Description

[001] The present invention relates to the technical field of devices for fixing and moving aerators for incorporating oxygen into water. More specifically, it is a central base support with a rotating arm designed for the circular movement of aerators. This construction allows for more efficient and uniform oxygen distribution, resulting in a reduction in the number of aerators per fish tank. The invention features a central base support composed of a drilling and fixing tip equipped with a drilling bit, which is fixed at the central point of the ground inside the tank. A rotating arm is attached to the support, allowing for the clockwise or counterclockwise fixing and movement of a paddle aerator or any other compatible oxygenation equipment. In addition, it includes an upper tip designed to support the electrical power cable that supplies the aerator motor. State of the art

[002] Fish farming is a common practice in all nationalities, and every year it has been growing on a large scale. Due to this growth, techniques and technological resources aimed at large-scale commercialization have been implemented, and to enter this market, the investor needs to pay attention to some details, regardless of the size of their operation, where it is necessary to use quality equipment and seek specialized technical guidance.

[003] In this segment, monitoring and correcting water quality is fundamental, and for this reason it is necessary to use aeration equipment, which serves to incorporate oxygen into the water and also mix the water so that there is no accumulation of toxic gases at the bottom of the tank, which could cause the premature death of fish or shrimp. Petition 870240025665, dated 03 / 25 / 2024, page 14 / 36 2 / 6

[004] As is known to those skilled in the art, there is currently a wide variety of aerator equipment used in fish farming tanks, among other crops that require treatment of liquid and organic effluents through oxygen distribution. Examples include those disclosed in patent documents such as PI9303174-2, MU7602240-4 and MU8601688-1.

[005] Document PI9303174-2 discloses a process for treating liquid and organic effluents that uses pure oxygen through a modified aerator system, and basically describes an aerator known as a fountain, formed by a float in the shape of a circular buoy, equipped with a central motor that drives a propeller to move the bottom of the tank and raise the water, which passes through channels and causes the water to gush out in the form of a fountain, thus moving and oxygenating the surrounding water. These aerator models are installed statically in the center or at specific points, which are anchored or tied by means of ropes distributed at three or four points on the banks of the tank or lake. This installation system is completely different from the proposed invention.

[006] Document MU7602240-4 discloses an aerator module for aquatic organism rearing tanks, comprising a pair of horizontal floats mounted between two L-shaped crossbars interconnected by two parallel L-shaped bent supports, where the electric motor is fixed, which rotates a long inclined shaft equipped with a helical tip, providing aeration at the bottom of the tank or pond. This equipment is usually attached to the edges of the tank or pond using metal or wooden supports, and the installation of two or more aerators is necessary to oxygenate the entire tank.

[007] And document MU8601688-1 discloses a triangular paddle aerator with a set of three paddles, comprising two parallel oblong-shaped floats, interconnected by crossbars, and equipped with an electric motor with a worm gear reducer, which drives a rotating shaft of five sets of three paddles that stir the bottom and assist in the oxygenation of the water. This equipment follows Petition 870240025665, dated 03 / 25 / 2024, p. 15 / 36 3 / 6 The same installation principle as the previous example, which describes the fixation by means of supports and the need to use more than one piece of equipment to make the process viable. Another way found to install this equipment was by means of a rope, where the aerator remains stationary or moves in the direction of a windshield wiper, but in a disoriented way. New Invention Details

[008] The present invention relates to fastening devices for aerator equipment in general, which work to incorporate oxygen into the water and also mix the water so that the accumulation of toxic gases does not occur at the bottom of the tank, where currently ropes, anchors or metal or wooden supports are used to keep aerators with fountain-type floats, paddles or rods with helical tips, statically at some point in the tank or lake, comprising a central base support composed of a drilling bit that is fixed at a point in the ground in the center of the tank; a rotating arm, where a paddle aerator or any other existing oxygenation equipment is attached, allowing its movement clockwise or counterclockwise around the support; and an upper tip, with a contact device, which allows the rotation of the wire that sends the electrical energy to power the motor that drives the aerator's paddles.

[009] According to the aerator model, a propeller will be attached to perform the rotational movements around the support.

[010] Depending on the support model, a motor with pulleys, chain or belts will be attached, allowing the rotating arm to turn and consequently the aerator that is attached.

[011] According to the invention, the rotation system or mechanism of the support arm or aerator that does not have its own rotation element may be fitted with an electric motor, combustion engine or any other means of propulsion that allows it to rotate around the support. Petition 870240025665, dated 03 / 25 / 2024, page 16 / 36 4 / 6

[012] The invention was developed with the aim of differentiating itself from and improving upon current models and systems for attaching and operating aerators in tanks or ponds. Its main differences or improvements include: • New fastening system that allows circular movement of the aerator inside the tank, thus covering a larger area for aeration and movement of the effluent; • Allows for the attachment and rotation of any aerator model with a float, simply by adding a propulsion device or a rotation mechanism that rotates the support arm itself; and • With just one aerator, it is possible to cover a much larger area compared to using one or more aerators that operate statically. Description of the attached drawings

[013] In order that the present invention may be fully understood and put into practice by any technician in this technological sector, it will be described in a clear, concise and sufficient manner, based on the attached figures, which illustrate and support it, listed below: Figure 1 represents a front view of the central base support with a rotating arm for the circular movement of aerators; Figure 2 represents an exploded view of the central base support with a rotating arm for the rotary movement of aerators; Figure 3 represents a schematic view of the operation of the central base support with rotating arm for the circular movement of aerators.
