Description

/ 3 Reusable anchor for anchoring system and anchor installation method. Field of Invention

[001] The present invention relates to an anchor for use in the guying of the mobile emergency tower that operates in situations of failure in subtransmission systems (69 to 138 kV) in cases of structural damage. State of the art

[002] Currently, the dead system is most frequently used for bracing temporary structures.

[003] The invention differs from existing solutions because it is quicker to install and reusable.

[004] The present invention has as its main application reducing the time for restoring electrical power in subtransmission systems (69 to 138 kV) in cases of structural failures. Description of the figures

[012] Figure 8 shows the top view of the anchor without the chain and without the crimping and tensioning rods.

[013] Figures 9 and 10 show the side view of the anchor. Detailed description of the invention.

[014] The present invention patent discloses an anchoring system (S) an anchor applied to the guying of the mobile emergency tower. The anchoring system (S) comprises at least one Anchor (1), at least one eyelet (2), at least one traction rod (3), at least one crimping rod (4) and at least one chain for retrieval (5).

[015] The said anchor (1) is provided with at least one pull hole (11), at least one pull hole (12) and at least one anchoring surface (13).

[016] The said anchor (1) is connected to the eyelet (2) by means of the pull hole (12) by means of a pin (p), and at the opposite end to the anchoring surface (13) the said anchor (1) is connected to the draw chain (5) by means of the draw hole (11) by means of a pin (p).

[017] The upper end of the eyelet (2) is connected to the draw rod (3).

[018] The anchor is characterized by being made of nodular iron, GGG70, eyelet and traction shank made of 1045 steel, and driving shank made of S1 steel.

[019] The anchor installation method follows these steps: Setting; Traction; Sake. Petition 870250094737, dated 10 / 16 / 2025, page 13 / 16 / 3

[020] Driving: The driving rod, operated by a demolition hammer, is used; it is extendable and composed of several segments.

[021] Pulling: This consists of pulling the anchor using the hydraulic puller until it is locked into the ground.

[022] Anchor retrieval: This consists of pulling the chain so that the anchor can rotate and be retrieved.

[023] From the foregoing, it will be observed that numerous modifications and variations may be made without departing from the true spirit and scope of the new concepts of the present invention. It should be understood that no limitation with respect to the specific embodiments illustrated is intended or should be inferred. The description is intended to cover all such modifications that fall within the scope of the invention. Petition 870250094737, dated 10 / 16 / 2025, p. 14 / 16
