/ 6 “CONTINUOUS CYCLE BALING PRESS WITH DOUBLE TYING SYSTEM.” OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[001] The invention, as expressed in the wording of this descriptive memorandum, relates to a continuous cycle baling press with a double tying system, providing, for the function for which it is intended, advantages and characteristics, which are described in detail below.

[002] More specifically, the object of the invention relates to a continuous cycle baling press that has the advantageous feature of having a double tying system, one by rope or plastic thread and the other by wire, such that, by placing one of the tying systems, rope or plastic thread or wire, on the upper part of the press and the other tying system, wire or rope or plastic thread, on the side of the press, the bales produced by the baling press can be tied either using only the tying system with rope or plastic thread, or using only the tying system with wire, or using both simultaneously, according to the needs of each type of product to be baled, optimizing the tying system of compacted products in this type of baling press, where some products need to be tied with rope or plastic thread,Some need to be tied only with wire, while others can be tied using both options. FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION

[003] The field of application of the present invention is in the industry sector dedicated to the manufacture of baling presses, with particular emphasis on the tying equipment and tying systems included in these machines.

[004] They can be used in the following sectors: paper mills, cardboard mills, plastics mills, etc.

[005] Graphic arts Petition 870250013350, dated 02 / 18 / 2025, page 7 / 19 / 6

[006] Waste management companies

[007] Paper, cardboard and plastic recycling companies.

[008] Companies that trade in grass and forage. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[009] In the industrial sector, and specifically in the recycling sector, there is already machinery for compacting waste bales that uses double tying, but does not use plastic ropes or twine and wire tying machines installed together in the same baling press.

[010] The problem is that there are some materials that cannot be baled in machines that only have wire ties because they need to be tied with rope or plastic twine, and in turn, there are also other materials that cannot be baled in machines that only have rope or plastic twine because they need to be tied with wire.

[011] The objective of the present invention is to provide the market with a new type of baling press that avoids this problem by including both possibilities together.

[012] On the other hand, and with reference to the current state of the art, it should be noted that, at least on the applicant's part, there is no knowledge of the existence of any other baling press with a double binding system, nor of any other invention of similar application, which presents technical and structural characteristics equal or similar to those claimed herein. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[013] The continuous cycle baling press with double tying system proposed by the invention constitutes a suitable solution for the stated purpose which, at the same time, represents an improvement over what is already known, the characteristic details that make it possible and that distinguish it being conveniently included in the final claims that Petition 870250013350, dated 02 / 18 / 2025, p. 8 / 19 / 6, accompanies this description.

[014] What the invention proposes, as already mentioned, is a continuous cycle baling press that is distinguished by including a double tying system, one of which is a tying system with rope or plastic twine and the other a tying system with wire, and in which, moreover, one of the two is located on the upper part of the press and the other on the side, so that the bales manufactured by the baler can be tied using only rope or plastic twine, or only wire, or both simultaneously, optimizing the tying system of products compacted in such balers, where some products need to be tied with rope or plastic twine, others need to be tied only with wire and others can be tied with both options.

[015] More specifically, the press object of the invention is an automatic continuous cycle baling press which, as is known, has automatic tying systems to tie the bales produced in the press itself.

[016] These automatic tying systems, which are generally located on the top of the baler or on the side of it, at the point where the baler carriage ends its travel, and which normally use wire to tie bales of products that expand little, cardboard, paper, newspapers, magazines, or normally use rope or plastic thread to tie products that have greater expansion, various forages, plastics, waste, etc., In the baler of the invention, both systems are mounted, one on the top of the machine to tie with wire or rope or plastic thread and the other on the side to tie with rope or plastic thread or wire.

[017] Furthermore, these tying systems are installed on the machine in such a way that the bales can be tied using only one tying system, whether with wire, rope or plastic twine, or both at the same time. Petition 870250013350, dated 02 / 18 / 2025, page 9 / 19 / 6 time, if necessary.

[018] The number of ties for each tying system may vary depending on the machine model and, in addition, each of them, in turn, may be composed of three, four, five or six ties.

[019] By implementing these two different binding systems on the automatic continuous cycle baler that is the subject of the invention, it is possible to obtain great versatility in making bales with different materials from the recycling and forage sectors.

[020] When desired, it is possible to tie with thread using only one bandage system with said thread or plastic thread, and when desired, it is possible to tie with wire using the other bandage system, and when desired, both bandage systems can be used simultaneously.

[021] In products packaged in machines where previously only a binding system was used (say, only with wire) and which can be tied with rope or plastic thread, the economic savings in consumables are logically quite high, since the price of wire is logically much higher than the price of rope or plastic thread. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[022] In order to complement the description given and with the aim of helping to better understand the characteristics of the invention, this description is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by a set of drawings in which the following has been represented, by way of illustration and not limitation.

[023] Figure 1. - Shows a schematic perspective view of an example of a baling press covered by the invention, highlighting the main parts and elements that compose it, in particular the two tying systems.

[024] Figure 2. - Shows an enlarged view of a part of the baler, of Petition 870250013350, dated 02 / 18 / 2025, page 10 / 19 / 6 in accordance with the invention, shown in figure 1, specifically the fastening system incorporated in the upper part.

[025] And figure number 3. - Shows an enlarged view of another part of the press, according to the invention, shown in figure 1, in this case of the clamping system incorporated in the side part. PREFERRED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
