Distributor for hydraulic motors and method of its production

Abstract

The distributor consists of a body (1), on the periphery of which 12 holes are made, 6 outlet holes (2) and 6. The holes are arranged in a circle, alternating with each other every 30 degrees. Two adjacent holes, one outlet and one inlet, constitute one working pair. A front working surface (9) and a technological release (6) are formed on the front side of the housing (1). A working surface (7) and a technological release (8) are formed on the back side of the housing (1). A slotted profile (4) is formed in the inner part of the housing (1). Each opening consists of a wall and a face. The production is carried out by heat treatment, as a result of which its particles are pressed together, during which the powder materials turn into a solid mass, after which grinding and lapping are carried out.
