Impractical footrest actuation and adjustment mechanisms. 006 Furthermore, any prior art office chair arrangements are aesthetically unappealing, and the assembly of the sections or parts requires complex tools and gripping or fastening devices, often demanding special knowledge or techniques for assembling the components. Also, the various parts are usually connected with metal fasteners, requiring additional raw materials and increasing the final cost of the product. 007 The state of the art reveals Brazilian patent PI 0205384-5, titled DEVICE FOR ARTICULATING THE BACKREST OF A SWIVEL CHAIR, WITH A LOCKING POINT, owned by Cerantola do Brasil Ltda, published on 07 / 20 / 2004, which describes a mechanism allowing only the backrest (E) to be reclined and locked in the position desired by the user, thanks to the introduction of a small Petition 870240108848, dated 12 / 20 / 2024, page 8 / 29 3 / 9 articulated U-shaped profile (5), fixed to the base (1) of the chair seat, receiving, at the opposite end, an L-shaped blade (6) that holds and supports the backrest (E), with a return spring with calibration (C) installed in the middle of the piece (5), while a mechanism, formed by two toothed locks, one fixed (8) and the other movable (17), in a ratchet system, are activated by a side lever with shaft (13) and spring (15), allowing the backrest to be locked at any point, determined by the user, within the limits of the travel offered by the cutout (9) of the fixed toothed lock (8), there is also a housing, obtained at the time of stamping the base, hollowing it out from its upper surface through a draw, formed by a lower neck (2) for fitting the end of the chair shock absorber shaft. This system has a completely different constructive arrangement from that proposed in the patent application in question. 008 The state of the art also reveals the Brazilian patent BR 10 2016 017189-0, entitled DEVICE FOR BACKREST ARTICULATION BY CONTACT, owned by Frisokar Equipamentos de Plásticos S / A, published on 06 / 02 / 2018, which describes an articulation mechanism specially designed for auditorium seats (P), receiving components in the parts that compose it, being seat, backrest and side armrests, so that the backrest can be slightly folded back mechanically, according to the manual articulation of the seat by the user when sitting down, being constituted by two backrest articulation pieces (2), equipped with two diagonal slots (4) and (5), and two small Petition 870240108848, dated 12 / 20 / 2024, page 9 / 29 4 / 9 plates (9) with axle (10) and guide pin (11), both fixed to the sides of the arms (1). The backrest (E) has a contact stop (12) at the bottom, and L-shaped profiles (13) equipped with two guide pins (16) and (17), sliding through said diagonal slots (4) and (5). The seat (A), in turn, has an upper stop (18), and also has two L-shaped profiles (19) fixed to each side, which receive the support assembly (22), spring (23) and cover (24), previously fitted into the articulation piece (25), which has an upper arched slot (27) and a central slot (28). This system has a constructive arrangement completely different from that proposed in the patent application in question. 009 In view of the foregoing technical fundamentals, with the passage of time and the accumulation of experience, the facts have pointed towards the construction of unprecedented improvements in office chairs, presenting several advantages over existing ones, being quite practical and efficient, where its unique construction eliminates the negative aspects known in the state of the art, which is presented in this patent. PATENT OBJECTIVE 010 In order to overcome the problems presented, the inventor hereby applies for a Utility Model Patent, entitled CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN AN ARMCHAIR, which fundamentally aims at the development of a functional office armchair, with practical mechanisms and actuators, having as one of its innovations efficiency and functionality during use. 011 With many years in the market, and always seeking Petition 870240108848, dated 12 / 20 / 2024, page 10 / 29 5 / 9 innovations and practical solutions to differentiate its products from competitors, the inventor developed this simple and unique armchair mechanism, which is capable of overcoming all the limitations and inconveniences reported in the state of the art, in a practical, efficient and extremely safe way. 012 Thus, due to the considerations pertinent to the state of the art previously discussed, and with the objective of solving such inconveniences pointed out, the constructive arrangement in an armchair is described, with mechanical actuation assisted by springs, free of any electrical system, with a total structure in steel joined by welding and screws, in which it is possible to build each set individually in the production process and form the final product in its assembly by screws. 013 According to the present invention, the invention consists of an armchair composed of a lower support base with lower feet, a seat and backrest with armrests and a headrest. The articulation of the backrest is done by an articulation mechanism with lever and rack positioning, with spring-assisted return. The articulation of the footrest is done by a mechanical system provided by a lever, joints and a spring for movement of the footrest. 014 This is a mechanically operated armchair with spring assistance, free of any electrical system, with a structure made entirely of steel joined by welding and screws, in which it is possible to build each unit individually in the production process and form the final product by assembling it with screws. 015 The armchair uses a gear system in the backrest that has several easy-to-use stopping points. Petition 870240108848, dated 12 / 20 / 2024, page 11 / 29 6 / 9 actuation and locking mechanism. The headrest uses a pressure-locking system. Pressure adjustment is achieved through torque calibration, which allows for easy position adjustment. 017 For the footrest, the mechanism consists of levers and springs that assist in its activation and locking, this being done by a sheet metal support where the central axis has its angle inverted at the moment of locking. With a slight pressure, the force of the axis sometimes assists in the activation, sometimes assists in the locking. This system has a high level of engineering studies to convert mechanical movements, using a lever, into final movements of the product with a footrest system. 018 Its upholstery is made of laminated foam with a layer of soft foam, providing comfort to the user, and its arms, with options for upholstered or wooden finishes, and with the option of PMR arms. 019 It is important to understand that the present Utility Model Patent presented here is illustrated in a demonstrative and non-limiting manner regarding the application of the details, dimensions, capacities, and steps described. It is capable of other modalities and of being practiced or executed in a variety of ways, without departing, logically, from the main inventive scope of the object whose protection is claimed. 020 To complement the present description in order to obtain a better understanding of the characteristics of the present Utility Model Patent and in accordance with a preferred practical embodiment thereof, a set of drawings is attached to the description, where, in an exemplary manner, it is shown.
