Intelligent active cooling system for workwear

Abstract

The utility model relates to an intelligent active cooling system for workwear, applicable in the textile and garment industries-specifically for work jackets, vests, and other garments designed for work in high-temperature environments, particularly during prolonged outdoor work or in indoor workspaces with high heat loads. The intelligent active cooling system for workwear comprises at least one evaporative radiator (1) integrated into the workwear, to which a fan (2) is fluidly connected for the forced cooling of the evaporative radiator (1). The evaporative radiator (1) and the fan (2) are electrically connected to a microcontroller unit (6), to which a plurality of moisture sensors (7) distributed across the workwear are also electrically connected. The evaporative radiator (1) is connected to a first pump (3) for supplying water from a water reservoir (4) to a system of flexible tubular elements (8) arranged in a serpentine pattern across the workwear. The pump (3) is, in turn, electrically connected to a power supply unit (5), which also has an electrical connection to the microcontroller unit (6). The evaporative radiator (1) is also connected to a second pump (9) for pumping water from the system of flexible tubular elements (8) to the evaporative radiator (1).
