Description
71 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SCHEDULING RESOURCES FIELD
[001] The present description refers to the field of communication technologies and, in particular, to a method of data collection and a device. FUNDAMENTALS
[002] To reduce the cost of reduced-capacity terminals (RedCap), a viable solution is to reduce the baseband bandwidth of the RedCap terminal's data channel to 5 MHz. These RedCap terminals that support reduced-capacity bandwidth are called enhanced reduced-capacity terminals (eRedCap). For eRedCap terminals, the number of resources under 15 / 30 kHz subcarrier spacing (SCS) does not exceed 25 / 12 resource blocks (RBs). When performing a series of operations such as channel estimation, channel equalization, signal detection, and demodulation, the eRedCap terminal performs physical downlink shared channel processing (PDSCH) based on the number of 25 / 12 RBs of resources; when the number of received resources exceeds 25 / 12 RBs, the eRedCap terminal needs to process the received data multiple times, thus introducing an additional processing delay.Based on this, determining the number of PDSCH channels that an eRedCap terminal can process in parallel within a given processing delay range is an urgent problem to be solved. SUMMARY

The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative, intended to explain the present description and should not be interpreted as limitations of the present description.
[0039] To better understand a resource scheduling method described in the modalities of this description, a communication system applicable to the modalities of this description is described first below.
[0040] With reference to Figure 1, Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of a communication system architecture provided by Petition 870260005737, dated 21 / 01 / 2026, page 24 / 170 / 71, an embodiment of the present application. The communication system may include, but is not limited to, a network device and a terminal device, wherein the terminal device communicates with the network device. The number and form of the devices shown in Figure 1 are for illustration purposes only and do not limit the embodiments of the present application. In practical applications, two or more network devices and two or more terminal devices may be included. The communication system shown in Figure 1 includes a network device 101 and a terminal device 102.
[0041] For example, a terminal device can serve as an eRedCap terminal.
[0042] It should be noted that the solutions of the modalities technique of the present description can be applied to various communication systems. For example: long-term evolution (LTE) systems, 5th generation (5G) mobile communication systems, 5G new radio (NR) systems or other future new mobile communication systems.
[0043] The network device in the embodiments of this description is an entity on the network side for transmitting or receiving signals. For example, the network device may be an evolved NodeB (eNB), a transmit-receive point (TRP), a next-generation NodeB (gNB) in an NR system, a base station in other future mobile communication systems, or an access node in a wireless fidelity (WiFi) system, etc. The embodiments of this description do not limit the specific technology and specific device form adopted by the network device. The network device provided in the embodiments of this description may consist of a central unit (CU) and a distributed unit (DU), wherein the CU may also be called the control unit. The DU structure may divide the protocol layers of the network device, such as a base station, with Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, p. 25 / 170 / 71 the functions of some protocol layers placed in the CU for centralized control and the functions of the remaining part or all protocol layers distributed in the DU, which is centrally controlled by the CU.
[0044] The terminal device in the embodiments of the present description is a user-side entity for receiving or transmitting signals, such as a mobile phone. The terminal device may also be called a terminal, mobile station (MS), mobile terminal (MT), etc. The terminal device may be a car with communication function, a smart car, a mobile phone, a wearable device, a tablet computer (Pad), a computer with wireless transceiver function, a virtual reality (VR) terminal device, an augmented reality (AR) terminal device, a wireless terminal device in industrial control, a wireless terminal device in autonomous driving, a wireless terminal device in remote medical surgery, a wireless terminal device in a smart grid, a wireless terminal device in transport security, a wireless terminal device in a smart city, a wireless terminal device in a smart home, etc.The modalities of the present description do not limit the specific technology and specific device form adopted by the terminal device.
[0045] For an eRedCap terminal that supports a baseband bandwidth of 5 MHz, since the terminal's radio frequency bandwidth is 20 MHz, it can receive data exceeding 25 / 12 RBs and cache the received data after orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) processing. If two point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs exceed 5 MHz, the eRedCap terminal will need to process the received data multiple times, which will introduce additional processing delay. Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, p. 26 / 170 / 71
[0046] Based on this, the embodiments of the present description provide a method and a resource scheduling device that enable the base station to learn the processing capacity of the eRedCap terminal for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, causing the eRedCap terminal to report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs it can process, thus enabling the base station to reasonably schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs for the eRedCap terminal, preventing the eRedCap terminal from having to process the received data multiple times and introducing additional delays, which can cause the eRedCap terminal to fail to perform the HARQ-ACK return in time when the HARQ resources arrive, or only return NACK, resulting in wasted resources and increased terminal power consumption.
[0047] With reference to Figure 2, one embodiment of the present description provides a method for scheduling resources. As shown in Figure 2, the method may include:
[0048] Step 201: an eRedCap terminal sends the first information to a network device.
[0049] In some implementations, the initial information indicates the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal. For example, when the eRedCap terminal supports 2 parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, it sends the initial information to the network device to inform the network device that the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is 2, so that the network device can schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs for the eRedCap terminal according to the processing capacity of 2 parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs.
[0050] In some implementations, the eRedCap terminal may Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 27 / 170 / 71, to determine if it has the capacity to process parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs. When the eRedCap terminal has the capacity to process parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, it sends the initial information to the network device; and when the eRedCap terminal does not have the capacity to process parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, it does not send the initial information to the network device.
[0051] In some embodiments, the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal can be determined under certain restrictions.
[0052] Specifically, in some embodiments, the eRedCap terminal can determine whether the number of RBs occupied by the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is less than or equal to a first predefined limit. When the number of RBs occupied by the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is less than or equal to the first predefined limit, the eRedCap terminal reports the number of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs to the network device; correspondingly, when the number of RBs occupied by the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is greater than the first predefined limit, the eRedCap terminal does not report the number of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs to the network device. For example, for an eRedCap terminal that supports a baseband bandwidth of 5 MHz, the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH channels that can be processed is 2.Below 15 kHz SCS, the baseband bandwidth includes 25 RBs, meaning the first limit is 25 RBs. Therefore, the total number of RBs in the two point-to-point broadcast PDSCH channels of the eRedCap terminal cannot exceed 25 RBs. Below 30 kHz SCS, the baseband bandwidth includes 12 RBs, meaning the... Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 28 / 170 / 71, the first limit is 12 RBs. Therefore, the total number of RBs in the two point-to-point broadcast PDSCH channels of the eRedCap terminal cannot exceed 12 RBs.
[0053] In some embodiments, the eRedCap terminal may also determine whether the processing delay of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs from the eRedCap terminal is less than or equal to a second predefined delay limit, wherein the second delay limit is greater than a first predefined delay limit, and the first delay limit is a processing delay limit for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs from a non-eRedCap terminal. When the processing delay of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs from the eRedCap terminal is less than or equal to the second predefined delay limit, the eRedCap terminal reports the number of PDSCHs to the network device; correspondingly, when the processing delay of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs from the eRedCap terminal is greater than the second predefined delay limit, the eRedCap terminal does not report the number of PDSCHs to the network device.A non-eRedCap terminal may be a terminal that does not support baseband bandwidth reduction to 5 MHz. Specifically, this may be a RedCap terminal that does not support baseband bandwidth reduction to 5 MHz. In practical applications, the non-eRedCap terminal may also be called a non-enhanced reduced-capability terminal, which is not limited to the embodiments of the present description.
[0054] Correspondingly, in some embodiments, the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal can also be determined under the constraints of the first limit and the second delay limit.
[0055] In some modes, the eRedCap terminal may use an existing first capacity reporting field in the signaling. Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 29 / 170 / 71 of capacity to report initial information to the network device; correspondingly, the network device receives the initial information using the first capacity reporting field in the capacity signaling. The eRedCap terminal can also define a new second capacity reporting field and report initial information to the network device via the second capacity reporting field; correspondingly, the network device receives the initial information using the second capacity reporting field in the capacity signaling. The new second capacity reporting field can be a newly added capacity reporting field to the capacity signaling, i.e., the first capacity reporting field is not a predefined capacity reporting field in the capacity signaling.
[0056] Step 202: The network device receives the initial information and schedules point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs to the eRedCap terminal based on the initial information.
[0057] In some embodiments, the network device, based on the initial information received, can learn the processing capacity of the eRedCap terminal for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs and, therefore, during scheduling, schedules the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal according to the processing capacity of the eRedCap terminal for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs. For example, when the eRedCap terminal has the capacity to process 2 parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, the network device can simultaneously schedule 2 point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs for the eRedCap terminal.
[0058] Correspondingly, in some modes, when the network device does not receive the initial information, the same Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 30 / 170 / 71, considers that the eRedCap terminal does not have the capacity to process parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs. In this case, the network device can schedule a point-to-point broadcast PDSCH to the eRedCap terminal.
[0059] In summary, the resource scheduling method provided in the embodiments of this description allows the base station to learn the processing capacity of the eRedCap terminal for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, causing the eRedCap terminal to report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs it can process, thus allowing the base station to reasonably schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs for the eRedCap terminal, preventing the eRedCap terminal from having to process the received data multiple times and introducing additional delays, which can cause the eRedCap terminal to fail to perform the HARQ-ACK return in time when the HARQ resources arrive, or only return a NACK, resulting in wasted resources and increased terminal power consumption.
[0060] With reference to Figure 3, an embodiment of the present description further provides a resource scheduling method, wherein the method is applied to an eRedCap endpoint. As shown in Figure 3, the method may include:
[0061] Step 301: In response to the eRedCap terminal having a first capability, report to a network device a quantity of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal; wherein the first capability includes a processing capability of the eRedCap terminal for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs.
[0062] In some modes, the eRedCap terminal sends the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 31 / 170 / 71 eRedCap terminal for the network device; correspondingly, the network device receives the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal.
[0063] In some embodiments, the eRedCap terminal can support two types of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH processing capabilities. The first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH processing capability is not limited by the number of RBs, supporting the processing of X parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs within a given delay range. The second parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH processing capability is limited by the number of RBs, supporting the processing of Y parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs within a given delay range. The set of values for X can be denoted as set#1, and the set of values for Y can be denoted as set#2. set#1 and set#2 can be the same or different. The eRedCap terminal, based on its own implementation, can selectively report these two capabilities.Specifically, if both capabilities can be achieved, that is, if the eRedCap terminal supports both capabilities, both capabilities are reported; or, if the eRedCap terminal supports only one capability, only the supported capability will be reported; or, if the eRedCap terminal does not support any capability, neither will be reported.
[0064] In some embodiments, the maximum number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal may be less than the maximum number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by a non-eRedCap terminal. Specifically, the set of values for the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is defined as #1, and the set of values for the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the non-eRedCap terminal is Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, p. 32 / 170 / 71 defined # 3. Therefore, the maximum value in set # 1 is less than the maximum value in set # 3. For example, if set#3 is {2,4,7}, set#1 could be {2,4} or {2}.
[0065] In some embodiments, the number of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs can be determined under the constraint that the number of RBs occupied by the supported parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is within a certain resource number limit. Specifically, the number of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs can be determined under the condition that the number of RBs occupied by the supported parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is less than or equal to a first limit. For example, for an eRedCap terminal that supports a baseband bandwidth of 5 MHz, it can process 2 parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH channels. Below 15 kHz SCS, the number of RBs of the 2 parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH channels does not exceed 25 RBs. Under 30 kHz SCS, the number of RBs of the 2 parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH channels does not exceed 12 RBs.
[0066] In this mode, the number of RBs occupied by the supported parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs cannot be limited by the resource number. For example, for an eRedCap terminal that supports a baseband bandwidth of 5 MHz, it can process 2 parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH channels, and the number of RBs of the 2 parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH channels is not limited by the 25 / 12 RB number.
[0067] In this mode, the number of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs can also be the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs that the eRedCap terminal can process under a given delay constraint. For example, when the number of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is N and the processing delay Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 33 / 170 / 71 required to process N parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is less than or equal to a predefined delay limit, the quantity of N point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is reported.
[0068] In this mode, the eRedCap terminal can use an existing first capacity reporting field in the capacity signaling to report the number of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs for the network device, or it can define a new second capacity reporting field to report the number of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs for the network device via the second capacity reporting field. When using the second capacity reporting field to report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal, the set of values for the second capacity reporting field can be the same as or different from the set of values for the first capacity reporting field.
[0069] In summary, the solutions provided in the embodiments of this description allow the base station to learn the processing capacity of the eRedCap terminal for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, causing the eRedCap terminal to report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs it can process, thus allowing the base station to reasonably schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs for the eRedCap terminal, preventing the eRedCap terminal from having to process the received data multiple times and introducing additional delays, which can cause the eRedCap terminal to fail to perform the HARQ-ACK return in time when the HARQ resources arrive, or only return a NACK, resulting in wasted resources and increased terminal power consumption.
[0070] In practical applications, when the eRedCap terminal does not have the capability to process parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, it may also not report the number of PDSCHs. Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 34 / 170 / 71 parallel point-to-point broadcasting supported by the eRedCap terminal to the network device.
[0071] Based on this, an embodiment of the present description further provides a resource scheduling method, wherein the method is applied to an eRedCap endpoint. As shown in Figure 4, the method may include: Step 401: In response to the eRedCap terminal not having a first capability, not reporting to a network device the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal.
[0072] It should be noted that the eRedCap terminal not having the first capability may mean that all eRedCap terminals do not have the first capability, i.e., eRedCap terminals do not support parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs.
[0073] In some embodiments, the eRedCap terminal does not report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal to the network device; correspondingly, the network device does not receive the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal.
[0074] In this mode, the eRedCap terminal does not report capacity. Thus, the base station side schedules point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs to the eRedCap terminal based on the processing capacity of a single point-to-point broadcast PDSCH, i.e., the base station side determines that the eRedCap terminal does not have the capacity to process parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs and schedules only a single point-to-point broadcast PDSCH to the eRedCap terminal at a time.
[0075] In summary, the resource scheduling method provided in the modalities of this description allows the base station to learn Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 35 / 170 / 71, regarding the processing capacity of the eRedCap terminal for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, causing the eRedCap terminal to report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs it can process, thus allowing the base station to reasonably schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs for the eRedCap terminal, preventing the eRedCap terminal from having to process the received data multiple times and introducing additional processing delays, which can cause the eRedCap terminal to fail to perform the HARQ-ACK return in time when the HARQ resources arrive, or only return NACK, resulting in wasted resources and increased terminal power consumption.
[0076] With reference to Figure 5, an embodiment of the present description further provides a resource scheduling method, applied to an eRedCap terminal. This resource scheduling method can be implemented alone or in combination with any embodiment or possible implementation in the present description, or in combination with any technical solution in the related art.
[0077] As shown in Figure 5, the resource scheduling method may include: Step 501: In response to the eRedCap terminal having a first capability, report to the network device a number of first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal, where the number of RBs occupied by the first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is less than or equal to a first limit.
[0078] In this mode, the first limit may be the maximum number of RBs supported by the eRedCap terminal's baseband for the data channel. For example, for an eRedCap terminal that supports a baseband bandwidth of 5 MHz, the number of PDSCH channels Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 36 / 170 / 71 of parallel point-to-point broadcast that can be processed is 2. Below 15 kHz SCS, the baseband bandwidth includes 25 RBs, i.e., the first limit is 25 RBs. Therefore, the total number of RBs in the two point-to-point broadcast PDSCH channels of the eRedCap terminal cannot exceed 25 RBs. Below 30 kHz SCS, the baseband bandwidth includes 12 RBs, i.e., the first limit is 12 RBs. Therefore, the total number of RBs in the two point-to-point broadcast PDSCH channels of the eRedCap terminal cannot exceed 12 RBs.
[0079] With reference to Figure 6, an embodiment of the present description further provides a resource scheduling method, applied to an eRedCap terminal. This resource scheduling method can be implemented alone or in combination with any embodiment or possible implementation in the present description, or in combination with any technical solution in the related art.
[0080] As shown in Figure 6, the resource scheduling method may include: Step 601: In response to a processing delay of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs from the eRedCap terminal being less than or equal to a predefined first delay limit, report to the network device the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal.
[0081] In some embodiments, the eRedCap terminal can determine whether its processing delay for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is less than or equal to a predefined second delay limit. When the processing delay of the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is less than or equal to the predefined second delay limit, the eRedCap terminal reports the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs that it can process to the network device; correspondingly, when the Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 37 / 170 / 71 If the processing delay of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is greater than the predefined one-second delay limit, the eRedCap terminal does not report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs that it can process to the network device.
[0082] In this embodiment, the first delay limit is the processing delay of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs from the eRedCap terminal. The eRedCap terminal can use parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs for parallel or serial processing, provided that the processing can be completed within the time interval of the first delay limit, which is not limited in the embodiments of this description.
[0083] In this mode, the first delay limit can be a limit agreed upon by the protocol or a limit configured by the network device according to the scheduling requirements.
[0084] In this mode, by introducing the first delay limit and having the eRedCap terminal report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs it can process, the base station can learn the processing capacity of the eRedCap terminal for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, thus allowing the base station to reasonably schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs to the eRedCap terminal, preventing the eRedCap terminal from having to process the received data multiple times and introducing additional delays, which can cause the eRedCap terminal to fail to perform the HARQACK return in time when the HARQ resources arrive, or only return NACK, resulting in wasted resources and increased terminal power consumption.
[0085] In this mode, the eRedCap terminal can use an existing first capacity reporting field in the signaling of Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 38 / 170 / 71 capacity to report the quantity of first parallel point-to-point diffusion PDSCHs.
[0086] Based on this, with reference to Figure 7, one embodiment of the present description provides a method for reporting the quantity of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs using a first capacity reporting field. The method includes:
[0087] Step 701: In response to the eRedCap terminal having a first capacity, send a first capacity report field to the network device via capacity signaling; wherein the first capacity report field is a predefined capacity report field in capacity signaling, and the first capacity report field includes the number of first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal.
[0088] In this mode, using the first capacity reporting field already existing in capacity signaling to report the number of first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, the definition of the first capacity reporting field can be added with the limitation of the maximum number of resources for the eRedCap terminal, i.e., the definition of the first capacity reporting field can be added with the condition that the number of RBs occupied by the first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is less than or equal to the first limit.
[0089] In this mode, the eRedCap terminal can also report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs based on a new second capacity reporting field.
[0090] Based on this, with reference to Figure 8, an embodiment of the present description further provides a method for reporting the quantity of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs using a second capacity reporting field. The method includes: Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 39 / 170 / 71 Step 801: In response to the eRedCap terminal having a first capacity, define a new capacity reporting field to obtain a second capacity reporting field; where the second capacity reporting field includes the number of first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal; Step 802: Send the second capacity report field to the network device via capacity signaling.
[0091] Note that the value set for the first capacity report field may be the same as or different from the value set for the second capacity report field. Specifically, the value set for the first capacity report field may be a first value set, for example, set {2,4,7}. The value set for the second capacity report field may be a second value set. The first value set is a pre-configured set. The second value set may be the same as the first value set or may include other pre-configured values, i.e., values that are not in the pre-configured set. For example, if the pre-configured set is {2,4,7}, the value set for the second capacity report field may include values from set {2,4,7} or may include values such as 3, 5, etc.
[0092] With reference to Figure 9, an embodiment of the present description further provides a resource scheduling method, applied to an eRedCap terminal. This resource scheduling method can be implemented alone or in combination with any embodiment or possible implementation in the present description, or in combination with any technical solution in the related art.
[0093] As shown in Figure 9, the scheduling method Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 40 / 170 / 71 of resources may include: Step 901: In response to the eRedCap terminal having a first capability, report to a network device the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal, where the number of RBs occupied by the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal is not limited by a first limit.
[0094] In this mode, the first limit may be the maximum number of RBs supported by the eRedCap terminal baseband for the data channel.
[0095] In practical applications, the number of RBs occupied by the second parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal may also be limited by the first limit.
[0096] Based on this, with reference to Figure 10, one embodiment of the present description provides a resource scheduling method applied to an eRedCap terminal. As shown in Figure 10, the method may include: Step 1001: Report to the network device a number of first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal, where the number of resource blocks (RB) occupied by the first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is less than or equal to a first threshold; Step 1002: Report to the network device a number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal, where the number of RBs occupied by the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal is not limited by a first limit.
[0097] In some embodiments, the eRedCap terminal can support two types of broadcast PDSCH processing capabilities. Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 41 / 170 / 71 parallel point-to-point. The first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH processing capability is not limited by the number of RBs. The second parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH processing capability is limited by the number of RBs. The eRedCap terminal, based on its own implementation, can selectively report these two capabilities. Specifically, if both capabilities can be achieved, i.e., the eRedCap terminal supports both capabilities, both capabilities are reported, i.e., Step 1001 and Step 1002 are performed; or, if the eRedCap terminal supports only one capability, only the supported capability is reported, i.e., Step 1001 or Step 1002 is performed; Or, if the eRedCap terminal does not support any capability, none of them will be reported, meaning neither Step 1001 nor Step 1002 will be performed.
[0098] In some embodiments, the first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH processing capability supports the processing of X parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs within a given delay range. The second parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH processing capability supports the processing of Y parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs within a given delay range. The set of values for X can be denoted as set#1, and the set of values for Y can be denoted as set#2. set #1 and set #2 can be the same or different.
[0099] With reference to Figure 11, an embodiment of the present description further provides a resource scheduling method, applied to an eRedCap terminal. This resource scheduling method can be implemented alone or in combination with any embodiment or possible implementation in the present description, or in combination with any technical solution in the related art.
[00100] As shown in Figure 11, the scheduling method of Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 42 / 170 / 71 resources may include:
[00101] Step 1101: In response to a processing delay of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs from the eRedCap terminal being less than or equal to a first predefined delay limit, report to the network device the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal.
[00102] In some embodiments, the eRedCap terminal can determine whether its processing delay for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is less than or equal to a first predefined delay limit. When the processing delay of the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is less than or equal to the first predefined delay limit, the eRedCap terminal reports the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds it can process to the network device; correspondingly, when the processing delay of the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is greater than the first predefined delay limit, the eRedCap terminal does not report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs it can process to the network device.
[00103] In this mode, by introducing the first delay limit and having the eRedCap terminal report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs it can process, the base station can learn the eRedCap terminal's processing capacity for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, thus allowing the base station to reasonably schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs to the eRedCap terminal, preventing the eRedCap terminal from having to process the received data multiple times and introducing additional delays, which could cause the eRedCap terminal to fail to perform the HARQACK return in time when HARQ resources arrive, or only return from Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 43 / 170 / 71 NACK, resulting in wasted resources and increased energy consumption at the terminal.
[00104] In this mode, the eRedCap terminal can use an existing first capacity reporting field in the capacity signaling to report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds.
[00105] Based on this, with reference to Figure 12, an embodiment of the present description provides a method for reporting the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds using a first capacity reporting field. The method includes:
[00106] Step 1201: In response to the eRedCap terminal having a first capability, send a first capability report field to the network device via the capability signaling; wherein the first capability report field is a predefined capability report field in the capability signaling and the first capability report field includes the amount of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal.
[00107] In this mode, using the first capacity reporting field already existing in capacity signaling to report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds, the definition of the first capacity reporting field can be added with the limitation of the maximum number of resources for the eRedCap terminal, that is, the definition of the first capacity reporting field can be added with the condition that the number of RBs occupied by the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds is less than or equal to the first limit.
[00108] In this mode, the eRedCap terminal can also report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds based on a new capacity reporting field. Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 44 / 170 / 71
[00109] Based on this, with reference to Figure 13, an embodiment of the present description further provides a method for reporting the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds using a second capacity reporting field. The method includes: Step 1301: In response to the eRedCap terminal having a first capacity, define a new capacity reporting field to obtain a second capacity reporting field; where the second capacity reporting field includes the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal; Step 1302: Send the second capacity report field to the network device via capacity signaling.
[00110] Note that the value set for the first capacity report field may be the same as or different from the value set for the second capacity report field.
[00111] With reference to Figure 14, an embodiment of the present description further provides a resource scheduling method, applied to an eRedCap terminal. This resource scheduling method. Petition 870260005737, dated 21 / 01 / 2026, page 45 / 170 / 71, can be carried out alone or in combination with any embodiment or possible implementation in the present description, or in combination with any technical solution in the related art.
[00112] As shown in Figure 14, the resource scheduling method may include: Step 1401: In response to a processing delay of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs from the eRedCap terminal that is less than or equal to a second predefined delay limit, communicate to the network device a number of third parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal; wherein the second delay limit is greater than a first predefined delay limit, and the first delay limit is a processing delay limit for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs from a non-eRedCap terminal.
[00113] In some embodiments, the eRedCap terminal can determine whether its processing delay for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is less than or equal to a first predefined delay limit. When the processing delay of the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is less than or equal to the first predefined delay limit, the eRedCap terminal will report the number of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs it can process to the network device; correspondingly, when the processing delay of the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is greater than the first predefined delay limit, the eRedCap terminal will not report the number of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs it can process to the network device.
[00114] In this mode, by introducing the second delay limit and having the eRedCap terminal report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs it can process, the base station can Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 46 / 170 / 71 to learn the processing capacity of the eRedCap terminal for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, thus allowing the base station to reasonably schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs to the eRedCap terminal, preventing the eRedCap terminal from having to process the received data multiple times and introducing additional delays, which can cause the eRedCap terminal to not perform the HARQ-ACK return in time when the HARQ resources arrive, or only a NACK return, resulting in wasted resources and increased terminal power consumption.
[00115] In this mode, the eRedCap terminal can have different parallel processing capabilities, i.e., the eRedCap terminal can support the processing of different quantities of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs. For different parallel processing capabilities, separate processing delays can be introduced, i.e., the second delay limit can include different delay limits, where different quantities of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs correspond to different second delay limits.
[00116] Based on this, with reference to Figure 15, an embodiment of the present description provides a method for reporting the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs based on different delay thresholds. The eRedCap terminal supports various numbers of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, and the various numbers of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs correspond to different second delay thresholds. The method includes: Step 1501: Report to the network device that the target quantities are all the various quantities of the third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal; or Report to the network device a target quantity that is Petition 870260005737, dated 21 / 01 / 2026, p. 47 / 170 / 71 a maximum value of the various quantities of parallel point-to-point broadcast third-party PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal; where the various quantities of parallel point-to-point broadcast third PDSCHs correspond to different delay limits.
[00117] In this mode, first, the processing delay corresponding to each quantity of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is compared with the corresponding second delay limit. When the processing delay for a quantity of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is less than or equal to the corresponding second delay limit, that quantity of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs will be considered as the quantity of parallel third point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs.
[00118] In this mode, reporting each quantity of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs as a target quantity for the network device can mean that the eRedCap terminal reports only one quantity of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs at a time, or that the eRedCap terminal reports all quantities of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs simultaneously.
[00119] For example, for three different supported quantities of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, {2,4,7}, corresponding additional processing delay limits {X1, X2, X3} are introduced, where the processing delay limit for 2 point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is X1, for 4 point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is X2, and for 7 point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is X3. If the delay for processing 2 parallel channels by the eRedCap terminal can meet X1, the eRedCap terminal can report the quantity 2. If the delay for processing 4 parallel channels by the eRedCap terminal can meet X2, the eRedCap terminal can report the quantity 4. If the delay for processing 7 parallel channels Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 48 / 170 / 71, by the eRedCap terminal being able to meet X3, the eRedCap terminal may report quantity 7. The eRedCap terminal may report only one point-to-point broadcast PDSCH quantity at a time, or it may report all three point-to-point broadcast PDSCH quantities {2,4,7} simultaneously.
[00120] In this mode, for different parallel processing capacities, a common additional processing delay can also be introduced, i.e., different quantities of parallel point-to-point broadcast third PDSCHs correspond to the same second delay limit. In practical applications, a common additional processing delay can be introduced, and the sum of the additional processing delay and the first delay limit can be considered as the second delay limit.
[00121] In this mode, the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs can be determined from the various numbers of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal based on the second delay limit. Specifically, the maximum number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs that the eRedCap terminal can support under the condition that the processing delay is less than or equal to the second delay limit can be determined, and the determined number is considered as the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs. The number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs that can be processed can be determined from the set of channel quantity values of the eRedCap terminal. It should be noted that the set of values for the eRedCap terminal's channel quantities can be a set of values agreed upon by the protocol or a set of values constructed by the terminal according to the channel quantities agreed upon by the protocol. Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, p. 49 / 170 / 71
[00122] For example, if the set of channel quantities agreed upon by the protocol is {2,4,7}, the eRedCap terminal will support three different quantities of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, {2,4,7}. An additional processing delay Y1 is introduced. From {2,4,7}, the maximum quantity of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs that the eRedCap terminal can support is determined on the condition that the processing delay is less than or equal to T_processing,1 + Y1, and this quantity is considered as the quantity of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs. For example, under the condition that the processing delay is less than T_processing,1 + Y1, if the terminal can process up to 4 parallel channels, it reports the quantity 4.As another example, if the protocol stipulates that the eRedCap terminal supports 3 parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH processings, when an additional processing delay Y1 is introduced, the maximum number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs that the eRedCap terminal can support can also be determined from the set {2,3,4,7}.
[00123] In this embodiment, the eRedCap terminal can use an already existing first capacity reporting field in the capacity signaling to report the number of first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs.
[00124] Based on this, with reference to Figure 16, an embodiment of the present description provides a method for reporting the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast third-party PDSCHs using a first capacity reporting field. The method includes:
[00125] Step 1601: In response to the eRedCap terminal having a first capability, send a first capability report field to the network device via capability signaling; wherein the first capability report field is a predefined capability report field in the capability signaling, and the first field Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 50 / 170 / 71 of the capacity report includes at least a quantity of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal.
[00126] In this embodiment, the eRedCap terminal can also report at least one quantity of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs based on a new second capacity reporting field.
[00127] Based on this, with reference to Figure 17, an embodiment of the present description further provides a method for reporting at least one quantity of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs using a second capacity reporting field. The method includes: Step 1701: In response to the eRedCap terminal having a first capacity, define a new capacity reporting field to obtain a second capacity reporting field; wherein the second capacity reporting field includes at least one quantity of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal; Step 1702: Send the second capacity report field to the network device via capacity signaling.
[00128] Note that the value set for the first capacity report field can be the same as or different from the value set for the second capacity report field. Specifically, the value set for the first capacity report field can be a first value set, for example, set {2,4,7}. The value set for the second capacity report field can be a second value set. The first value set is a pre-configured set. The second value set can be the same as the first value set or it can include other values. Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 51 / 170 / 71 pre-configured, that is, values that are not in the pre-configured set. For example, if the pre-configured set is {2,4,7}, the set of values in the second capacity report field may include values from the set {2,4,7} or may include values such as 3, 5, etc.
[00129] With reference to Figure 18, an embodiment of the present description further provides another method of resource scheduling, applied to a network device. As shown in Figure 18, the method may include: Step 1801: receive a quantity of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by an eRedCap terminal reported by the eRedCap terminal in response to the eRedCap terminal having a first capability; wherein the first capability includes a processing capability of the eRedCap terminal for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs.
[00130] In some embodiments, the eRedCap terminal can support two types of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH processing capabilities. The network device may receive both capabilities reported simultaneously by the eRedCap terminal, or receive one capability supported by the eRedCap terminal, or receive no capability reported by the eRedCap terminal.
[00131] In this mode, the eRedCap terminal can use an existing first capacity reporting field in the signaling of Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 52 / 170 / 71 capacity to report the number of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs to the network device; correspondingly, the network device receives the first capacity reporting field using capacity signaling. The eRedCap terminal can also define a new second capacity reporting field and report the number of point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs to the network device through the second capacity reporting field; correspondingly, the network device receives the second capacity reporting field through capacity signaling. The set of values for the second capacity reporting field can be the same as or different from the set of values for the first capacity reporting field.
[00132] Step 1802: Schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCH resources for the eRedCap terminal based on the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal.
[00133] In practical applications, the eRedCap terminal may not report the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal.
[00134] Based on this, with reference to Figure 19, an embodiment of the present description further provides a resource scheduling method applied to a network device. As shown in Figure 19, the method may include: Step 1901: In response to an eRedCap terminal that lacks a primary capability, schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCH resources to the eRedCap terminal based on the eRedCap terminal's processing capability for a single point-to-point broadcast PDSCH.
[00135] It should be noted that the eRedCap terminal not having the first capability may mean that all eRedCap terminals do not have the first capability, i.e., eRedCap terminals do not support PDSCHs. Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, p. 53 / 170 / 71 of parallel point-to-point diffusion.
[00136] In summary, the resource scheduling method provided in the embodiments of this description allows the base station to learn the processing capacity of the eRedCap terminal for parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs, thus enabling the base station to schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs for the eRedCap terminal, preventing the eRedCap terminal from having to process the received data multiple times and introducing additional processing delays, which can cause the eRedCap terminal to not execute the HARQACK return in time when the HARQ resources arrive, or only a NACK return, resulting in wasted resources and increased terminal power consumption.
[00137] With reference to Figure 20, an embodiment of the present description further provides a method for scheduling resources, applied to a network device. The method may include: Step 2001: Receive a quantity of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal, wherein the quantity of RBs occupied by the first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is less than or equal to a first limit.
[00138] Step 2002: Schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCH resources for the eRedCap terminal based on the number of first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs.
[00139] As a possible implementation of this modality, the receipt of the quantity of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal may include: receive a first capacity reporting field in a capacity signal; where the first capacity reporting field is a predefined capacity reporting field in Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 54 / 170 / 71 capacity signaling, and the first capacity report field includes the number of first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal; or receive a second capacity reporting field in a capacity signal; wherein the second capacity reporting field includes the number of first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal and the second capacity reporting field is a new capacity reporting field defined by the eRedCap terminal; where a set of values from the first capacity report field is equal to or different from a set of values from the second capacity report field.
[00140] As a possible implementation of this mode, the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is reported by the eRedCap terminal in response to a processing delay of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs from the eRedCap terminal being less than or equal to a first predefined delay limit.
[00141] With reference to Figure 21, one embodiment of the present description further provides a method for scheduling resources, applied to a network device. The method may include: Step 2101: receive a number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal, wherein the number of RBs occupied by the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal is not limited by a first limit; Step 2102: Schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCH resources for the eRedCap terminal based on the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs. Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 55 / 170 / 71
[00142] With reference to Figure 22, one embodiment of the present description further provides a method for scheduling resources, applied to a network device. The method may include: Step 2201: receive a quantity of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal, where the quantity of RBs occupied by the first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal is less than or equal to a first limit; Step 2202: receive a number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal, wherein the number of RBs occupied by the parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal is not limited by a first limit; Step 2203: Schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCH resources for the eRedCap terminal based on the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs or the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs.
[00143] In some embodiments, the eRedCap terminal can support two types of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH processing capabilities. Specifically, if both capabilities can be achieved, i.e., the eRedCap terminal supports both capabilities, both capabilities are reported; correspondingly, the network device receives both capabilities, i.e., steps 2201 and 2202 are performed. Or, if the eRedCap terminal supports only one capability, Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 56 / 170 / 71 only the supported capacity will be reported; correspondingly, the network device receives only one capacity, i.e., Step 2201 or Step 2202 is performed. Or, if the eRedCap terminal does not support any capacity, neither will be reported; correspondingly, the network device does not receive any capacity.
[00144] In some embodiments, the first parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH processing capability supports the processing of X parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs within a given delay range. The second parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH processing capability supports the processing of Y parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs within a given delay range. The set of values for X can be denoted as set#1, and the set of values for Y can be denoted as set#2. Set#1 and set#2 can be the same or different.
[00145] As a possible implementation of this modality, the reception of the quantity of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal may include: receive a first capacity reporting field in a capacity signaling; wherein the first capacity reporting field is a predefined capacity reporting field in the capacity signaling, and the first capacity reporting field includes the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal; or receive a second capacity reporting field in a capacity signal; wherein the second capacity reporting field includes the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCH seconds supported by the eRedCap terminal, and the second capacity reporting field is a new capacity reporting field. Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, page 57 / 170 / 71 defined by the eRedCap terminal.
[00146] As a possible implementation of this mode, the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs seconds is reported by the eRedCap terminal in response to a processing delay of the eRedCap terminal's parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs being less than or equal to a first predefined delay limit.
[00147] With reference to Figure 23, one embodiment of the present description further provides a method for scheduling resources, applied to a network device. The method may include: Step 2301: receiving a quantity of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal; wherein the quantity of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs is reported by the eRedCap terminal in response to a processing delay of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs from the eRedCap terminal being less than or equal to a second predefined delay limit; wherein the second delay limit is greater than a first predefined delay limit and the first delay limit is a processing delay limit of parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs from a non-eRedCap terminal; Step 2302: Schedule point-to-point broadcast PDSCH resources for the eRedCap terminal based on at least a number of parallel third-party point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs.
[00148] As a possible implementation of this modality, the receipt of the quantity of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal includes: to receive the target quantities from the eRedCap terminal, where the target quantities are all the various quantities of the parallel point-to-point broadcast third-party PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal; or Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, p. 58 / 170 / 71 to receive a target quantity from the eRedCap terminal, where the target quantity is a maximum value of the various quantities of parallel point-to-point broadcast third-party PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal; where the various quantities of parallel point-to-point broadcast third PDSCHs correspond to different delay limits.
[00149] As a possible implementation of this modality, the receipt of the quantity of third-party parallel point-to-point broadcast PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal includes: receive a first capacity reporting field in a capacity signaling; wherein the first capacity reporting field is a predefined capacity reporting field in the capacity signaling and the first capacity reporting field includes the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast third-party PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal; or receive a second capacity reporting field in a capacity signal; wherein the second capacity reporting field includes the number of parallel point-to-point broadcast third-party PDSCHs supported by the eRedCap terminal and the second capacity reporting field is a new capacity reporting field defined by the eRedCap terminal; where a set of values from the first capacity report field is equal to or different from a set of values from the second capacity report field.
[00150] Corresponding to the resource scheduling methods provided in the modalities of Figures 3 to 17, the present description additionally provides a resource scheduling device. Since the Petition 870260005737, dated 01 / 21 / 2026, p. 59 / 170 / 71 resource scheduling apparatus provided in the modalities of this description corresponds to the resource scheduling methods provided in the modalities of Figures 3 to 17, the implementations of the resource scheduling methods are also applicable to the resource scheduling apparatus provided in the modalities of this description, and will not be described in detail in this document.
