4. A composition for personal hygiene, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the glycerin ester and a C8-18 fatty acid are present in an amount ranging from about 0.25% by weight to about 2.25% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition for personal hygiene.

Method for reducing bad odor, characterized in that it comprises: applying the personal care composition, as defined in any one of claims 1 to 8, to a skin surface; optionally wherein the personal hygiene composition is selected from: a stick deodorant; a stick antiperspirant; a roll-on deodorant; a roll-on antiperspirant; a lotion; a cream; and a balm.
10. Method for manufacturing a composition for personal hygiene, characterized in that it comprises: a) mixing methylheptylglycerin, glycerin, xanthan gum, sodium stearate and glyceryl monolaurate to form a mixture; b) adding a predetermined quantity of the mixture to a container; and c) cooling the mixture in the container to room temperature to form a solid state.
