[001] This utility model patent application pertains to the field of product packaging, corporate gifts, promotional items and stationery, and refers more specifically to a box-type packaging for general products or gifts that can be reused.

[002] The solution is characterized by the fact that the packaging follows the Upcycling (Creative Reuse) concept; after receiving the product / gift, it is possible to reuse the packaging as a decorative item. In addition to being reusable, the packaging is made from recyclable materials.

[003] The patent application in question therefore concerns a product that has been specially designed and developed with perfection and efficiency, and offers great advantages in its use.

[004] It is also the objective of this application to present a reusable packaging that meets all the requirements of robustness, safety and practical utility, thus offering the consumer public an additional option in the market of similar products, which, in relation to what is currently available on the market, offers numerous possibilities and benefits to its users, becoming a model of great acceptance in the sector market. HISTORY OF THE INVENTION

[005] Upcycling is nothing more than the act of using creativity to give a new and better purpose to a material that would otherwise be discarded, without degrading its quality and composition. An item that has been upcycled usually has equal or better quality than its original. The idea is to use existing materials that would be discarded to improve the originals. Because there is so much to be salvaged, the practice has gained thousands of followers around the world because it reduces the amount of waste produced that would end up in landfills for years. [007] With growing concern for the environment, consumer demands for sustainable initiatives from brands have become a differentiating factor and an opportunity for new business. Therefore, packaging disposal and solid waste management have become the first step for a company to keep up with new trends and remain a consolidated market presence.

[008] The improper disposal of cardboard boxes bearing a brand's visual identity, for example, can generate negative publicity. Furthermore, according to the National Solid Waste Policy, it is the responsibility of every producer, manufacturer, trader, importer, or consumer to give environmentally appropriate disposal to all used materials.

[009] In order to place a completely new product on the market, a series of searches were carried out to find prior art in some specialized databases and the following processes were found there:

[011] BR 11 2017 016386 1 - REUSABLE PACKAGING AND STORAGE ARTICLE, a reusable storage and packaging article for an elastic constriction ring is described wherein the article comprises an upper element and a lower element configured to engage releasably with each other, wherein the lower element comprises: a substantially circular cavity having a perimeter ferrule with an inner and outer surface for housing, in use, a portion of the elastic constriction ring; and a pillar extending from a substantially central portion of the cavity; and wherein a ridge of the pillar has a diameter smaller than the diameter of a central opening of the elastic constriction ring, and a lower portion of the pillar has a diameter larger than the diameter of a central opening of the elastic constriction ring;and wherein the upper element comprises: a substantially circular cavity having a perimeter ferrule with an inner and outer surface for housing, in use, a portion of the elastic constriction ring, wherein the diameter of an inner surface of the perimeter is equal to or greater than the diameter of the outer surface of the perimeter ferrule of the lower element. A consumer product is also described.

[012] BR 10 2016 006937 8 - REUSABLE PACKAGING, the present invention relates to reusable packaging comprising: - four panels (1); - four column profiles (2); - four connecting devices (3); - positioning fastening devices (4); - a pallet (5), and - a lid (6). By means of the present invention, it is possible to transport and store the packaging in a disassembled position, occupying minimal space and, additionally, the reuse of the packaging does not harm the Petition 870210062942, dated 12 / 07 / 2021, page 6 / 17 structural condition thereof, since the connecting elements between panels (1) are specially designed in resistant material to maintain strength during disassembly, reassembly and even stacking. However, as soon as it is noticed that the useful life of the panels (1) no longer meets the essential conditions, it is sufficient to replace only the panels (1), reusing all other parts, so that the reusable packaging does not become unusable.

[013] The documents listed above, although belonging to the same technical field, do not present the same characteristics as the equipment now improved, therefore, it meets the legal requirements for patentability. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[014] Taking into account all the problems that have been presented in the state of the art, the inventor, who has notorious knowledge of the sector, created and developed the aforementioned CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO REUSABLE PACKAGING which aims to give a new use to packaging instead of direct disposal.

[015] The great advantage of this solution lies in the fact that the box-type packaging follows the Upcycling (Creative Reuse) concept; after receiving the product / gift, it is possible to reuse the packaging as a decorative item, which, depending on the model, can be a picture frame or a file box for souvenirs, corks, bottle caps, etc. In some cases, the packaging needs to contain an insert for the product, usually made of hard-cover cardboard; this can also be reused and transformed into a cell phone holder. In addition to being reusable, the packaging is made from sustainable and recyclable materials.

[016] It is understood that the present product developed for the application of the technique in question is simple in its construction, and is therefore easy to implement industrially, thus obtaining excellent practical and functional results, incorporating an innovative piece of equipment that makes it possible to minimize the inconveniences that may occur. [018] As revealed by the paragraphs above, the CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO REUSABLE PACKAGING conceives a packaging (1), which can be reused as a decorative item.

[019] Said packaging (1) is of the rigid box type, arranged with a lid (2) and bottom (3), both composed of cardboard in the structure, lining inside and out and lining in the internal parts. Depending on the model, the packaging can be reused as a picture frame (4) or file box (5).

[020] For some products it is necessary to use a cradle (6), also made of cardboard and lined, to hold it in the box, depending on the shape it is possible that after use the cradle (6) can be transformed into a cell phone holder (7).

[021] When the packaging model (1) is of the file box type (5), a transparent window (8) is inserted in the lid (2) to allow viewing inside the box. [023] It is understood that when the present invention is put into practice, modifications may be introduced with regard to certain details of construction and form, without departing from the fundamental principles that are clearly substantiated in the claims, it being understood that the terminology used was not intended to be limiting.

[024] This descriptive report therefore deals with a completely innovative concept which, as can be seen from the analyses carried out and figures shown, presents unprecedented constructive and functional technical characteristics.
