Abstract

The present invention relates to a method and system for the complete utilization of combustible waste through electricity generation and ash vitrification, which will find application in the field of thermal power generation, specifically for the incineration of municipal solid waste, end-of-life automobile tires, and organic waste, for the production of low-capacity electrical energy and the production of granular vitrified inert material. The method and system developed for the complete utilization of combustible solid municipal waste and automobile tires, which are used as RDF or TDF secondary fuel, ensure a closed-loop, waste-free production process with a minimized risk of atmospheric pollution from toxic emissions. In addition, waste volume is reduced, electricity generation is increased, and an environmentally friendly vitrified granular product is produced instead of ash and slag. The resulting vitrified granular product can be used as a construction material in road, civil, and industrial construction, as well as in the manufacture of building materials and thermal insulation.
