Description

1 / 4 CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO FURNITURE HANDLE Scope of Application of the Utility Model

[01] In general, the present utility model belongs to the furniture sector and refers, more specifically, to a constructive arrangement applied to a furniture handle which, thanks to the presence of injected tips, specially produced in order to allow its coupling to the handle bars, promotes the manufacture of handles of varying lengths. Background of the Utility Model

[02] The furniture market has been developing more and more in the direction of eliminating steps from known manufacturing processes, reducing costs and guaranteeing product quality.

[03] In this context, it is observed that currently, the possibility of carrying out customizations and adaptations to known furniture products is pressing, either because it allows, with a minimum of effort, a great aesthetic and functional difference to be produced.

[04] In the case of handles, in general, it is observed that such pieces have been widely used in order to produce visual and mainly functional effects on furniture, given their applicability.

[05] To this end, various technologies have been made available to facilitate the manufacture and use of these handles, as can be seen in document no. MU7600193-8 “DISPOSITION INTRODUCED IN A FURNITURE HANDLE” which reveals a handle to be used on doors and drawers of dental furniture, standing out for the ease of the manufacturing process, by joining known materials, such as high-resistance particleboard - MDF - with an external coating of PVC or Lacquer, in order to compose a model Petition 870230024411, dated 03 / 23 / 2023, page 4 / 17 2 / 4 of a handle in the form of a recess that extends the entire length of the drawer or door, facilitating hand access for opening.

[06] However, note that such prior art does not allow for adjustment of the handle length, nor does it have injected fixing tips, presenting the drawback that, in addition to not allowing length adjustment, it also depends on a complex compaction and capping process.

[07] There is also document PI 9713566-6 “PULLER OF "DOOR FOR A FURNITURE DOOR, PARTICULARLY A REFRIGERATOR DOOR" which discloses a door handle for a furniture door, particularly a refrigerator door, with retaining elements fixable to the door and a longitudinally formed, one-piece handle section, which has housings with which it is fixed to the retaining elements, the housings in the handle section being formed as blind-hole-like cavities, which house the end sections of the retaining elements, which are adapted to the cross-section of the end sections of the retaining elements.

[08] This prior design has the disadvantage of having perpendicular transverse terminals that require the furniture to have fixing screws, in addition to not allowing length adjustment.

[09] Thus, given all the drawbacks of the systems and equipment currently used, described above in the state of the art, a gap is evident in the creation of a constructive arrangement applied to furniture handles which, thanks to the presence of injected tips, specially produced in order to Petition 870230024411, dated 03 / 23 / 2023, p. 5 / 17 3 / 4 allows its attachment to the handle bars, promoting the creation of handles of varying lengths. Utility Model Objectives

[010] The constructive arrangement applied to the furniture handle, now revealed, thanks to the presence of injected end caps, specially produced in order to allow its coupling to the handle bars, promotes the manufacture of handles of varying lengths, making it possible to manufacture several handles with a single mold.

[011] In this way, the present technology ends up reducing manufacturing costs and guaranteeing maximum material utilization, since, for example, the aluminum bars used as handles can be divided indefinitely, simply by receiving the injected end caps for the manufacture of the handles.

[012] In order to remedy the shortcomings of the current state of the art highlighted above, the present invention patent aims to propose a solution for customizable, adjustable and easy-to-manufacture furniture handles, based on injected tips. Description of the Drawings

[013] The present utility model is based on the attached drawings, which exemplify it in a way that allows its execution by a technician with reasonable knowledge of the subject, listed below:

[014] Figure 1 represents, by way of example, the complete pull handle assembly with end caps, in exploded view.

[015] Figure 2 represents, by way of example, the inner base tip of the handle equipped with tips.

[016] Figure 3 represents, by way of example, the outer base tip of the handle equipped with tips. Petition 870230024411, dated 03 / 23 / 2023, p. 6 / 17 4 / 4

[017] Figure 4 represents, by way of example, the connecting element of the handle equipped with end caps.

[018] Figure 5 shows, by way of example, a detailed view of the fitting between the outer base and the connecting element.

[019] Figure 6 shows, by way of example, a detailed view of the fitting between the inner base and the connecting element. Detailed Description of the Utility Model

[020] The present arrangement consists, basically and exemplarily, as can be seen in figures 1, 2, 3 and 4, of a handle (1) equipped with an internal base tip (1.1), an external base tip (1.2), an aluminum bar (1.3) and a connecting element (1.4).

[021] The end caps (1.1 and 1.2) are fixed to the aluminum bars (1.3), for example, by means of fastening elements (1.8) inserted into the holes (1.1.2 and 1.2.2), see figures 3, 4, 5 and 6.

[022] Once the tips (1.1 and 1.2) are fixed, the connecting elements (1.4) receive, through their axis, a threaded fastening element (1.6), equipped with a hexagonal head (1.7), see figures 5 and 6, through which the base tip (1.2) is firmly fixed to the connecting element and, after, the hexagonal head (1.7) is inserted into the base tip (1.1), through the hole (1.1.3).

[023] A pressure fastening element (not shown) must be inserted inside the hole (1.1.1) of the base tip (1.1) in order to tighten the threaded fastening element (1.6), finally completing the connection of the handle (1). Petition 870230024411, dated 03 / 23 / 2023, page 7 / 17
