[001] This Utility Model patent relates to and aims to provide a drinking fountain for dogs and cats with an internal water reservoir within the container itself.

[002] To make this functionality possible, this new model of drinking fountain for dogs and cats combines the concepts of a water bottle with a handle and a pet drinking fountain, using a design where a first lid is opened and the water is stored in the container itself. When necessary, a second, small lid is opened, pouring the water stored inside the container and into its handle, which is used to carry the set, into the bowl-shaped part of the container.

[003] There are already several types of water fountains for dogs and cats. The purpose of these types of water fountains is to store the water placed by the pet owners and make it accessible to the pets so that they can hydrate themselves whenever they want.

[004] There are also known to be various types of containers that store water for dogs and cats, such as retractable, foldable ones and even bottles that pour water into a second attached container.

[005] Regarding current traditional drinking fountains for dogs and cats, some drawbacks can be attributed to them, such as the need to search for water, whether from the tap or another source like a bottle, to hydrate the animal when traveling, for example.

[006] Another problem observed is the fact that even containers with attached reservoirs require additional movements, whether folding the reservoir or opening and closing the cap of a separate bottle.

[007] In view of these problems and with the purpose of overcoming them, the “PORTABLE CONTAINER FOR DOGS AND CATS WITH INTERNAL WATER STORAGE IN A SINGLE BODY” arrangement was developed. Petition 870250007845, dated 01 / 30 / 2025, page 7 / 12 2 / 3 of the present patent, which combines the concepts of a bottle with a handle and a pet water fountain. It consists of a type of container for dogs and cats with an internal water reservoir in the body of the container itself, a handle also with a water reservoir, and a small water outlet cap that dispenses the water stored internally into a specific part of the container by gravity.

[008] The present patent object has a bowl-shaped container where water is stored in its own body and handle, a lid to fill the entire reservoir and another lid so that the water is poured into the part of the reservoir where the animal will drink the water.

[009] The attached drawings show the arrangement in a “PORTABLE CONTAINER FOR DOGS AND CATS WITH INTERNAL WATER STORAGE IN A SINGLE BODY”, the subject of this patent, in which:

[014] In accordance with what is illustrated in the figures above, the model of “PORTABLE CONTAINER FOR DOGS AND CATS WITH INTERNAL WATER STORAGE IN A SINGLE BODY”, object of the present patent, consists of a device (fig.01) that has a bowl-shaped container (5), where water is stored in its own body (2), a tap to fill the container with water (1), a handle where water is also stored (4) and a lid through which water is poured (3) by gravity into the part of the reservoir that serves for the animal to drink water.

[016] Obviously, various forms can also be found for the manufacture of the “PORTABLE CONTAINER FOR DOGS AND CATS WITH INTERNAL WATER STORAGE IN A SINGLE BODY”, such as different sizes, shapes and locations of the handle, different types, quantity and positions for the water inlet or outlet taps. Or even simply a version without a handle, provided that such arrangements meet its purpose, which is to combine the concepts of a water bottle with a handle and a drinking fountain for dogs and cats in the same container without the need to fold or retract such reservoirs.
