[001] This descriptive report refers to a Utility Model Patent application for an urban-scale structure, more precisely a metal tree, extremely practical and efficient, meeting the conditions to be worthy of the protection now sought.

[002] The constructive arrangement introduced in a metal Araucaria tree, through improvements and the technology employed, aims to develop an innovative structure that can be used as a city entrance gateway or arranged in several units, comprising a work of art on an urban scale that brings as its maximum symbolism the triad of Paraná icons (Araucaria - Blue Jay - Pine Nut), which reinforces its originality and cultural importance, an important landmark to welcome visitors, boost tourism and restore the sense of belonging of local residents, basically consisting of a metal tree, in the shape of an Araucaria, with a body and branches in metal structure, foliage in thin perforated sheets and a reinforced concrete foundation, standing out in the consumer market for presenting a differentiated product in relation to its construction and use, bringing numerous advantages, among the main ones,Environmental awareness, educational development, cultural dissemination, and preservation of history, addressing an evolutionary solution whose practical result points to a differentiated and effective condition of construction and use. STATE OF THE ART

[003] With the sole and exclusive purpose of providing veracity to the preamble of this description, the applicant will now provide, in the following paragraphs, a brief, yet consistent, explanation of the state of the art for the problems and inconveniences solved with the installation of the metal tree, which can also be used in the form of a portal, where it will be possible for a technician in the field to... [004] As is common knowledge, city entrance portals consist of modern and imposing projects that become a postcard image and are part of a package of improvements to boost tourism in the municipality.

[005] Existing entrance portals are generally designed taking into account only their design and aesthetic aspects.

[006] The biggest problems faced in creating a portal of this magnitude are environmental awareness, development and dissemination, and the preservation of the site's history.

[007] In view of the foregoing technical fundamentals, with the passage of time and the accumulation of experience, the facts have pointed towards the construction of a novel constructive arrangement in a portal, presenting several benefits, being quite practical and efficient, where its unique constructiveness eliminates the negative aspects known in the State of the Art, which is presented in this patent. OBJECTIVE OF THE PATENT

[008] In order to overcome the problems presented, the inventor hereby applies for a Utility Model Patent, entitled CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN ARAUCARIA TREE IN METAL, which fundamentally aims at the development of a work of art with the purpose of identifying the strength and development of Paraná, as a Paraná icon on highways accessing or passing through cities, standing out in the consumer market by presenting a differentiated product in relation to its construction and use, also obtaining a work of historical, environmental and cultural character.

[009] With many years in the market, and always seeking innovations and practical solutions to differentiate its products from other competitors, the inventor developed this simple and efficient product, capable of overcoming all the limitations and inconveniences reported in the State of the Art in an extremely effective way. [010] According to the present invention, it basically comprises a metal tree, in the shape of an Araucaria, with a trunk and branches made of metal structure, foliage made of thin perforated sheets and a foundation made of reinforced concrete.

[011] This is an urban-scale artwork that uses the triad of Paraná icons (Araucaria - Blue Jay - Pine Nut) as its main symbolism, reinforcing its uniqueness and cultural importance, an important landmark to welcome visitors, boost tourism and restore the sense of belonging of local residents.

[012] A macro artwork that can be used as a portal, or displayed individually or in multiple units in a given location, representing the Araucaria tree, in the technique of metal and mixed materials. With icons of pine nuts cut out in the trunk of the female element, as well as by jays cut out in the crown of the female tree, obtaining with the cutout the blue color of the sky, which characterizes the color of the bird's plumage. The artistic element has as particularities its varied metallic and mixed materials, with equally varied macro dimensions.

[013] Characteristics of the artistic object: ◦ Sculptures in the shape of Araucaria trees with varying macro dimensions; An iconic triad, formed by Araucaria - Pine Nut - Blue Jay, are artistic and conceptual characteristics of the sculptural objects; A female Araucaria tree features its fruit (pine nut) as an artistic element, represented by designs carved into its trunk; The crown of the female Araucaria tree is decorated with designs of Blue Jays cut into the metal; A sidewalk positioned below the female Araucaria tree, named "pinhão" sidewalk, is shaped like the pine nut and made of concrete pavers and other drainage materials in gray, white, and brown, as a complement to the project; ◦ Featuring lighting that highlights the artistic element, it is used during festive seasons, such as Christmas and Independence Day. [014] Several advantages and benefits are obtained with the portal, such as environmental awareness, educational development and cultural dissemination and preservation of history.

[015] Environmental awareness is provided through the dissemination and preservation of the ultimate icon of the state of Paraná, the Araucaria.

[016] In educational development and cultural dissemination, the artistic element has a genuine characteristic of cultural attraction for art education and tourism, due to its State icon status.

[017] Historical preservation reinforces the need to keep the cultural history of a people alive.

[018] Another advantage proposed by the project is that the artistic objects are built in urban areas with focused lighting that favors festive dates, which promotes the instant dissemination of culture and tourism, in an Instagrammable way.

[019] It is important to understand that the present Utility Model Patent presented here is illustrated in a demonstrative and non-limiting manner as to the application of the details, dimensions, capacities and steps described. It is capable of other modalities and of being practiced or executed in a variety of ways, without departing, logically, from the main inventive scope of the object, whose protection is claimed.

[021] In accordance with the attached drawings, the CONSTRUCTIONAL ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN A METAL ARAUCARIA TREE, the subject of this present Utility Model Patent application, basically comprises a metal tree that can be used as a portal, individually or in multiple units in a given location, in the shape of an Araucaria tree, with a trunk and branches made of metal structure, foliage made of thin perforated sheets and a foundation made of reinforced concrete.

[022] The branches are attached to the trunk by screwing. There are clamping rings on the trunk, in five levels, and through female threads they receive branches with male threads.

[023] In the lower region of the trunk, a square base plate is provided, which interconnects the Araucaria trunk. This lower base plate consists of J-bolts for anchoring to the concrete. In the upper part, there is a circular section tube, for starting and assembling the lower part of the trunk.

[024] The central block, beams and outer blocks are reinforced concrete elements, symmetrically arranged, as load-bearing elements, anchored to the ground as foundation elements together with driven piles, for the purpose of supporting the Araucaria tree.

[025] The central block, on the ground, is located immediately below the base plate, and four beams are attached to this block in cross directions, with an external transfer and stabilization block at each end of the beam. Each external block has two piles, driven into the ground, as ground foundation elements.

[026] Although one embodiment of the invention has been shown and described, other embodiments may be apparent to those skilled in the art. 1) CONSTRUCTIONAL ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN A METAL ARAUCARIA TREE, characterized by an urban-scale work that uses as its main symbolism the triad of Paraná icons (Araucaria - Blue Jay - Pine Nut), which can also be used as a portal (P), or arranged in several units on site, in the shape of an Araucaria, with a trunk (1) and branches (2) in a metal structure, foliage in thin perforated sheets and a foundation (F) in reinforced concrete; the fitting of the branches (2) to the trunk (1) is done by screwing; there are clamping rings on the trunk, in a number of five levels (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5), and by means of a female thread they receive branches with a male thread; in the lower region of the trunk (1) there is a square base plate (3), which makes the interconnection between the trunk (1) of the Araucaria; this lower base plate (3) consists of “J” anchors (4) for anchoring to the concrete; at the top, it consists of a circular section tube (5), for starting and assembling the lower part of the trunk;The central block (6), beams (7) and external blocks (8) are reinforced concrete elements, symmetrically arranged, as load-bearing elements, fixed to the ground as foundation elements together with driven piles, for the purpose of supporting the Araucaria tree; the central block (6), on the ground, is located immediately below the base plate (3), and four beams are attached to this block in crossed directions, with an external transfer and stabilization block at each end of the beam (7); each external block has two piles (9), driven into the ground, as ground foundation elements.
