Abstract
Description
Stamp-type coating transfer tool This invention relates to a stamp-type coating transfer tool for transferring a coating from a transfer tape to a surface to be transferred. Conventionally, this type of transfer device is known to include a supply reel for winding transfer tape and a winding reel for winding used transfer tape, both rotatably disposed within a case such as a cylindrical body or shaft, a push rod for pressing the surface of the transfer tape, and a slider that is movably disposed within the case and held in place by the elasticity of a spring member (spring, whisker spring), wherein a winding claw provided on the slider engages with a gear provided on the same axis as the winding reel only in the winding direction of the transfer tape (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Patent Document 1 discloses a stamp-type structure in which a slider with an opening at its tip is held in place by the elasticity of a spring and a whisker spring within a shaft that constitutes a case, and a groove is provided in the shaft that loosely fits onto a locking pin, allowing the slider to extend and retract from the opening at its tip as it extends and retracts, and a push rod is pressed against the back surface of the transfer tape to transfer the image. The transfer tape is tensioned by two guide pins provided on the opening side of the slider. Furthermore, in the device described in Patent Document 1, since the supply reel and the winding reel are rotatable, anti-reverse claws are provided on gears mounted on the same axis as the supply reel and the winding reel to restrict the rotation of the supply reel and the winding reel. Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-55895 (Claims, paragraphs 0018-0020, Figure 2) However, in the method described in Patent Document 1, the guide pins that generate tension in the transfer tape are also pushed in during the transfer process. Since no winding occurs at this time, there is a concern that slack will occur in the transfer tape. In addition, there is a risk that the transfer tape may be unintentionally unwound due to the peeling force when the coating film peels off from the transfer tape. Furthermore, in addition to the need to provide multiple spring components, the need to provide anti-reverse mechanisms in two locations increases the number of parts, resulting in a larger transfer tool itself, and raising concerns about limited design flexibility. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a stamp-type coating film transfer tool that can prevent sagging of the transfer tape during transfer, and can be miniaturized with fewer components and improve the degree of freedom in design. In order to solve the above problems, the present invention includes a two-part case half that forms a bottomed cylindrical case having an opening at one end, a feeding reel that is rotatably disposed in the case and winds a transfer tape coated with a coating film on its surface, a take-up reel that is rotatably disposed in the case and winds up the used transfer tape, a transfer pressing portion disposed at one opening of the case half and having a pressing surface for pressing the back side of the transfer tape, and a slide member that is movable inward and outward through the opening of the case. The slide member includes a frame portion that is exposed outside the opening of the case and has a transfer opening communicating with the opening, a slide portion that is movably inserted into the case, a spring portion that elastically contacts the bottom of the case and always moves the frame portion outward of the case, and a rack gear that meshes with a take-up gear provided coaxially with the take-up reel only when the slide portion moves to the bottom side of the case. The transfer tape wound around the feeding reel is wound around the take-up reel in a state of contacting the pressing surface of the transfer pressing portion and the surface of the coating film on the transfer tape wound around the feeding reel. (Claim 1) By configuring in this way, the transfer tape wound around the feeding reel is wound around the take-up reel in a state of contacting the pressing surface of the transfer pressing portion and embracing the coating film on the surface of the transfer tape wound around the feeding reel, so that the feeding amount of the transfer tape fed from the feeding reel rotating due to the friction caused by the contact between the coating film on the surface of the transfer tape wound around the feeding reel and the used transfer tape can be controlled. In addition, since the transfer tape is not fed from the transfer reel unless it is wound by the take-up reel, sagging of the transfer tape can be prevented. Further, a frame portion having a transfer opening, a slide portion, a spring portion that always moves the frame portion outward of the case, and a rack gear that meshes with a take-up gear provided coaxially with the take-up reel can be integrally formed. In this invention, it is preferable that the payout reel is formed of a cylindrical tape core that is rotatably mounted on a support shaft protruding from the case half (Claim 2). This configuration simplifies the shape of the dispensing reel and facilitates the winding of the transfer tape onto the reel. In this invention, the winding gear and the rack gear may have any structure as long as they mesh with the winding gear provided coaxially with the winding reel only when the sliding portion moves toward the bottom of the case. Preferably, the winding gear is provided on the circumferential surface of the axial end of the pivot shaft of the winding reel, and the rack gear is provided on the side surface of an elastically deformable plate-shaped projection that extends straight out from the tip of the sliding portion (Claim 3). This configuration ensures reliable meshing between the winding gear and the rack gear, while also reducing the space occupied by the winding gear and the rack gear. Furthermore, in this invention, it is preferable that the frame portion is formed in a cross shape, and that the inner regions of the four adjacent corners are formed to be slightly wider than the pressing surface of the pressing transfer portion, and that a window hole for position confirmation is provided on the frame portion side of the sliding portion which is perpendicular to one side of the frame portion (Claim 4). With this configuration, the transfer position of the coating film can be confirmed by the cross-shaped frame and the window hole on the frame side of the sliding section which is perpendicular to one side of the frame. Furthermore, in this invention, it is preferable that a pair of guide pieces are provided protruding from the side surface adjacent to the pressing surface of the transfer pressing portion, for correcting the widthwise displacement of the used transfer tape (Claim 5). With this configuration, even if there is some misalignment in the transfer tape wound on the dispensing reel, the pair of guide pieces can correct it, and the used transfer tape can be wound onto the take-up reel without shifting in the width direction. Furthermore, in this invention, it is preferable that the winding reel is rotatably disposed on a support shaft protruding from the case half, and that it is further equipped with a reverse rotation prevention mechanism that prevents the winding reel from rotating in the opposite direction to the winding direction (Claim 6). In this case, it is preferable that the reverse rotation prevention mechanism comprises a planar tooth portion provided concentrically with the center of the support shaft in the case half, and a plurality of elastically deformable ratchet pawls protruding in an arc shape in the circumferential direction of the pivot shaft at the tip of the pivot shaft of the winding reel, and that the planar tooth portion and the ratchet pawls are formed to be able to engage when the winding reel rotates in the opposite direction to the winding direction (Claim 7). This configuration prevents the winding reel from rotating in reverse and causing the wound transfer tape to sag when the slide member moves outward from the case due to the elastic force of the spring. In this case, the reverse rotation prevention mechanism comprises a planar tooth portion provided concentrically with the center of the support shaft in half of the case, and a plurality of elastically deformable ratchet pawls projecting in an arc shape in the circumferential direction of the rotation shaft at the tip of the rotation shaft of the winding reel, and the planar tooth portion and the ratchet pawls are formed to engage when the winding reel rotates in the opposite direction to the winding direction, thereby facilitating the assembly of the reverse rotation prevention mechanism (Claim 7). Furthermore, in this invention, it is preferable that upright pieces are provided on the upper end surfaces of both side pieces of one half of the case, and locking claws are provided projecting from the end on the opening side and the end on the bottom side, and that a stepped portion that can be fitted with the upright pieces is provided on the upper end surfaces of both side pieces of the other half of the case, and that a locking slit that can engage with the locking claws is provided on the pressing transfer portion on the opening side and the bottom (Claim 8). This configuration makes it easier to assemble the case halves together and also makes the assembly more robust. In addition, the present invention further comprises a cap that closes the opening of the case, wherein the cap is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape that fits over the opening of the case, and the inner surface of the cap is provided with a plurality of ribs that abut against the end face of the case to secure storage space for the frame, and a plurality of auxiliary ribs provided between the ribs and having an upward slope from the opening end toward the bottom (Claim 9). In this case, the case and the cap are each formed in a substantially rectangular cross-section, the ribs are provided at the corners of the cap, and the auxiliary ribs are provided in the center of each side of the cap (Claim 10). With this configuration, when not in use, the coating of the transfer tape stretched across the pressing surface of the transfer pressing part exposed to the outside of the case opening, and the frame portion of the slide member can be covered by the cap. In this case, by providing multiple ribs on the inner surface of the cap that abut against the end surface of the case to secure storage space for the frame portion, and multiple auxiliary ribs provided between the ribs and having an upward slope from the opening end toward the bottom, the cap can be easily fitted onto the case even if it is slightly tilted when fitted onto the case, and the frame portion protruding from the case can be safely protected by the cap. According to the stamp-type coating transfer tool of this invention, since it is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. (1) According to the invention described in claim 1, the amount of transfer tape dispensed from the dispensing reel, which rotates due to friction caused by contact between the coating on the surface of the transfer tape wound on the dispensing reel and the used transfer tape, can be controlled, and slack in the transfer tape can be prevented. Furthermore, since the frame, the slide, the spring that constantly moves the frame outward from the case, and the rack gear that meshes with the winding gear provided coaxially with the winding reel can be integrally formed, the number of components can be reduced, the device can be made smaller, and the degree of design freedom can be improved. (2) According to the invention described in claim 2, the shape of the dispensing reel can be simplified and the winding of the transfer tape onto the dispensing reel can be simplified, so in addition to (1) above, the structure can be further simplified, miniaturized and the degree of design freedom can be improved. (3) According to the invention described in claim 3, the meshing of the winding gear and the rack gear can be made reliable, and the space occupied by the winding gear and the rack gear can be reduced, so in addition to (1) and (2) above, further miniaturization can be achieved and assembly can be made easier. (4) According to the invention described in claim 4, the transfer position of the coating film can be confirmed by the cross-shaped frame portion and the window hole for position confirmation on the frame portion side of the slide portion which is perpendicular to one side of the frame portion. In addition to (1) to (3) above, the transfer of the coating film can be made even easier and the transfer position can be made more accurate. (5) According to the invention described in claim 5, even if there is some misalignment in the transfer tape wound on the dispensing reel, it can be corrected by the pair of guide pieces, and the used transfer tape can be wound onto the take-up reel without shifting in the width direction, so in addition to (1) to (4) above, the transfer of the coating film can be made even easier. (6) According to the invention described in claims 6 and 7, in addition to (1) to (5) above, it is also possible to prevent the winding reel from rotating in reverse and the winded transfer tape from becoming loose when the slide member moves to the outside of the case due to the elastic force of the spring. In this case, the reverse rotation prevention mechanism comprises a planar tooth portion provided concentrically with the center of the support shaft in the case half, and a plurality of elastically deformable ratchet pawls projecting in an arc shape in the circumferential direction of the rotation shaft at the tip of the rotation shaft of the winding reel, and the planar tooth portion and the ratchet pawls are formed to be able to engage when the winding reel rotates in the opposite direction to the winding direction, thereby making it easier to assemble the reverse rotation prevention mechanism (Claim 7). (7) According to the invention described in claim 8, in addition to (1) to (6) above, the assembly of the case halves can be made easier and the assembly can be made stronger. (8) According to the invention described in claims 9 and 10, when not in use, the coating of the transfer tape stretched across the pressing surface of the transfer pressing part exposed to the outside of the opening of the case, and the frame of the slide member can be covered by the cap. In this case, even if the cap is slightly tilted when fitting it onto the case, the cap can be easily fitted, and the frame protruding from the case can be safely protected by the cap. Embodiments of this invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings. Here, we will describe the case in which the stamp-type coating transfer tool according to this invention (hereinafter referred to as the coating transfer tool) is applied to an adhesive transfer tool. As shown in Figures 2 to 5, the coating transfer tool according to this invention comprises: case halves 11 and 12 (hereinafter referred to as upper case half 11 and lower case half 12) that constitute a bottomed cylindrical case 10 having an opening 10a at one end; a dispensing reel 20 rotatably disposed inside the case 10 for winding a transfer tape 1 on which an adhesive coating 3 is applied to the surface of a base material 2; a take-up reel 30 rotatably disposed inside the case 10 for winding up the used transfer tape 1; a transfer pressing part 13 disposed in the opening 10a of one of the upper and lower case halves 11 and 12, i.e., the lower case half 12, and having a pressing surface 13a for pressing the back side of the transfer tape 1; a sliding member 40 that can move inward and outward through the opening 10a of the case 10; and a cap 50 that is detachably attached to the opening 10a of the case 10. In this case, the transfer tape 1 wound on the dispensing reel 20 is wound onto the take-up reel 30 in a state where the pressing surface 13a of the transfer pressing part 13 is in contact with the adhesive 3 on the surface of the transfer tape 1 wound on the dispensing reel 20. The case 10 is formed as a bottomed rectangular tube with a roughly rectangular cross-section and a rectangular opening 10a at one end. The upper and lower case halves 11 and 12 that make up the case 10 are made of synthetic resin material such as polystyrene (PS) or ABS resin, and are formed in a roughly rectangular U-shape with a cross-section that is horizontally divided into two parts from the opening 10a to the bottom 10b. In this case, a transfer pressing portion 13 is provided protruding from the opening 10a of the lower case half 12 to press the back side of the transfer tape 1. This transfer pressing portion 13 has a rectangular pressing surface 13a located in the center of the rectangular opening 10a, and the pressing surface 13a protrudes slightly outward from the opening 10a. An elastic stamp pad 13b is attached to the surface of the pressing surface 13a. Furthermore, on one side surface 13c adjacent to the pressing surface 13a of the transfer pressing section 13, a pair of guide pieces 13d and 13e are provided horizontally and parallel to each other to guide the base material 2 of the used transfer tape 1 (see Figure 10). These guide pieces 13d and 13e can correct any misalignment of the base material 2 of the used transfer tape 1 in the width direction. Furthermore, as shown in Figure 10, a first feed reel support shaft 14a is provided protruding from the rear side of the transfer pressing portion 13 on the opening 10a side of the lower case half 12, which rotatably supports the feed reel 20, and a first winding reel support shaft 15a is provided protruding from the bottom 10b side of the lower case half 12, which rotatably supports the winding reel 30. On the other hand, a second payload reel support shaft 14b that rotatably supports the payload reel 20 is provided protruding from the opening 10a side of the upper case half 11, and a second winding reel support shaft 15b that rotatably supports the winding reel 30 is provided protruding from the bottom 10b side of the upper case half 11 (see Figure 11). In addition, a planar toothed portion 18 is provided on the base end side of the second winding reel support shaft 15b of the upper case half 11, concentrically with the center of the second winding reel support shaft 15b, which constitutes a reverse rotation prevention mechanism described later. Furthermore, upright pieces 12b are provided on the inner side of the upper end surfaces of both side pieces 12a of the lower case half 12, leaving both ends intact, and a horizontally elongated first locking slit 16a is provided on the upper side of the pressing surface 13a of the transfer pressing part 13. In addition, a horizontally elongated second locking slit 16b is provided on the upper side of the bottom 10b of the lower case half 12. On the other hand, the upper end surfaces (lower end surfaces relative to the lower case half 12) of both side pieces 11a of the upper case half 11 are provided with stepped portions 11b that can be fitted with the upright pieces 12b of the lower case half 12. Furthermore, a substantially L-shaped first locking claw 17a with its tip protruding outward is provided on the opening 10a side of the upper case half 11, and a substantially L-shaped second locking claw 17b with its tip protruding outward is provided on the bottom 10b of the upper case half 11. When assembling the upper case half 11 and the lower case half 12 formed as described above, the upright piece 12b of the lower case half 12 is fitted with the stepped portion 11b of the upper case half 11, and the first locking claw 17a and the second locking claw 17b of the upper case half 11 are engaged with the first locking slit 16a and the second locking slit 16b of the lower case half 12, respectively. Therefore, the assembly of the upper case half 11 and the lower case half 12 can be made easier, and the assembly can be made stronger. The dispensing reel 20 is formed of a cylindrical tape core that is rotatably mounted on first and second dispensing reel support shafts 14a and 14b, which are provided protruding from the lower case half 12 and the upper case half 11. In this case, the tape core forming the dispensing reel 20 is made of a synthetic resin material such as polyacetal (POM), and as shown in Figure 14, it is formed in a stepped cylindrical shape having small diameter portions 22 at both ends of a large diameter portion 21 on which the transfer tape 1 is wound, and is rotatably mounted on the first and second dispensing reel support shafts 14a and 14b. In this way, by forming the dispensing reel 20 with a cylindrical tape core without a flange, the shape can be simplified and the winding of the transfer tape 1 can be facilitated. The winding reel 30 is formed by a spool with a pivot shaft 31 integrally formed on it, and is rotatably mounted on first and second winding reel support shafts 15a and 15b protruding from the lower case half 12 and the upper case half 11 via the pivot shaft 31. In this case, the winding reel, or spool 30, is formed of a synthetic resin material such as polyacetal (POM), and as shown in Figure 13, a winding gear 33 is provided on the circumferential surface of one axial end of the pivot shaft 31 that extends outside a pair of flanges 32a and 32b provided in the part that winds the base material 2 of the transfer tape 1, and a plurality (for example, two) of ratchet pawls 34 constituting a reverse rotation prevention mechanism, which will be described later, are provided at the axial tip of the other pivot shaft 31. The slide member 40 is formed from a synthetic resin material such as polyacetal (POM), and as shown in Figure 12, it is integrally formed with a frame portion 41 that is exposed to the outside of the opening of the case 10 and has a transfer opening 41e that communicates with the opening 10a, a slide portion 42 that is movably inserted into the case 10, a spring portion 43 that elastically contacts the bottom portion 10b of the case 10 and constantly moves the frame portion 41 outward from the case 10, and a rack gear 44 that meshes with a winding gear 33 provided coaxially with the winding reel 30 only when the slide portion 42 moves toward the bottom portion 10b of the case 10. In this case, the frame portion 41 is formed in a roughly cross shape with protruding frame pieces 41a, 41b, 41c, and 41d that protrude in a U-shape from the center of each of its four sides, and the inner regions 41g (shown by dashed lines in Figure 1(c)) of the four adjacent corner portions 41f are formed to be slightly wider than the pressing surface 13a of the pressing transfer portion 13. In addition, a rectangular window hole 42a for position confirmation is provided on the frame portion 41 side of the slide portion 42 which is perpendicular to one side of the frame portion 41. The slide portion 42 has protruding frame pieces 41b, 41c on both sides of the frame portion 41, and side pieces 42b, 42c extending to the lower protruding frame piece 41d, as well as a bottom piece 42d. The bottom piece 42d is provided with a notched hole 42e to avoid interference with the pay-out reel 20 when the slide portion 42 moves inside the case 10, and a concave notch 42f to avoid interference with the take-up reel 30. Furthermore, an elastically deformable plate-shaped projection 42g extends straight from the tip of one side piece 42b of the bottom piece 42d, and a rack gear 44 is provided on the side surface of the tip of the plate-shaped projection 42g. The rack gear 44, provided on the side surface of the tip of the plate-shaped projection 42f formed as described above, is designed to mesh with the winding gear 33 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the axial end of the winding reel (spool) 30. In other words, the rack gear 44 and the winding gear 33 provided on the winding reel (spool) 30 mesh only when the sliding portion 42 moves toward the bottom portion 10b of the case 10. Furthermore, the spring portion 43 is formed of an elastically deformable spring base portion 43a that bends in a curved shape from the tip of the side piece 42c of the slide portion 42, and a circular bulging head portion 43b provided at the tip of the spring base portion 43a. In this form, the spring portion 43 is formed such that the bulging head portion 43b elastically contacts the bottom portion 10b of the case 10 due to the elastic force of the spring base portion 43a, causing the frame portion 41 of the slide member 40 to constantly move outward from the case 10. Next, the reverse rotation prevention mechanism for the winding reel 30 will be described. In this embodiment, a reverse rotation prevention mechanism is provided between the winding reel (spool) 30 and the winding reel (spool) 30, which is provided protruding from the upper case half 11 and prevents the winding reel (spool) 30 from rotating in the opposite direction to the winding direction. In this case, as shown in Figures 11, 13, and 15, the reverse rotation prevention mechanism comprises a planar tooth portion 18 provided concentrically with the center of the second winding reel support shaft 15b in the upper case half 11, and a plurality (two) elastically deformable ratchet pawls 34 each having an upward inclined surface 34a towards the tip, which protrude in an arc shape in the circumferential direction of the pivot shaft 31 at the tip of the winding reel (spool) 30. The planar tooth portion 18 and the ratchet pawls 34 are formed to be engageable when the winding reel (spool) 30 rotates in the opposite direction (-R) to the winding direction (+R) (see Figure 15(c)). As shown in the schematic diagram in Figure 15(c), the ratchet pawl 34 is formed in a roughly triangular cross-section with an upward sloping surface 34a towards its tip. Therefore, when the winding reel (spool) 30 rotates in the winding direction (+R), it does not interfere with the planar teeth 18, and when the winding reel (spool) 30 rotates in the reverse direction (-R), it engages with the planar teeth 18 to prevent the winding reel (spool) 30 from rotating in the reverse direction. With this reverse rotation prevention mechanism, the elastic force of the spring portion 43 prevents the winding reel (spool) 30 from rotating in reverse and causing the wound transfer tape 1 to slacken when the slide member 40 moves to the outside of the case 10. In the above embodiment, the case in which a reverse rotation prevention mechanism is provided between the winding reel (spool) 30 and the second winding reel support shaft 15b protruding from the upper case half 11 was described. However, the same effect can be obtained by providing the reverse rotation prevention mechanism between the winding reel (spool) 30 and the first winding reel support shaft 15a protruding from the lower case half 12. The cap 50 is made of a synthetic resin material such as polystyrene (PS) or ABS resin, and is formed in a closed-bottom cylindrical shape with a roughly rectangular cross-section that fits over the opening 10a of the case 10. In this case, a plurality of (4) ribs 51 are provided at the corners of the inner surface of the cap 50, which abut against the end face of the case 10 to secure storage space for the frame portion 41, and a plurality of (4) auxiliary ribs 52 are provided in the center of each side between the ribs 51, which have an upward slope from the opening end of the cap 50 toward the bottom. With the cap 50 formed as described above, even if the cap 50 is slightly tilted when fitting it onto the case 10, it is possible to easily fit the cap 50 onto the case 10, and the frame portion 41 protruding from the case 10 can be safely protected by the cap 50. In the coating transfer tool of the embodiment configured as described above, if a transfer tape 1 with a width of 6.0 mm and a length of 3.5 m is wound onto the dispensing reel 20, and the area of the transfer surface (stamp surface) is 6.0 mm x 6.0 mm, then at least 500 transfers (stamps) are possible. Furthermore, by using the transfer tape 1 of the above dimensions, the external dimensions of the coating transfer tool can be made 23.0 mm x 23.0 mm x 64.8 mm, making the overall size smaller. Therefore, for example, as shown in Figure 16, the coating transfer tool can be stored in a pen case 62 that holds writing instruments such as pencils 60 and erasers 61. Alternatively, it can be stored in an office supplies tray provided in a desk drawer. Next, when using the coating transfer tool configured as described above, first, the transfer tape 1 pulled out from the dispensing reel 20 is set to be wound onto the take-up reel (spool) 30 in a state where it is in contact with the pressing surface 13a of the transfer pressing part 13 and the adhesive 3 on the surface of the transfer tape 1 wound on the dispensing reel 20. In this state, the user holds the case 10 in their hand and presses the frame portion 41 of the slide member 40 against the transfer surface 4 against the elastic force of the spring portion 43. As a result, the slide member 40 moves inward towards the case 10, while the transfer pressing portion 13, which presses the back surface of the transfer tape 1, protrudes relatively outward towards the case 10, transferring the adhesive 3 (coating) to the transfer surface 4. As the slide member 40 moves inward, the rack gear 44, which meshes with the winding gear 33 coaxial with the winding reel (spool) 30, moves to the bottom of the case 10 and rotates the winding reel (spool) 30 together with the winding gear 33 in the winding direction (clockwise in Figure 4). The unwinding reel 20 then rotates in the unwinding direction of the transfer tape 1 (counterclockwise in Figure 4), unwinding the transfer tape 1. The transfer tape 1 (base material 2) that was used up in the previous transfer (stamp) is wound up, and the transfer tape 1 with the adhesive 3 (coating film) moves to the pressing surface 13a of the transfer pressing part 13. After transferring the adhesive 3 (coating), when the transfer tool is lifted, the elastic force of the spring portion 43 causes the slide member 40 to move to the outside of the case 10, preparing for the next transfer (stamp). According to the coating transfer tool of the embodiment configured as described above, the transfer tape 1 pulled out from the dispensing reel 20 is wound onto the take-up reel (spool) 30 while in contact with the adhesive 3 on the surface of the transfer tape 1. This allows control of the amount of transfer tape 1 dispensed from the dispensing reel 20, which rotates due to friction caused by contact between the adhesive 3 (coating film) on the surface of the transfer tape 1 wound on the dispensing reel 20 and the used transfer tape, i.e., the base material 2. Furthermore, since the transfer tape 1 is not dispensed from the dispensing reel 20 unless it is wound onto the take-up reel (spool) 30, slack in the transfer tape 1 can be prevented. Furthermore, since the slide member 40 has a frame portion 41, a slide portion 42, a spring portion 43, and a rack gear 44 integrally formed, the number of components can be reduced, miniaturization can be achieved, and the degree of design freedom can be improved. Furthermore, since the winding gear 33 is provided on the circumferential surface of the axial end of the pivot shaft 31 of the winding reel (spool) 30, and the rack gear 44 is provided on the side surface of the elastically deformable plate-shaped projection 42g that extends straight out from the tip of the slide portion 42, the meshing of the winding gear 33 and the rack gear 44 can be ensured, and the space occupied by the winding gear 33 and the rack gear 44 can be reduced. Furthermore, the transfer position of the coating can be confirmed by the cross-shaped frame portion 41 and the position confirmation window hole 42a on the frame portion side of the slide portion 42 which is perpendicular to one side of the frame portion 41. This makes it easier to transfer (stamp) the coating and ensures accuracy in the transfer position. Furthermore, even if there is some misalignment in the transfer tape 1 wound on the dispensing reel 20, it can be corrected by the pair of guide pieces 13d and 13e, and the used transfer tape (base material 2) can be wound onto the take-up reel (spool) 30 without shifting in the width direction, thus making the transfer (stamping) of the coating film even easier. Furthermore, the elastic force of the spring portion 43 prevents the winding reel (spool) 30 from rotating in reverse and causing the wound transfer tape 1 to slacken when the slide member 40 moves to the outside of the case 10. In this case, the reverse rotation prevention mechanism comprises a planar tooth portion 18 provided concentrically with the center of the first pay-out reel support shaft 15a in the upper case half 11, and a plurality of elastically deformable ratchet pawls 34 projecting in an arc shape in the circumferential direction of the pivot shaft at the tip of the pivot shaft 31 of the winding reel (spool) 30. The planar tooth portion 18 and the ratchet pawls 34 are formed to engage when the winding reel (spool) 30 rotates in the opposite direction to the winding direction, thereby facilitating the assembly of the reverse rotation prevention mechanism. Furthermore, even if the cap 50 is slightly tilted when fitting it onto the case 10, it can be easily fitted onto the case 10, and the frame portion 41 protruding from the case 10 can be safely protected by the cap 50. <Other Embodiments> In the above embodiment, the case in which the coating transfer tool according to this invention is applied to an adhesive transfer tool was described, but it can also be applied to a coating transfer tool that uses a transfer tape carrying a coating of a correction paint agent instead of an adhesive. In the above embodiment, we have described a case where no design is applied to the case 10 (upper case half 11, lower case half 12) and the cap 50. However, as shown in Figures 17(a) to (c), different eye designs may be applied to the side surface of the cap 50. 1.
