Description

1 / 31 PUMP FOR DISPENSING A FLUID

[0001] The present invention relates to a pump for dispensing a fluid, which has a pump head, a piston with a piston body, a pump chamber provided by a part of the pump chamber 5, an inlet valve and an outlet valve, the piston body being movable relative to the pump chamber.

[0002] Pumps for dispensing a fluid, which can also be a paste-like fluid, are known from various embodiments. For example, reference is made to documents US 8,205,772 B2 and US 7,770,759 B2. The first reference describes a dispenser with an outlet valve that is actively moved by the pump head in an open position, with movement opposite to the direction of fluid dispensing. The second reference shows an outlet valve that is actuated only by the fluid pressure created during the pumping stroke.

[0003] US document 2018 / 339305 A1 describes a pump with an outlet valve having a dish-shaped top with an annular notch on its lower surface. In the closed position, a complementary ring is received in the notch.

[0004] Document DE 10 2007 024 724 A1 describes a pump with an outlet valve featuring a conical outer surface that cooperates with a conical surface of a sealing piece in a closed condition of the outlet valve.

[0005] US patent 2005 / 023298 A1 describes a pump with a piston body in which one end of the piston body provides the outlet valve. This lower end also cooperates with a diaphragm that extends below the piston body providing the restoring medium.

[0006] US document 2016 / 332181 Al describes a pump with a piston body that is received within a diaphragm portion. Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 11 / 95 2 / 31 which provides the restoring forces. The pump head has an inner wall and an outer wall, where the inner wall also cooperates with the diaphragm part.

[0007] Document KR 102044128 B1 describes a pump with a pump head featuring a skirt with a skirt ring. The pump head can rotate in the initial position around a vertical axis which also has a shoulder to be axially distant from a first stop, thus providing horizontal space to receive the skirt ring. The locked position is limited by a second stop.

[0008] In view of the state of the art, the objective of the invention is to provide a pump for dispensing a fluid, which is advantageously designed.

[0009] According to a first aspect of the invention, a fluid pump is provided, in which the outlet valve is focused, consisting of a disc-shaped valve piece with an outer projecting circumferential ring portion, the outlet valve cooperating with the sealing ring provided for the pump head, conferred by an opening in an outlet channel extending inward, and at least in the opening position, through a short tube-shaped portion, in which additionally the disc-shaped valve is located on the ring by means of a projecting edge on the outlet surface of the disc-shaped valve piece, in which the outer surface is in a projecting convex cross-section, providing such edge, or due to the compression of the disc-shaped valve piece, which is, in this case, elastic, a comparatively wide sealing contact is conferred by surfaces that lie one upon the other in a somewhat cylindrical area.

[0010] The pump has an effective opening and closing mechanism. Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 12 / 95 3 / 31 ment. The outlet valve may be provided near the upper end of the pump, preferably leading directly to the outlet channel of the pump head.

[0011] According to a further aspect of the invention, a pump is provided for dispensing a fluid, in which the restoring means is positioned outside, wherein the pump further provides the restoring means to move the pump head and piston from the lower end position back to the initial position, wherein the restoring means is still positioned outside the channel for dispensing the fluid, which is not in contact with the fluid, especially not when dispensing the fluid, wherein the restoring means is still positioned even outside the outer wall of the piston body.

[0012] According to yet another aspect of the invention, a pump is provided for dispensing a fluid, in which a second stop is focused that can be passed, wherein the locked position is further limited by the second stop, also provided in the pump chamber or in another respective pump part, and an end surface of the skirt rim that will be supported against the second stop when the pump head is rotated to the locked position, wherein the second stop can be passed by the skirt and / or protruding ribs, which immediately provide the user with a sensitive reaction that he is rotating the ratchet of the pump head, the first stop not being able to be passed, wherein the second stop will first be reached by the skirt rim when rotating the pump head to the locking position, and wherein, below the second stop, there is an inclined surface to guide the pump head by means of the lower edge of the skirt rim to an elevated position, if this is not already checked when rotating the pump head to the locking position.

[0013] The piston body with two concentric walls is a Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 13 / 95 4 / 31 The pump's stable part is due to its concentric walls. At the same time, it advantageously provides a corresponding guide wall for the pump head.

[0014] Locking the pump head in the initial position is easily accomplished by a respective design of a pump part or cooperating pump parts. With the pump head thus locked, during transport, for example, the pump cannot inadvertently dispense fluid.

[0015] The embodiments described above and below may also be provided for two or all of them, combined into a single embodiment of such a bomb.

[0016] Preferably, the pump has a restoring means for moving the pump head or the pump head and piston from the lower end position back to the initial position. Such a restoring means may be provided by a bellows. Such a restoring means may also be provided by a spring, even more preferably by a plastic spring. As for such a plastic spring, for example, refer to document WO 2020 / 156933 Al.

[0017] Insofar as a bellows is provided, the bellows is preferably a plastic bellows. The bellows may preferably have a closed bellows wall. The bellows wall may further have upper and / or lower protrusions for support against the pump head and / or another pump part. The bellows may be supported against the pump head with the upper protrusions and against a pump part with the lower protrusions. The other pump part, against which the bellows is supported by the lower protrusions, is preferably the pump chamber body.

[0018] The restoring medium is preferably positioned outside the Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 14 / 95 5 / 31 channel for dispensing the fluid. The restorative medium will therefore preferably not come into contact with the fluid, especially not during fluid dispensing.

[0019] In one or more parts of the pump, a stop as well as a spacer ring are provided. Specifically, the stop may be provided in a part of the pump housing, preferably at least part of the external surface of the pump. This external surface is visible to a user during normal use of the dispenser. More specifically, this part of the pump housing may be a screw cap or a retaining cap. The spacer ring may be provided in the chamber part of the pump. The stop and / or the spacer ring may extend in a circumferential direction. Possibly, they may extend over a circumferential angle, viewed from a geometric mean axis of the pump, of, for example, 10 or more degrees up to, for example, 30, 40, 60 or 90 degrees or even more. The stop may have a longer circumferential extension than the spacer ring. The stop may have an all-around extension, i.e., 360 degrees.

[0020] The bellows may be in a vertical direction, which is conferred in the pump in a fluid flow direction as it flows through the channel in the piston body, in a vertical cross-section, a zigzag configuration provided by a plurality of protrusions one above the other in said vertical direction. The number of protrusions may be 5 or more, for example, up to 10 or 20 or even more. The bellows may also have a general cylindrical shape. In the assembled state of the pump, a geometric mean axis of the bellows may coincide with the geometric mean axis of the pump. Specifically, one may distinguish geometric cylinders, coincident with the same mean axis, in which the radial distance between said cylinders may extend a plurality or even all the protrusions of the bellows. The protrusions may extend between Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 15 / 95 6 / 31 the two geometric cylinders of uniform distance in a circumferential direction.

[0021] In one embodiment, in which the piston body has two walls, an inner wall and an outer wall, the restoring means is preferably positioned just outside the outer wall of the piston body.

[0022] The lower part of the protrusions, which is preferably continuously checked in the circumferential direction, is preferably arranged in the initial position above a piston sealing flange, for example, above an upper piston sealing flange if the piston has two or more sealing flanges. The piston sealing flange being for engagement with the inner surface of the pump chamber body, in the initial position of the pump head or piston body, respectively. The sealing flange may also, in this initial position, be abutting the lower part of the protrusions of the restoring means, preferably the protrusion part of the bellows. This may even provide some stop for the piston or piston body, respectively, in the upper initial position. The sealing rim will preferably move along the inner surface of the pump chamber body when the piston is moving from the initial position to the lower end position and back to the initial position.

[0023] The pump head may have a wall that may also be addressed as a guide skirt, preferably to be guided in relation to the piston body.

[0024] The pump head may also have two circumferential walls, preferably one of the pump head walls, more preferably both pump head walls being engaged with the piston body. The pump head walls may be combined into a common roof piece and be spaced apart from each other all around the circumference and to a lower end of both. Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 16 / 95 7 / 31 walls, viewed in the direction of fluid dispensing. Viewed in this dispensing direction, the lower ends of the walls are shown first, followed by part of the ceiling.

[0025] The inner wall of the pump head preferably cooperates with the outer surface of a wall of the piston body. More preferably, the inner wall of the pump head cooperates with an outer surface of an inner wall of the piston body, in the case where the piston body has two circumferential walls that are concentrically arranged with each other. The cooperation is preferably a sliding engagement between the aforementioned parts. The cooperation may additionally or alternatively provide a stop for the pump head when it moves relative to the piston body, marking a final position in which the outlet valve is open.

[0026] A second additional pump head wall, which is external and preferably concentric to the first inner wall of the pump head, may be engaged with an additional wall of the piston body, preferably with the inner surface of said second additional piston body wall. The second pump head wall is further preferably to define, additionally or alternatively to the engagement between the first pump head wall or the inner pump head wall of the piston body, a relative movement of the pump head relative to the pump piston during a pumping stroke. The relative movement of the pump head relative to the piston body during a pumping stroke moving from the upper initial position to the lower final position is further preferably much smaller than the entire length of that pumping stroke. It could be in the range of one-tenth or less, for example, up to one-hundredth of such a pumping stroke. Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 17 / 95 8 / 31

[0027] The pump head may have an additional third wall. The third wall of the pump head should preferably also be circumferential to the first and / or second walls of the pump head, with an additional radial distance outwards from the first or second walls of the pump head, respectively.

[0028] The third wall of the pump head may cooperate with the pump casing and / or the pump chamber body. The pump head may be guided relative to the pump chamber body by means of this possible third wall of the pump head. Preferably also, said wall of the pump head, or one of the walls of the pump head, possibly the third wall of the pump head, may serve to lock the pump head in the initial position.

[0029] The inlet valve may be provided at the bottom of the pump head outlet channel. The inlet valve may be provided in an extension of the bottom of the pump chamber and may be situated above the piston sealing flanges that engage the inner surface of the pump chamber, in the initial position of the pump head as well as in the driven position of the pump head. By means of this design, a pump chamber with an advantageously small resting volume may be provided.

[0030] The opening in the pump head, which provides the sealing ring for the outlet valve, is preferably located in the lower part of the fluid channel of the pump head. The body of the outlet valve is therefore, at the start of the pumping stroke, for example, when pressed by a user on the pump head, lifted into the fluid channel of the pump head. The body of the outlet valve is lifted towards or even engaged with the upper surface of the fluid channel of the pump head, as seen in a vertical section.

[0031] The fluid flowing through the open outlet valve into the Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 18 / 95 The 9 / 31 channel of the fluid pump head is preferably diverted immediately to approximately a right angle.

[0032] With regard to the rim provided on the pump head skirt, this rim preferably extends only over a portion of the skirt's circumference. This could be provided by a rim with different radial extensions along the circumference. In this respect, when different radial extensions exist, the part exhibiting the longest radial extension over a given circumferential length will be discussed here.

[0033] As for the circumferential length, the rim provided on the pump head skirt can extend by about 90 degrees, for example.

[0034] The horizontal space provided in the pump part is limited by a circumferential stop, which can be engaged by one end of the rim during said rotational movement.

[0035] The invention is further explained in view of the accompanying drawings, which show: Figure 1 is shown as a perspective view of a bomb, located in a receptacle indicated only in principle; Figure 2 is shown as the pump according to Figure 1 in a side view; Figure 3 represents the pump as shown in Figure 1 or Figure 2 in a front view; Figure 4 is shown as the pump according to Figure 2, cut along line IV-IV shown in Figure 2; Figure 5 is a reproduction of Figure 4, but after rotating the pump head by approximately 90°; Figure 6 is shown as an exploded view of the bomb, as shown in Figures 1 to 5; Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 19 / 95 10 / 31 Figure 6a is shown as a perspective view of the lower pumping head; Figure 7 is shown as a cross-section of the pump in a locked state; Figure 8 is shown as a cross-section according to Figure 7, but in an unbraced state; Figure 9 is shown as a partial, slightly perspective view along line IX-IX indicated in Figure 8; Figure 10 is shown as a view according to Figure 8, after the start of a pumping cycle, with the outlet valve open; Figure 11 is shown as a view according to Figure 10, in a lower end position of the pumping stroke; Figure 12 is shown as a view according to Figure 11, after the removal of pressure in the pumping head, with the pumping head and piston body beginning to move from the lower end position to the initial position; Figure 13 is shown as a reproduction of Figure 2, almost at the end of the return stroke, near the upper end position, with the inlet valve still in the open position; Figure 14 is shown as a cross-sectional view along line XIV-XIV in Figure 8; Figure 15 is an enlarged reproduction of the area shown by line XV-XV in Figure 8; Figure 16 is shown as the area according to Figure 15, with the outlet valve in an open position; Figure 17 is a reproduction of Figure 15, but with a modified outlet valve; Figure 18 is shown as the outlet valve according to the Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 20 / 95 11 / 31 Figure 17, in an open position; Figure 19 is shown as a perspective view of the pumping head; Figure 20 is shown as a perspective view of a pumping section, viewed from above; Figure 21 is shown as a partial cross-section of the pump head and a related pump part, preferably the pump chamber part, according to the lines indicated by XXI-XXI in Figure 7, representing the locked position of the pump head; Figure 22 is a reproduction, according to Figure 21, in a cross-section indicated by lines XXII-XXII, with the pump head in an unlocked position after being rotated approximately 90°; Figure 23 is shown as a cross-section of the pump according to Figure 7, with a different embodiment, in particular, of the pump piston body and the bottom of the pump chamber with the inlet valve; Figure 24 is shown as a representation, in accordance with Figure 22, after the start of a pumping cycle, with the outlet valve in an open position; Figure 25 is shown as a representation in accordance with Figure 24, with the pumping head and piston in the lower end position; Figure 26 is shown as a representation of Figure 25, after initiating a return stroke, with the outlet valve in a closed position and the inlet valve in an open position; Figure 26a is an enlarged reproduction of area line 26a in Figure 26, showing the outlet valve in position Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 21 / 95 12 / 31 closed; Figure 27 is shown as a view in accordance with Figure 21, in another embodiment relating to the locking provision; Figure 28 is shown as a view in accordance with Figure 27, with the pump head rotated approximately 90° to show the unlocked position, similar to Figure 22; Figure 29 is shown as an external perspective view of the pump head, similar to that in Figure 19, in relation to the embodiment according to Figures 27 and 28; and Figure 30 is shown as a perspective view of a pumping part, seen from above, similar to the view in Figure 20 for the embodiment of Figures 27 to 30.

[0036] With reference first to Figures 1 to 3, a pump 1 is shown and described which has a pump head 2 and a part of the pump casing 3. The pump 1 may also have a suction tube 4, as shown in the embodiments. However, the pump 1 may also operate without the suction tube 4. For example, the fastening piece 51, as described below, could provide a suction piece. In such an embodiment, the receptacle may have, for example, a piston that limits the fluid below and rises with the pumping of the fluid.

[0037] Below the pump casing part 3, a part of the pump chamber 5 is visible in Figures 1 to 3. The pump chamber part 5 may have a hollow receiving part 6 at its lower end to receive and retain the suction tube 4. In the transition area between the pump chamber part 5, which forms the pump chamber with an internal diameter larger than the receiving part, a rib 7, visible on the outside, may be provided. The rib 7 may have a stabilizing and / or guiding function, for example, for orientation when assembling the pump 1. Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, p. 22 / 95 13 / 31

[0038] The pump 1 described above and below is preferably a pump 1 having most or all of its parts made of plastic. More preferably, most or all of the parts are made of polyethylene. It is especially preferred that the restoring medium, especially the bellows, be made of polyethylene.

[0039] Such a pump may have a dispensing volume with a pumping stroke of a few milliliters, for example, 1.5 to 3 ml, more preferably 2 ml. However, even larger volumes may be handled, such as, for example, 4 ml or more.

[0040] The pump head 2 also has an outlet opening 8.

[0041] Pump 1 can be assigned to a receptacle 9 shown by a dashed line in Figure 1. The receptacle 9 can have a very different shape. The combination of pump 1 with receptacle 9 can be achieved by means of a screw fitting, as shown in the embodiments. The fitting can also be, for example, crimped or pressed in.

[0042] In receptacle 9, there may be contained a fluid 11, such as a lotion fluid, a soap or similar, which is pumpable by means of pump 1 out of receptacle 9. The fluid will be dispensed through the outlet opening 8 in the pump head. The outlet opening 8 is the end of an outlet channel 10, now with reference, for example, to Figure 7, in the pump head 2.

[0043] With further reference to Figure 7, in general, the fluid 11 to be pumped out of the receptacle 9 may flow through the suction tube 4 and through an inlet valve 12, being provided at the bottom of a pump chamber 13, into the pump chamber 13. Furthermore, with a pumping stroke that moves the pump head 2 together with a piston body 14 presenting the pump piston 15 from the initial position, as shown, for example, in Figure 7, to a lower final position, as Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 23 / 95 14 / 31 shown, for example, in Figure 11, the fluid will flow further through the internally hollow piston body 14 and an outlet valve 16 of the pump chamber 13 through the fluid channel of the pump head 10 to be finally dispensed at the outlet opening 8.

[0044] The part of the pump head that predominantly has the pump head fluid channel 10 may have, external to the fluid channel 10, a stabilizing rib 17. Such a stabilizing rib may be provided with an extension in one direction of the length of the fluid channel 10 on both sides outside the fluid channel 10. As shown and preferably, the stabilizing rib 17 has a wave-shaped pattern.

[0045] Pump 1 may also have a means of restoration, which are presented in a first embodiment as shown under this aspect, especially in Figures 1 to 13 by means of a bellows 18.

[0046] Pump 1 is preferably constructed of several parts, generally cylindrical, which are concentric with each other. They are all preferably arranged with a coincident center axis, coincident with a geometric axis A.

[0047] As shown by the sections of Figures 4 and 5, preferably concentric with respect to the pump structure 1 in section IV-IV, as shown in Figure 2, a first wall 19, preferably more external, in the embodiment shown, but only preferably in this context, is provided by the pump casing part 3. Inside and preferably close to the more external wall 19, a receiving wall, also preferably cylindrical, in the embodiment shown, is visible, preferably being a part of the pump chamber part 5. The receiving wall 20 may receive a pump head wall, generally also preferably cylindrical 21, which extends downwards from the pump head (see, Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 24 / 95 15 / 31 for example, Figure 7). The wall of the pump head 21 may be visible over a long vertical extent from an initial position of the pump heads 2, as shown, for example, in Figure 7.

[0048] Preferably, radially within the wall of the pump head 21, the restoring means is provided, in the embodiment of Figures 1 to 13, as already mentioned, provided by the bellows 18. The bellows 18 has several protrusions one above the other running in a zigzag line. The bellows 18 can also be considered as generally cylindrical. More specifically (see, for example, Figure 7), one can imagine an inner and outer geometric cylinder Cl1, C2, between which at least the protrusions extend. One or both of the projections may project inward and / or outward beyond a respective cylinder when the cylinders are in contact with the respective outermost parts of the protrusions.

[0049] The restoring means could also be provided by a spring, such as a helical spring or a spiral spring, preferably also a plastic spring, as shown, for example, in the embodiment of Figures 23 to 26.

[0050] Even more preferably, radially within the restoration medium, here the bellows 18, two concentric walls, also preferably cylindrical, 22 and 23, are provided, which preferably, and especially in the embodiment shown, form a single piece, preferably of uniform material, with the piston body 14. In the section shown, a second inner wall 24 is also visible, which is part of the pump head. Wall 24 is the second in relation to wall 21, being the first in this context. The second inner wall 24, as shown, for example, in Figures 7 and 10, can cooperate with the outer concentric wall 22 of the piston body 14 to provide the opening stroke of the outlet valve 16.

[0051] The inner concentric wall 23 of the piston body 14 provides Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 25 / 95 16 / 31 the tube-shaped configuration of the piston body. The internal space 25 with the internal concentric wall 23 serves to transport the fluid in a pumping stroke through the piston body and through the outlet valve to the outlet channel 10 from which the fluid is finally dispensed through the outlet opening 9.

[0052] The inner wall 23 and the outer wall 22 are joined by a common base piece 72. The walls of the pump head are joined by a common roof piece 73. Specifically, it is preferable that the roof piece 73 on the circumference relative to the median axis A be at different heights, i.e., at the location of the outlet channel 10 provided by the bottom of the outlet channel 10, but otherwise preferably by a wall of the pump head that immediately provides an external surface of the pump head, to receive, for example, a pressing force from a user.

[0053] Figure 5 shows the same as Figure 4, however, after rotating the head of pump 2 to a certain angle around the central geometric axis A of pump 1. The angle of rotation is preferably around 90°, but it can also be different.

[0054] By means of such rotation, it is possible to lock and unlock the pump head 2 in the upper position, as shown in Figures 7 and 10. With the pump head 2 locked in the upper position, as shown in Figure 7, it can be ensured that, during transport and other non-uses, no fluid is inadvertently dispensed through the opening 9.

[0055] The specific design in the embodiment shown for locking in said upper position is described further below with regard to Figures 9 to 22.

[0056] In the embodiment shown, preferably, the piston body 14 is unitary, more preferably of uniform material of a piece formed with the pump piston 15, wherein the piston body 14 Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 26 / 95 17 / 31 specifically provides the tube-shaped extension with internal space 25 for dispensing fluid into the outlet channel 10, as described.

[0057] More preferably, not necessarily combined with the preferred one-piece design of the pump piston 15 and piston body 14, the piston body 14 is a unitary piece with the outlet valve 16. As shown in greater detail in Figures 15 to 17, the outlet valve 16 may consist of a disc-shaped valve piece 26 which preferably has an outer circumferential upward-protruding rim piece 27. Preferably, centrally to the disc-shaped plate piece 26, a rod piece 28 may be provided. The rod piece 28 may further project upwards over the rim piece 27. The rod piece 28 may serve as an upper stop in the opening position of the outlet valve 16.However, this opening position may additionally or alternatively also be provided by an abutment of an inner wall, preferably the second inner wall 24, on an abutment shoulder 29 provided on the upper part of the piston body 14, especially on the concentric inner wall 23 of the piston body.

[0058] Insofar as above and below are referenced in view of pump 1 shown above or below, this always refers to fluid flow in a pumping stroke. The fluid flows from bottom to top within the piston body and then preferably after having passed through the outlet valve area 16 generally horizontally and radially outwards relative to the central geometric axis A.

[0059] The outlet valve 16 further cooperates with a sealing ring provided in the pump head 2. Specifically, the sealing ring 30 is provided by an opening 31 of the outlet channel 10 in the pump head. The opening 31 is preferably a short axial tube-type region in the pump head 2. The opening 31 is further provided on the lower inner surface of the outlet channel 10. As seen, the opening 31 is Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 27 / 95 18 / 31 at the bottom of the outlet channel 10 The outlet valve 16 extends inside, and at least in the open position, through the short axial tube type region.

[0060] The disc-shaped valve piece 26, in one embodiment (see especially Figure 15), is located in said rim 30 by means of an edge 32 designed on the outer surface of the disc-shaped valve piece 26. As can be seen especially in Figure 15, the outer surface is in the convex cross-section shown, providing such edge 32.

[0061] Probably, as also shown in Figure 15, in the closed position of the outlet valve 16 according to this embodiment, an upper part of the disc-shaped valve piece 26 is still inside the pump channel 10.

[0062] The sealing effect is achieved by placing the disc-shaped valve piece and an opening edge of the opening one over the other, with some inclination preferably provided by the restoring means, by surfaces that overlap each other, providing a comparatively small edge contact. Alternatively (see, for example, Figure 17), due to some compression, at least in this case, of the disc-shaped elastic valve piece 26, where the disc-shaped valve piece 26 may, however, be elastic in both alternatives, a comparatively large sealing contact is achieved by overlapping surfaces in a somewhat cylindrical area.

[0063] The disc-shaped valve piece 26, which is provided for both embodiments described in this context, has one or more pillar pieces 33, which combine the outlet valve 16 with the piston body 14, preferably with the inner concentric wall 23 of the piston body 14. The pillars, in the case of multiple pillar pieces 33, leave a free space 34 between them and a free space 35 Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 28 / 95 19 / 31 around them to allow the fluid to flow around the pillar pieces 33 and, in the opening position of the outlet valve, further around the outer surface of the disc-shaped valve piece 26 to finally enter the fluid channel of the pump head 10.

[0064] In the case of a column piece 33, the column piece 33 is also arranged to allow fluid flow around it in the manner indicated.

[0065] One or more pillar pieces 33 extend from an area within the inner concentric wall 23 to above an upper rim 36 of the piston body, in particular, said inner concentric wall 23. The disc-shaped valve piece 26 is preferably, as shown in the embodiment, extending a distance to said upper rim 36, above the upper rim 36.

[0066] The upper rim 36 can be constructed from a flexible flange piece 37 which further provides the upper end of the piston body 14, in particular, said inner concentric wall 23. The flexible flange piece can be tightly engaged on an inner surface of a respective skirt piece, preferably the third inner wall piece 38 of the pump head 2.

[0067] The restoring means, preferably the 18 bellows or the spring 39, as shown in Figures 23 to 26, is preferably in a thrust coupling with the pump head 2 and the pump chamber body 13. With the pump head 2, the thrust is at the upper end of the restoring medium and, with the pump chamber part 5, at the lower end of the restoring medium. Instead of the pump chamber part 5, another pump part could also be provided to provide the thrust of the restoring medium at the lower end of the restoring medium.

[0068] The upper backrest is provided by an enlarged backrest area 40 of the restoration medium. Especially in the case of a bellows, Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 29 / 95 20 / 31 as shown. The backrest area 40 is the bellows protrusion mentioned above.

[0069] The pump head provides a circumferential surface 41, as the backstop surface for the stop area 40. The surface 21 may extend at least in part more or less at a right angle to axis A, as preferably a respective surface of the backstop area 40 as well.

[0070] This circumferential backing surface 41 may be in part of its circumferential extension in the form of a step, as visible, for example, in Figure 10, left part, and on another part, it may be the bottom of a channel-shaped design between two lower skirt parts of the pump head, as shown in the right part of Figure 10 or Figure 11, respectively.

[0071] The lower support piece 42 of the restoring means, especially the bellows, can be designed with a corner 43, which opens outwards. At this corner, a support ring 44 could be received as part of the pump chamber part or as part of another pump piece. The restoring means is centered at the bottom and, moreover, during a pumping stroke, a certain inclination of the bottom part is possible, even possibly at very small degrees.

[0072] Inlet valve 12 is also specifically shown in Figure 9. The inlet valve 12, in this first embodiment, has a preferably internal sealing piece 71 which is preferably the bottom of a pot-shaped sealing element 46, generally with a comparatively larger diameter D1 which provides, even more preferably in terms of a pot wall, a sealing rim extending downwards 45, extending to an axial opening in the lower part of the pump chamber. The diameter D1 is comparatively large in view of the diameter D2 of the pump chamber 13. Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 30 / 95 21 / 31 being the same diameter D2 along which the pump piston moves. The ratio D1 / D2 is preferably between 0.3 and 0.5, more preferably around 0.4.

[0073] The inner sealing piece 71 of the inlet valve 12, having said diameter Dl, is connected to an outer fixing piece 47 of the inlet valve 12 by means of flexible arms 48. A flexible arm 48 can be partially extended in the circumferential direction to have a greater length of the flexible arm 48. The inner sealing piece 71 can be seen as the bottom of the pot-shaped sealing piece 46.

[0074] The external fastening piece 47 is similar to a sleeve and extends further below the internal sealing piece 71, especially further below in relation to the internal sealing piece 71. The inner surface of the fastening piece 47 is preferably structured with one or more ribs 49 in order to engage the outer surface of a rising wall piece 50 from the bottom of the pump chamber. The rising wall piece 50 is preferably, in the section shown, for example, in Figure 9, an outer leg of a fully U-shaped wall that extends with its inner leg to a fastening piece 51 to secure or fix the suction tube 4 as far as intended. Alternatively, it could also be just the transition piece to the receptacle or specifically a storage space for the receptacle.

[0075] The fastening piece 47 also leaves a circumferential space between an outer surface of the fastening piece 47 and an inner surface of the pump chamber. This circumferential space can be used to receive a sealing rim, in this case, a lower piston sealing rim 53, allowing the piston to move in the lower end position during a pumping stroke. Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 31 / 95 22 / 31

[0076] Preferably, as shown in the embodiment, the piston has two sealing flanges 53 and 54, namely, a lower sealing flange 53 and an upper sealing flange 54. The sealing flanges extend from a plate-shaped middle portion 55 of the piston in opposite directions.

[0077] In the upper piston position and in the initial pump head position, the sealing rim, in this case the upper sealing rim, can rest against the lower surface of the support piece 42 of the restoration means, especially the bellows or spring. This allows for additional sealing in view of the fluid that does not flow because it cannot flow out of the pump chamber 13. Alternatively or additionally, a support for the piston or the body of a piston, respectively, is also provided in the upper initial position. In this case, a support for the skirt rim 60 against the stop 61 is also possible (see also below).

[0078] In the pump chamber body there is also preferably provided an opening 56, which is most preferably in the non-actuated position, the upper position of the pump head and piston body, overlaid by one or both of said sealing flanges 53 and 54 of the piston. The overlaid is preferably provided by only one of the flanges; however, an intermediate space between the outer surface of the flanges and possibly an intermediate part of the piston and an inner surface of the pump chamber body presenting the opening could be confined by both flanges. Therefore, in this position, outside air may not enter the pump chamber. However, in a lower position of the piston body and pump head, as shown in Figure 11, the opening 56 is released from the overlap and air can flow out by compression and still be sucked back along a certain path of the piston body and piston as it moves from the lower end position to the initial position. This... Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 32 / 95 23 / 31 Air can flow through the fastening between the pump housing part 3 and into the receptacle, to compensate for the dispensed fluid.

[0079] The receptacle 9 may have a neck 57, as indicated in Figure 7. Between the upper surface of the neck 57 and the respective pump part, in the embodiment in question, a projection of the pump chamber part 13, a sealing ring 58, may be provided.

[0080] As is visible and shown in Figure 6, for example, the restoration piece, for example, the bellows 18 or the spring 39, may have one or more guide notches 59 to have some kind of circumferential fixation of the restoration medium in the assembled state. This could be of interest, for example, in view of possible circumferential forces arising from the pumping stroke within the restoration medium. This is especially true if the bellows or spring have circumferential extension elements that are designed in a helical or threaded shape.

[0081] When performing a pumping stroke, the initial position, the upper position of the pump head as well as the piston with the piston body, is positioned as shown, for example, in Figure 8. Then, after a first movement of the pump head, the position shown in Figure 10 will be checked. Especially the upper free end of the concentric wall 22 can rest against a support piece provided on the pump head (not hatched in Figures 10 and 16). This is preferable to determine this position and the support will also be maintained for the following stroke. However, there may be some other type of support between the second inner wall 24 and a respective concentric wall shoulder configuration 23.

[0082] The concentric wall 23 may also have, as is also visible from Figure 10, a circumferential receiving space for a respective round rib that runs circumferentially in the sense Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 33 / 95 24 / 31 horizontal part of the second inner wall 24. This is preferable, but only for some orientation purposes, not because it predominantly has the thrust engagement between the head part and the piston body 14.

[0083] Next, the pumping stroke will be carried out until the final lower position shown in Figure 12 is reached. In Figure 12, the outlet valve has already closed again, but the inlet valve has not yet opened. In Figure 13, at the end of the return stroke, the inlet valve is still shown in the pen position, so that the fluid is filled again in the pump chamber 13.

[0084] After that, the inlet valve will close automatically.

[0085] With particular reference to Figures 19 to 22, the locking of the pumping head in the initial upper position is explained in more detail.

[0086] The pump head 2, for example and preferably in its pump head wall 21, may have a skirt ring 60, which is received in the locked position, as also shown in Figure 7, between a stop 61, preferably provided in the pump casing part 3, and a shoulder 62 which is provided in the preferred embodiment in the pump chamber part 5. The vertical and circumferential space between the stop 61 and the shoulder 62 provides the aforementioned internal horizontal space. The shoulder 62, as visible in Figure 20, may consist of several shoulders 62, which may be an upper surface of a respective rib extending radially into an internal surface of the pump chamber body 13 or other pump part providing such shoulders.

[0087] The locked position is preferably further limited by a stop 63, also provided in the pump chamber part 5 or in another respective pump part. An end surface 64 of the skirt rim 60 may rest against the stop 63 when the head Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 34 / 95 25 / 31 of pump 2 is fully rotated to the locked position.

[0088] In the unlocked position, as shown in Figure 22, respective protrusions 65 could be provided on the respective skirt piece of the pump head, facing outwards, which can register with the ribs that provide the projections 62 to allow a certain orientation, stable in the circumferential direction for the pump head with a pump stroke. Preferably, the protrusions 65 are provided at the same height as the skirt rim 60.

[0089] An additional stop 66 may be provided, limiting the rotation of the pump head to the unlocked position.

[0090] The stops 63 and / or 66 may be bypassed by the skirt rim 60 and / or the protruding ribs 65, which may immediately provide the user with a sensitive reaction that he is turning the ratchet of the pump head. The protrusions 65 may also be provided lower in height than the skirt rim 60 in such a way that only the skirt rim 60 provides the user with said reaction.

[0091] In the embodiment shown in Figures 23 to 26 it is very important that the inlet valve 12 be raised by a large length L above the bottom of the pump chamber. The length L could be in the range of one to two times the diameter D2, especially between 1.1 to 1.5 times the diameter D2 and, more preferably, about 1.5 times the diameter D1.

[0092] The arrangement of the inlet valve 12 thus allows a relatively small circumferential space around the vertical wall 67 that emerges from the bottom of the pump chamber and with the valve piece circumferentially, preferably completely surrounding 68, which is similar to a tube encircling the wall 67. This reduced space allows a reduced volume of the pump chamber, such that the fluid remaining in the pump chamber, provided it is not formed Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, p. 35 / 95 26 / 31 no pumping stroke, be it comparatively low. However, a receiving space is provided, preferably used for the piston and part of the piston body during a pumping stroke.

[0093] This is also further or alternatively conferred by the comparatively high upper position of the inlet valve 12 in view of the outlet valve 16.

[0094] The inlet valve 12, also taking into account what is described in relation to the first embodiment, with its valve piece 68 is preferably made of flexible plastic material, such as, for example, TPE, a thermoplastic elastomer.

[0095] In this other embodiment, another embodiment of the outlet valve 16 is also shown, as shown in greater detail in Figures 17 and 18 in the closed or open position, respectively. This outlet valve 16 differs from the first outlet valve 16 described in that the disc-shaped valve piece 26 is even more bowl-shaped and is preferably fully received in the opening 31 in the closed position of the outlet valve 16, as shown in Figure 17. Furthermore, it may be, which is also possible for the first embodiment explained of the outlet valve, that an upper surface of the disc-shaped valve piece 26 may serve as a stop for the open position of the outlet valve, as shown in Figure 18. The stem piece 28 is therefore, in this embodiment, not extending upwards to the upper surface of the disc-shaped valve piece 26.However, in both embodiments, the stem piece 28 provides stabilization of the disc-shaped valve piece 26. The embodiment of the outlet valve according to Figures 17 and 18 might be particularly preferred if higher opening forces are required. This could be combined with greater sealing efficiency.

[0096] The outlet valve of this embodiment may also be Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 36 / 95 27 / 31 provided in the first embodiment described, without having an inlet valve as is preferably provided in this second embodiment.

[0097] Figure 23 shows the initial upper position in view of a pumping stroke of this embodiment of pump 1. In Figure 24, the pumping stroke has been initiated and, as is also checked in principle with the first embodiment, the pump head 2 has moved slightly in relation to the piston body 14, such that the outlet valve 16 has moved to the open position according to Figure 18.

[0098] Figure 25 shows the lower end position of the pumping stroke or the lower end position of the pump head 2 and / or piston body 14, respectively. The inlet valve 12 is still in the closed position. With the start of the return stroke, which is shown in Figure 26, the outlet valve 16 returns to the closed position and the inlet valve 12 is in the open position so that, due to the movement of the piston, fluid from the body can be drawn into the pump chamber during this return stroke.

[0099] The closed position of the outlet valve 16 is shown in greater detail in the other enlarged view of Figure 26a. It is especially preferred that the opening 31 provide one or more edges 69 and 70, having in the middle a cylindrical sealing surface, which engage the outer surface of this disc-shaped valve piece 26 in said closed position of the outlet valve.

[00100] With regard to Figures 27 to 30, another possible embodiment is described relating to locking the pump head in the initial upper position. The wall of the pump head 21 is provided externally with one or two skirt rings 60. Preferably, as shown in said figures, the skirt ring 60 of this embodiment has a Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 37 / 95 28 / 31 comparatively large height in the axial direction of axis A. The height could be from 25% to 50% of the circumferential length of such a rim 60. The height could also be smaller, for example, from 15% to 25% of the circumferential length of such a rim 60. In this respect, the circumferential length is preferably about 90°.

[00101] Instead, as shown in Figure 19 for the first embodiment, which is also applicable to this second embodiment of the locking action, it could be 10% or less up to 3, 4 or 5% of said height.

[00102] Preferably, as visible in Figure 29 and Figures 27 and 28, two of these skirt rings 60 can be provided for symmetrical mirroring to the length axis A. Preferably, this other embodiment does not provide any protrusions, as described for the first embodiment. Instead, in the circumferential direction, except for a possible skirt ring 60 or between the two skirt rings 60, there is a flat surface 74 that can provide good orientation in the axial direction when moving the pump head during a pump stroke. In this respect, both the pump head ring and the respective wall of the upper part of the pump can have protruding surfaces matching the flat surface 74.

[00103] Furthermore, in this embodiment, a stop 61 that cannot be exceeded and an additional stop 66 that can be exceeded are provided. The stop 66 is first reached by the skirt rim 60 when rotating the pump head 2 to the locking position. Below the stop 66, there could be a sloping surface, preferably small 75, which could be useful for guiding the pump head by means of the lower edge of the skirt rim 60 to a slightly raised position, if this was not already achieved when rotating the pump head to the locking position.

[00104] The 61 stop should preferably not be exceeded by Petition 870260033285, dated 10 / 04 / 2026, page 38 / 95 29 / 31 skirt hoop 60. As can be seen from Figures 27 and 28, in the case of two skirt hoops 60, there could be two stops that cannot be exceeded 61 and two stops that can be exceeded 66.

[00105] The walls, in which the door frames and the sill are fitted, are those already described in view of the first embodiment, in this respect, Figures 19 to 22. In this respect, therefore, reference is made to this additional description.
