STATE OF THE ART 003 With the sole and exclusive purpose of providing veracity to the preamble of this description, the applicant will now provide, in the following paragraphs, a brief but consistent explanation of the state of the art regarding the problems and inconveniences existing in aesthetic procedures or the application of tattoos on the skin, where it will be possible for a person skilled in the art to recognize its deficient aspects, in order to later clearly identify in the invention now claimed the requirement of Petition 870250007291, dated 01 / 29 / 2025, page 6 / 17 2 / 5 novelty, mandatory under the Industrial Property Law. 004 As is widely known, tattooing is one of the most well-known and celebrated forms of body modification in the world. It is a permanent art form done on human skin that, technically, consists of a subcutaneous application obtained through the introduction of pigments by needles, interpreted by the body as a physical aggression. 005 It is known by people who have already undergone such procedures that all tattoos or cosmetic procedures involve some level of pain. Depending on the location chosen for the tattoo or procedure, the discomfort will be greater or lesser. 006 Over the years, products such as creams and ointments have been developed to provide pain relief during tattoo sessions and / or aesthetic procedures, since many art enthusiasts have high sensitivity and are therefore unable or hindered from undergoing the procedure. 007 The state of the art reveals Brazilian patent PI 09004823, published on 03 / 11 / 2009, entitled COMPOSITIONS FOR PROVIDING AN ANALGESIC EFFECT TO THE SKIN, which describes compositions that include an amine-containing compound, selected from formula I and formula II wherein R~ 1~, R~ 2~, R~ 3~, R~ 4~ and R~ 5~, independently, are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C~ 1~-C~ 6~ alkyl, and C~ 1~-C~ 6~ hydroxyalkyl; or a cosmetically acceptable salt thereof; and a sensation-blocking agent, wherein the compositions provide an analgesic effect on the skin when applied to an area of skin exhibiting at least one symptom of itching, pain, stinging, burning, or similar sensations. The analgesic described in this patent does not present the characteristics and innovations of the present application, and has a completely different composition from that proposed in this patent. 008 The state of the art also reveals Brazilian patent BR 10 2019 000964-0, published on 04 / 08 / 2020, which describes a dermocosmetic composition, obtained through a simple preparation process, consisting of biocompatible moisturizing, humectant and nourishing active ingredients, which Petition 870250007291, dated 01 / 29 / 2025, page 7 / 17 3 / 5 guarantee tissue repair, preventing skin irritation and ensuring local adhesion when applying protective film, contributing to the post-tattoo healing process. To this end, the composition consists of the following active ingredients: aluminum sulfate (1); double-distilled vegetable glycerin (2); dexpanthenol (5); an active ingredient consisting of pentylene glycol, glycerin, sodium lactate, lactic acid, serine, urea, sorbitol, sodium chloride, allantoin and water (3) - Hidrovital®, an active ingredient consisting of pentylene glycol, glycerin, sodium lactate, lactic acid, serine, urea, sorbitol, sodium chloride, allantoin and water; and PCANa (4); using grain alcohol (7) and purified water (A) as vehicles; therefore, the composition consists of components with recognized skin repair and hydration activity, thus being indicated for hydration and repair of the skin barrier after the tattooing process.Due to its hydrophilic base, the formulation does not present the drawbacks of products currently on the market, which are generally based on greasy bases that make applying the protective film difficult; or on conventional hydroalcoholic bases, which lack moisturizing and nourishing agents. The analgesic described in this patent does not present the characteristics and innovations of the present application, and has a completely different composition from that proposed in this patent. 009 Despite the excellent application of the products described above, and also of the ointments known on the market for relieving skin pain, many of which are already used in tattooing sessions, these are composed of chemical components, usually in large quantities. 010 In view of the foregoing technical fundamentals, with the passage of time and the accumulation of experience, the facts pointed towards the construction of a novel topical anesthetic composition, presenting several benefits, being quite practical and efficient, where its unique construction eliminates the negative aspects known in the State of the Art, which is presented in this patent.
