Abstract
Description
1 / 26 SINTERING COOLER Technical Field
[001] The present invention relates to a sintering cooler, in which sintered ore, sintered in a sintering machine and crushed in a crusher, is accumulated in chute cars and the sintered ore is continuously cooled while the chute cars are moving. Background of the technique
[002] Conventionally, coolers are widely used in which the sintered ore is cooled by introducing cooling air from below into the bed of sintered ore accumulated in wagons that move on circular or straight rails and cause the air to pass through the bed of sintered ore in an upward direction.
[003] A conventional example of this type of sintering cooler will be described with reference to FIG. 13. In the conventional sintering cooler 71 shown in FIG. 13, the crushed sintered ore 5 is accumulated in the cars 3 which move along a circular path and the sintered ore 5 is cooled by the cooling air while the cars 3 are moved from the ore feeding device side to the ore discharge device side.
[004] The track car 3 includes a track 9 that is freely movable by means of wheels 7 on a pair of guide rails (not shown) placed along the track, an inner side wall 11, an outer side wall 13, an air chamber 15 provided at the bottom of the track car 3, and an air-permeable plate 17 with a number of air passage holes that is disposed at the top of the air chamber 15.
[005] A movable annular air duct 21 is connected to the side wall. Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, page 8 / 71 2 / 26 internal 11 through the connecting air duct 19. The upper side of the annular air duct 21 on the moving side is open along the circular path and is connected to the air chamber 15 of the track car 3 through a connecting air duct 19.
[006] The movable annular air duct 21 is connected to a fixed-side annular air duct 25 through a water-sealed box 23 formed within the movable annular air duct 21. The cooling gas supplied to the fixed-side annular air duct 25 is sealed by the water-sealed box 23 and supplied to the movable annular air duct 21.
[007] Chute cars 3 move from the ore feed side towards the ore discharge side, and as they move, the cooling gas supplied from the fixed side of the annular air duct 25 passes through the sintered ore 5 accumulated in the chute cars 3 via the connecting air duct 19 and the air chambers 15.
[008] The cooling gas (air) passing through the sintered ore 5 rises in temperature through heat exchange, and when the cooling gas reaches the upper surface of the sintered ore 5, the temperature difference between the cooling gas and the sintered ore 5 is less than that when it was introduced. Therefore, there is the problem that the upper surface of the sintered ore 5 is difficult to cool by air cooling alone.
[009] Therefore, methods have been proposed for including mist or fog in the cooling air (see Patent Documents 1 and 2) and spraying water from the top of the sintered ore on the discharge side of the ore (see Patent Document 3). Prior art documents Patent Documents

[0012] Patent Document 3: Publication of the Patent Application Japanese No. 2018-204043 (JP 2018-204043 A) Summary of the invention Problems to be solved by the invention
[0013] However, in these conventional methods, rapid cooling with water can cause thermal shock in the sintered ore 5 and result in a reduction in the strength of the sintered ore 5. In particular, as the sintered ore 5 has variations in particle size and some sintered ore 5 has large particles, even in areas where the temperature of the sintered ore 5 has been reduced below a certain average temperature, the sintered ore 5 with large particles is in a higher temperature state than that with smaller particles and may be subjected to thermal shock in contact with water.
[0014] Furthermore, the use of water can result in deterioration of the installation, i.e., in the formation of rust and deformation of the installation due to rapid cooling along with the sintered ore 5.
[0015] Furthermore, due to variations in product particle size and the amount transported, in some cases, the amount of water (mist / fog) used to cool the product has a certain margin in relation to the amount needed to avoid insufficient cooling. For this reason, non-vaporized wastewater can cause significant rust formation, and water collection equipment may be necessary from the point of view of protecting the foundations and structure, which increases the installation cost.
[0016] The present invention was made to solve such problems and one of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator of Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, page 10 / 71 4 / 26 sintering, which allows for the effective cooling of all sintered ore without using water for cooling. [0041] A sintering cooler 1 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view corresponding to a sectional view at arrow AA in FIG. 3. The parts corresponding to those of the conventional example configuration shown in FIG. 13 are indicated by the same reference numerals. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the sintering cooler 1 according to this embodiment is such that the sintered ore 5, which is sintered in a sintering machine and crushed, is accumulated in the chute cars 3 and the ore Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, page 15 / 71 9 / 26 sintered ore 5 is continuously cooled while the chute cars 3 are moved in a circular motion. The sintering cooler 1 includes: a bottom cooling system 27 to perform cooling of the bottom gas supply, in which air is made to pass through the bed of sintered ore 5 from bottom to top; a top cooling system 29 to perform cooling of the top gas supply, in which the cooling gas is discharged onto an upper surface (hereinafter also referred to as the top surface) of the sintered ore 5; and a top suction system 31, which functions as a waste gas suction system configured to aspirate waste gas.
[0042] Each component will be described in detail below. Car gutter
[0043] The track 3 car, as in the conventional example, includes wheels 7, a chute 9, an inner side wall 11, an outer side wall 13, an air chamber 15, and an air-permeable plate 17, and crushed pieces of sintered ore 5 are accumulated on the air-permeable plate 17. The chute cars 3 move along the circularly demarcated area along the rails (not shown) from the side of an ore feeding device 32 to the side of an ore discharge device 33 as shown in FIG. 3. Lower cooling system
[0044] The bottom cooling system 27 is a device for cooling the bottom gas supply, in which air passes through the sintered ore bed 5 from bottom to top.
[0045] In this embodiment, a blower 36, a duct 35 for conducting the cooling gas sent by the blower 36, a fixed annular air duct 25, a movable annular air duct 21, connecting air ducts 19, and air chambers 15, which are installed under the air-permeable plates 17 of the track cars 3 and introduce the cooling gas, Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, p. 16 / 71 10 / 26 function as the lower cooling system 27.
[0046] As shown in FIG. 3, the lower cooling system of this embodiment is installed in almost the entire cooling zone (the area where the sintered ore is cooled in the cooler) from the ore feeder device 32 to feed the sintered ore 5 into the chute cars 3 to the ore discharger device 33 to discharge the sintered ore 5 from the chute cars 3.
[0047] In FIG. 3, this circular cooling zone is divided into two parts, which are referred to as a portion of the first half of the cooling zone and a portion of the second half of the cooling zone, and the lower cooling system 27 of this embodiment is provided both in the first half of the cooling zone and in the second half of the cooling zone, i.e., throughout the entire cooling zone. Superior cooling system
[0048] The top cooling system 29 is a device for carrying out the cooling of the top gas supply, in which the cooling gas is discharged onto the surface of the top side of the sintered ore 5.
[0049] In the bottom gas supply cooling, as described above, the temperature of the cooling gas (air) passed through the sintered ore rises due to heat exchange with the sintered ore, and when the cooling gas reaches the upper surface of the sintered ore, the temperature difference between the cooling gas and the sintered ore is less than that when the cooling gas is introduced. Therefore, when bottom gas supply cooling is carried out throughout the cooling zone, the upper surface of the sintered ore is difficult to cool. When top gas supply cooling is also carried out in at least part of the cooling zone, it is possible to cool the ore. Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, page 17 / 71 11 / 26 sintered uniformly from top to bottom without damaging the strength of the sintered ore by cooling with water, and high cooling efficiency can be achieved.
[0050] The upper cooling system 29 of this embodiment includes the discharge portions 34 which are disposed above the trough cars 3 and discharge the refrigerant gas, and the fan 36 which functions as a refrigerant gas supply device to supply the refrigerant gas to the discharge portions 34 through the duct 35 at a positive pressure. This means that, in this embodiment, the fan 36 functions as a component of the lower cooling system 27 and also functions as the refrigerant gas supply device, which is a component of the upper cooling system 29. However, in the present invention, a refrigerant gas supply device may be provided separately from the fan included in the lower cooling system to supply the refrigerant gas supply systems for the upper cooling system and the lower cooling system as separate systems.
[0051] As shown in FIG.2A, for example, the discharge portion 34 is a hollow box body, and the discharge openings 37 for refrigerant gas discharge are formed on the surface of the hollow box body (lower surface of the hollow box body), whose surface must face the upper surface of the sintered ore side 5.
[0052] It is preferable that the dimension of the discharge portions 34 in the direction (hereinafter referred to as the width direction) perpendicular to the direction of movement of the sintered ore (chute cars 3) be about 1 / 2 to 3 / 4 of the width of the chute cars 3. If this dimension is too small, it will be difficult to spread the coolant gas over the entire upper surface of the sintered ore. On the other hand, if the dimension is too large, there will be no space to install a portion. Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, p. 18 / 71 12 / 26 suction 39 to be described later, and if suction portion 39 is not installed, the residual gas remaining in the cooler will not be properly released unless the bottom suction to be described in another embodiment is performed. However, if the bottom suction is performed without providing the top suction system, the dimension above the discharge portions 34 may be substantially equal to the width of the chute cars 3.
[0053] The discharge openings 37 of this embodiment are a large number of circular orifices, uniformly spaced substantially throughout the length of the discharge portion 34 in the width direction. It is preferable that the discharge openings 37 be formed for the positions as close as possible to both ends of the discharge portion 34 in the width direction.
[0054] By blowing cooling gas from the discharge portions onto the upper surface of the sintered ore 5, it is possible to accelerate the cooling of the relatively hot upper surface of the sintered ore 5.
[0055] The closer the ore discharge device is to the cooling zone, the lower the cooling efficiency becomes because the temperature difference between the cooling gas and the sintered ore 5 becomes smaller. For this reason, by gradually increasing the gas flow to the discharge portions 34 as the position of the discharge portion 34 approaches the ore discharge device 33, and by gradually increasing the diameter of the orifice of the central discharge openings 37 or making the pitch of the openings denser, it is possible to suppress the reduction in cooling efficiency, so that efficient cooling becomes possible. Furthermore, it is considered that the temperature of the sintered ore at both ends of the trough in the width direction is lower than the temperature at the center of the trough in the width direction, due Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, p. 19 / 71 13 / 26 to the radiation cooling of the side walls. Therefore, by gradually decreasing the diameter of the central discharge openings 37 or by making the pitch of the openings larger towards both ends, efficient cooling becomes possible.
[0056] The upper cooling system 29 of this embodiment is installed in the second half of the cooling zone, as shown in FIG. 3. The reason for installing the upper cooling system 29 in the second half of the cooling zone is as follows.
[0057] As the first half of the cooling zone is close to the ore feed device 32, the sintered ore in the chute cars 3 is not well cooled and therefore has a high temperature, so the cooling gas after heat exchange with the hot sintered ore also has a high temperature. However, in the second half of the cooling zone, the cooling gas after heat exchange with the sintered ore has a relatively low temperature because the sintered ore has been cooled to a certain degree. Therefore, by installing the discharge portions 34 and the suction portions 39 in this second half, it is possible to reduce the thermal deformation of the body parts of these portions, and it is also made possible to use general-purpose products for non-metallic parts (e.g., sealing materials) of these portions, which is economical. Waste Gas Suction System
[0058] The waste gas suction system draws waste gas from the refrigerator, including the refrigerant gas discharged into Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, page 20 / 71 14 / 26 direction to the upper surface of the sintered ore 5 and having contacted the sintered ore 5, and the gas supplied by the lower cooling system 27 and having passed through the bed of the sintered ore 5.
[0059] The residual gas suction system of this embodiment includes the top suction system 31 configured to aspirate the residual gas from the upper side of the sintered ore 5. The top suction system 31 includes: suction portions 39 for aspirating, from above the sintered ore 5, the residual gas that exists above the upper surface of the sintered ore 5, the suction portions 39 being installed near the discharge portions 34 for discharging the cooling gas in the area where the top cooling system 29 is installed; and a blower 42 that functions as a negative pressure generator to aspirate the residual gas at a negative pressure through a suction duct 41, the blower 42 being connected to the suction portions 39 through the suction duct 41.
[0060] For example, as shown in FIG. 2B, the suction portion 39 may be a bottomless box body with an opening on the side (lower side), which must face the surface of the upper side of the sintered ore 5, the upper part of the box body being connected to the suction duct 41.
[0061] The top suction system 31 is installed in the part of the sintered ore cooling zone 5, in which the top cooling system 29 is installed.
[0062] In this embodiment, as the suction portions 39 are installed close to the discharge portions 34 for the discharge of the coolant gas, it is possible to remove the stagnant residual gas near the upper surface of the sintered ore 5 after reaching the upper surface of the sintered ore 5. In this way, it is possible to accelerate the cooling of the sintered ore 5 by the cooling gas discharged from the discharge portions 34. Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, page 21 / 71 15 / 26
[0063] The arrangement of the discharge portions 34 and the suction portions 39 is not limited to that shown in FIG. 1, in which two suction portions 39 are provided on either side of a discharge portion 34. The arrangement of the discharge portions 34 and the suction portions 39 and the number of these portions can be determined based on the temperature distribution characteristics of the sintered ore 5 in the width direction caused by the trough structure, etc., and on the flow characteristics of the cooling gas from the upper surface, for example.
[0064] For example, a suction portion 39 may be provided on one side of a discharge portion 34, or multiple discharge portions 34 may be provided and suction portions 39 may be provided between the discharge portions 34.
[0065] The operation of sintering chiller 1 of this model, configured as described above, will be explained.
[0066] The sintered ore 5 discharged from the sintering machine is sequentially accumulated on top of the chute car 3 of the ore feeding device 32 of the sintering cooler 1.
[0067] Each chute car 3 moves along the rails in the circular cooling zone towards the ore discharge device 33. In the first half of the cooling zone, as shown in FIG. 3, cooling gas is introduced through the lower cooling system 27 into the air chambers 15 of the chute cars 3 to perform cooling of the lower gas supply. The cooling gas introduced into the air chambers 15 passes through the air-permeable plates 17 and flows upwards through the bed of sintered ore 5 accumulated on the air-permeable plates 17.
[0068] In this version, no waste gas suction system is provided in the first half of the cooling zone, of Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, page 22 / 71 16 / 26 so that the cooling gas released from the upper portion of the sintered ore 5 is discharged into the atmosphere. However, since the cooling gas (exhaust gas) released in the first half of the cooling zone has a high temperature, an exhaust heat recovery system can be installed that collects the exhaust gas from this portion without discharging the exhaust gas into the atmosphere, and recovers the heat from this exhaust gas.
[0069] In this mode, in the second half of the cooling zone, cooling of the upper gas supply is carried out, in addition to cooling of the lower gas supply. In the cooling of the upper gas supply, the upper portion of the sintered ore 5 is cooled by blowing the cooling gas from the discharge portions 34 of the upper cooling system 29 to the upper surface of the sintered ore 5.
[0070] In the second half of the cooling zone, the temperature of the sintered ore 5 decreased to a certain point and the temperature difference between the sintered ore 5 and the cooling gas is smaller, so the cooling efficiency becomes lower. In particular, the cooling efficiency of the upper portion of the sintered ore 5 is low if only the lower gas supply is cooled. However, by cooling the upper gas supply, it is possible to accelerate the cooling of the upper portion of the sintered ore 5, which has a higher temperature than the lower portion.
[0071] In the second half of the cooling zone, the residual gas suction system (upper suction system 31) is provided having suction portions 39, so that the cooling gas supplied for cooling the lower gas supply and the stagnant residual gas above the upper surface of the sintered ore 5 are drawn in and discharged. Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, page 23 / 71 17 / 26
[0072] In this way, it is possible to accelerate the cooling of the upper gas supply and the cooling of the lower gas supply.
[0073] When the chute cars 3 pass through the second half of the cooling zone and reach the ore discharge device 33, the sintered ore 5, which has been cooled, is discharged onto a conveyor belt (not shown) by the ore discharge device 33 and transported by the conveyor belt to the next process.
[0074] As described above, with the sintering cooler 1 of this embodiment, it is possible to effectively cool all the sintered ore 5 without using water to cool the sintered ore that is discharged at a higher temperature.
[0075] Furthermore, the sintering cooler 1 of this embodiment is also advantageous insofar as the sintering cooler 1 can be implemented simply by adding the upper cooling system 29 and the upper suction system 31 to the second half of the cooling zone of an existing water-sealed circular cooler, i.e., the entire installation does not need to be newly constructed or significantly remodeled. Modifications 1 to 3
[0076] The discharge portions 34 of the upper cooling system 29 of embodiment 1 are not limited to those illustrated in FIG. 2A. FIGS. 4A-4C show modifications of this embodiment. For example, the discharge portion 34 may have slots as discharge openings 37 in a hollow box body as described in FIG. 4A, or have, on a lower surface of the discharge portion 34, which is a hollow cylindrical body, a series of circular holes arranged along the longitudinal direction, or a slot formed along the longitudinal direction as described in FIGS. 4B or 4C. Instead of the hollow body Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, p. 24 / 71 18 / 26 unique, the discharge portion 34 may be an assembly of a series of hollow bodies, each of which is as shown in FIG. 2A or in FIGS. 4A, 4B or 4C.
[0077] When the discharge openings 37 are slits, it is preferable that, as the position of the discharge opening 37 approaches the ore discharge device 33 in the cooling zone, the gas flow rate is gradually increased and the orifice diameter of the central discharge openings 37 is gradually increased or the pitch of the openings becomes denser so that the cooling efficiency in the part of the cooling zone that is closest to the ore discharge device 33 is increased. Modification 4
[0078] FIG. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of another modification of the sintering cooler according to embodiment 1. As shown in FIG. 5, a flow regulator 45 to regulate the amount of gas flowing may be provided in the cooling gas supply line and in the waste gas suction line to regulate the amount of cooling gas supplied and the amount of waste gas aspirated.
[0079] This makes it possible to regulate the amount of refrigerant supplied and the amount of residual gas drawn in, and therefore achieve efficient cooling.
[0080] In addition, since refrigerant supply lines and waste gas suction lines have many branches, the 45 flow regulator can be installed on each of the branch lines to adjust the refrigerant supply rate and waste gas suction rate for each branch line, allowing for more efficient cooling. Modification 5
[0081] FIG. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of yet another Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, page 25 / 71 19 / 26 Modification of the sintering cooler according to embodiment 1. As shown in FIG. 6, the residual gas can be discharged into the atmosphere, for example, without the supply of a residual gas suction system. Mode 2
[0082] A sintering cooler 46 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the sintering cooler 46 according to this embodiment is similar to that of embodiment 1, except that the cooling of the upper gas supply and the cooling of the lower gas supply are carried out in the first half of the cooling zone, and only the cooling of the upper gas supply is carried out in the second half of the cooling zone. FIG. 7 is a schematic cross-sectional view corresponding to a sectional view at arrow BB in FIG. 8. The parts corresponding to those of body 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 are indicated by the same reference numerals.
[0083] In the second half of the cooling zone, where only the cooling of the upper gas supply is carried out, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the residual gas suction system has a lower suction system 40 to also suck residual gas from the lower side of the sintered ore 5. In this embodiment, the lower suction system 40 includes air chambers 15, which are installed under the air-permeable plates 17 of the chute cars 3, connecting air ducts 19, a movable-side annular air duct 21, a fixed-side annular air duct 25, the suction duct 41, and the blower 42. That is, the air chambers 15, the connecting air ducts 19, and the movable-side annular air duct 21 function as part of the lower suction system in the second half of the cooling zone, while in the first half of the cooling zone, they function as part of the system of Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, p. 26 / 71 20 / 26 bottom cooling. The fixed annular air duct 25 is divided between the first half and the second half of the cooling zone by dividing plates 44, so that the part corresponding to the first half of the cooling zone functions as part of the bottom cooling system, and the part corresponding to the second half of the cooling zone functions as part of the bottom suction system.
[0084] The cooling efficiency of the upper part of the sintered ore 5 by cooling the bottom gas supply becomes lower in the second half of the cooling zone. However, according to the sintering cooler 46 of this embodiment, the cooling of the upper gas supply is carried out and both the upper cooling system 29 and the lower suction system 40 are used in the second half of the cooling zone, so that a large amount of refrigerant gas is supplied to the upper surface of the sintered ore 5 and passes through the sintered ore bed 5 from top to bottom, which makes it possible to efficiently cool the upper portion and effectively reduce the temperature of the upper portion. Mode 3
[0085] A sintering cooler 48 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 9. FIG. 9 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the sintering cooler 48 according to this embodiment. The sintering cooler 48 according to this embodiment is similar to that of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, except that the sintering cooler 48 includes: discharge lifting and lowering devices 49 for adjusting the vertical position of the discharge portions 34 to discharge the refrigerant gas; and suction lifting and lowering devices 51 for adjusting the vertical position of the suction portions 39 to aspirate the residual gas. The discharge lifting and lowering devices 49 and the devices of Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, page 27 / 71 21 / 26 suction lifting and lowering 51 can be jacks fixed to a fixed portion 53. The jacks can be operated manually or electrically.
[0086] By providing the discharge lifting and lowering devices 49 and the suction lifting and lowering devices 51, it is possible to adjust the vertical position of the discharge portions 34 and the suction portions 39 according to the cooling condition of the sintered ore 5. For example, when cooling capacity is lacking due to variations in the particle size of the sintered ore and the thickness of the sintered ore bed 5, the distance between the upper surface of the sintered ore 5 and the discharge portion(s) 34 is reduced, and the distance between the upper surface of the sintered ore 5 and the suction portion(s) 39 is also reduced to reduce gas stagnation after cooling on the surface of the sintered ore 5. In this way, it is possible to solve the problem of insufficient cooling capacity due to variations in the particle size of the sintered ore and the thickness of the sintered ore bed 5.
[0087] Also when it becomes necessary to increase the cooling capacity in order to increase production or output, by reducing the distance between the upper surface of the sintered ore 5 and the discharge portion(s) 34, it is possible to increase the cooling capacity without major changes, such as replacing cooling fans or ducts.
[0088] Regarding the distance between the upper surface of the sintered ore 5 and the discharge portions 34 and the suction portions 39, it is preferable to make the discharge portions 34 closer to the upper surface of the sintered ore 5 than the suction portions 39. This makes it possible to prevent the cooling gas discharged from the discharge portions 34 from being sucked directly. Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, page 28 / 71 22 / 26 through the suction portions 39 before reaching the upper surface of the sintered ore 5. Modifications 6 and 7
[0089] FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram showing a modification of the sintering cooler 48 according to embodiment 3, in which the configurations of the discharge lifting and lowering devices and the suction lifting and lowering devices are altered. FIGS. 10A and 10B show modifications 1 and 2, respectively. The discharge portion lifting and lowering devices 49 and the suction portion lifting and lowering devices 51 may be pendant devices, such as chain blocks, as shown in FIG. 10A, or they may be hanger-type devices, as shown in FIG. 10B.Hanger-type devices are devices that include plate elements 57 extending downwards from a fixed portion 53, each with a number of screw holes 55 arranged along the axial direction, and plate elements 59, each with screw holes 55 and fixed to the discharge portions 34 and suction portions 39, whereby the discharge portions 34 and suction portions 39 are hung and supported by screws 61 in the desired positions. Mode 4
[0090] A sintering cooler 62 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. A 11. FIG. 11 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the sintering cooler 62 according to this embodiment. The sintering cooler 62 is similar to that of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, except that a hood 63 covering the chute cars 3 as shown in FIG. 11 is provided in part of the sintered ore cooling zone 5, in which the upper cooling system 29 is provided. Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, page 29 / 71 23 / 26
[0091] To seal between the hood 63, which is the fixed side, and the track cars 3, which are the moving side, it is desirable to provide a sealing mechanism 65 between the hood 63 and the track cars 3. As the sealing mechanism 65, a labyrinth-type seal including a plurality of moving plates, a water-sealing type seal, or a press-type seal, in which a heat-resistant cloth is pressed against the moving surface, can be used. The case of the water-sealing type seal is shown in this embodiment.
[0092] The discharge portions 34 of the upper cooling system 29 and the suction portions 39 of the upper suction system 31 are arranged between the hood 63 and the trough cars 3.
[0093] By providing the hood 63 and arranging the discharge portions 34 and the suction portions 39 as described above, it is possible to prevent dust, such as sintered ore 5, which occurs when the cooling gas reaches the sintered ore 5, from leaking out of the cooler.
[0094] Furthermore, as the suction portions 39 are arranged within the hood 63, it is possible to maintain the pressure within the hood 63 lower than the atmospheric pressure by suction from within the hood 63 and, therefore, it is possible to increase the effect of preventing dust leakage.
[0095] Also in this embodiment, lifting and lowering devices for the discharge portion 49 may be provided to adjust the vertical position of the discharge portions 34 to discharge the refrigerant gas, and lifting and lowering devices for the suction portion 51 to adjust the vertical position of the suction portions 39 as in the case of embodiment 3. Mode 5
[0096] A sintering cooler 66 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 12. FIG. 12 is Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, p. 30 / 71 24 / 26 a schematic cross-sectional view of the sintering cooler 66 according to this embodiment. The sintering cooler 66 according to this embodiment is similar to that of embodiment 4, except that the discharge portions 34 are provided within the hood 63 without providing the suction portions 39 within the hood 63, and the suction duct 41 is connected to the hood 63 itself.
[0097] In this embodiment, the top suction system 31 includes the hood 63, the suction duct 41 and the blower 42. According to this embodiment, there is no need to provide separate suction portions 39, so that installation can be simplified compared with embodiment 4 described above.
[0098] Also in this embodiment, the lifting and lowering devices of the discharge portion 49 may be provided to adjust the vertical position of the discharge portions 34 for refrigerant gas discharge in embodiment 3.
[0099] In the above description of embodiments 1 to 5, the modes in which the rail cars 3 move circularly are described as examples. However, the present invention can be suitably applied not only to a refrigerator in which the rail cars move circularly, but also to a refrigerator in which the rail cars move in a straight line.
[00100] Although the present invention has been described above using embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the configurations of those embodiments. The scope of the present invention is defined based on the appended claims, and within the scope of the claims, the present invention includes all configurations in which some of the components shown in the embodiments are omitted, modified, or improved. For example, while embodiments 1 to 5 described above show cases where the present invention is applied to a refrigerator. Petition 870250103531, dated 12 / 11 / 2025, p. 31 / 71 25 / 26 sealed in water, the applications of the present invention are not limited to the water-sealed cooler. Although in the above description of embodiments 1 to 5, the modes in which the trough cars 3 move circularly are described as examples, the present invention can be suitably applied not only to a cooler in which the trough cars move circularly, but also to a cooler in which the trough cars move in a straight line.
