), which plays a voice message while the display shows emergency instructions. The system is used to provide ongoing information to residents and to issue notifications during disasters, accidents, and other critical situations.
