Foldable barbell with adjustable construction

Abstract

The utility model relates to sports and fitness equipment, specifically to weightlifting bars for strength and functional training with adjustable geometry. The object of the utility model is to provide a compact barbell with secure adjustment of its working length and spatial reconfigurability. The barbell comprises an inner bar (2) composed of a left module (2.1), a middle module (2.2), and a right module (2.3). The left module (2.1) and the right module (2.3) are connected to the middle module (2.2) by means of hinges with a mechanical travel stop (4), providing locking in an unfolded longitudinal coaxial position and allowing folding into a U-shape for compact storage. Telescopically mounted to the end modules (2.1, 2.3) are a left outer bar (1) and a right outer bar (3), which are axially adjusted and detached via locking pins (6) passing through coaxially aligned transverse holes (5) formed in the connecting elements (1, 2.1; 3, 2.3). The utility model provides high operational reliability under load and compact storage.
