STATE OF THE ART 003 With the sole and exclusive purpose of ensuring the veracity of the preamble to this description, the applicant proceeds to Petition 870250071570, dated 08 / 14 / 2025, page 10 / 19 2 / 10 In the following paragraphs, a brief but consistent explanation of the state of the art regarding the problems and inconveniences existing in trailers for transporting small vessels will be provided, allowing a person skilled in the art to recognize their shortcomings and subsequently clearly identify the novelty requirement, mandatory under the Industrial Property Law, in the invention now claimed. 004 Boats are essential for road transport, both for commerce and leisure; however, transporting these boats from land to water is often a difficult process, as it frequently requires the use of a trailer to transport the vessel. 005 There are several models of trailers on the market for transporting jet skis and small boats, which, while performing the transport of the boat on the trailer satisfactorily, present various problems and inconveniences, mainly due to the lack of practicality and versatility, especially when getting the nautical equipment in and out of the water. 006 The state of the art reveals Brazilian patent MU 8902005-7, published on 07 / 17 / 2012, entitled IMPROVEMENT INTRODUCED IN A TRAILER FOR TRANSPORTING MOTORCYCLES, QUADRICYCLES, JET SKIS AND SIMILAR VEHICLES, which describes a trailer formed by a chassis containing a central longitudinal beam with a leveling support equipped with casters and a quick-release coupling, laterally fendered, said chassis being provided with a locomotion axle equipped with wheels and tires, the section being Petition 870250071570, dated 08 / 14 / 2025, page 11 / 19 The lower 3 / 10 of the chassis is equipped with a spring below which is a structural frame fixed to the chassis by means of articulated supports. This frame has, in its central section, an access ramp that has a limiter at the rear, followed by a chain or other traction element such as an iron pipe or even a metal rod that extends to an arm articulated by a hydraulic cylinder located in the upper section of the central longitudinal member. The axle between the wheels is designed to tilt, descending by gravity and rising when pulled by the movable structural frame. The object presented in this patent does not present the characteristics and innovations of the present application, and has a completely different constructive arrangement from that proposed in this patent. 007 The state of the art reveals Brazilian patent BR 20 2015 017157-4, published on 09 / 12 / 2017, entitled AUTOMATIC REAR LOWERING SYSTEM FOR TRAILERS FOR TRANSPORTING BOATS, MOTORBOATS AND JET SKIS, which describes a rear lowering system for trailers transporting boats, motorboats and jet skis and / or transformation into pre-existing trailers, comprising a rotating axle 3 with an extension 10 at each end containing axles 13 and wheels 2 on each extension, forming an eccentricity to provide articulation when rotated by piston 5, axle 3 fixed in bearings 4 with bushings 17 supported with clamps 16 to the spring beam 6 plates 14 and nuts 15, axle 3 with supports 11 for coupling the pistons 5 for forward or backward thrusts, rotating the axle 3 at 45 degrees, promoting the lowering or raising of the wheel assembly 2 axle 13, when this assembly is Petition 870250071570, dated 08 / 14 / 2025, page 12 / 19 4 / 10 raised, consequently the chassis 1 lowers to ground level, and as the front part 8 of the trailer remains attached to the vehicle, a gentle ramp is formed, allowing easy unloading and loading, possible by a single person. The object presented in this patent does not have the characteristics and innovations of the present application, and has a completely different constructive arrangement from that proposed in this patent. 008 The state of the art also reveals Brazilian patent BR 20 2020 006350-8, published on 05 / 10 / 2021, entitled "CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO A TRAILER FOR TRANSPORTING SMALL VESSELS," which describes a trailer for transporting small and medium-sized vessels; said accessory has a tilting system to assist in loading and unloading the vessel quickly and easily in rivers and seas, without the need for the transporting vehicle to enter the water. In addition, it also has a telescopic system to adjust the trailer's length when necessary. The object presented in this patent does not have the characteristics and innovations of the present application, and has a constructive arrangement using a telescopic system to extend the trailer, being completely different from what is proposed in this patent. 009 The state of the art also reveals Brazilian patent BR 20 2022 017055-5, published on 05 / 03 / 2024, entitled CONSTRUCTIONAL ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN A TRAILER FOR TRANSPORTING A BOAT, which describes a new constructional arrangement introduced in a trailer for transporting a boat, belonging to the technical sector of accessories for Petition 870250071570, dated 08 / 14 / 2025, page 13 / 19 5 / 10 Boat transport. More specifically, it is a boat trailer with side protection, aiming to improve the functionality of loading boats while in the water, through which very advantageous practical, safe and functional results are obtained. The boat transport trailer comprises a curved chassis (1), with one or two axles with wheels, equipped on the sides with a fiberglass or plastic mudguard (2), each with a wide, elongated body and sufficient height to guide the boat, forming an arched upper region (21) equipped on the upper and inner faces with a soft or rubberized and non-slip coating (22), on the rear part with reflective triangles (23), lights (24) and on the outside it is equipped with steps (25) to reach the highest part of the boat and assist in loading and unloading. The object presented in this patent does not possess the characteristics and innovations of the present application, and has a rather complex constructive arrangement, being completely different from what is proposed in this patent. 010 As we can see, trailers for transporting small boats are well documented in the literature for transporting these vehicles by road to waterfront, but they are still constantly evolving in terms of new technologies and methods. Existing trailers are not practical, much less versatile, and lack features that facilitate their use, especially when loading and unloading the nautical equipment from the water. 011 Thinking about developing new equipment, the inventor, a person connected to the field, created and developed the object of Petition 870250071570, dated 08 / 14 / 2025, page 14 / 19 6 / 10 of this patent, envisioning improvements in a trailer for transporting jet skis and boats up to 19 feet, which has road-legal characteristics, allowing it to be registered with the respective national traffic authority, and also has flotation characteristics, with the ability to enter and exit the water, serving as an anchor point with cases for aquatic utensils and supplies, where not only the technical and functional qualities were considered in the design of its manufacture, but also its form and arrangement of its parts, which brought several advantages and benefits without causing technical complexity or high cost to the product. 012 In view of the foregoing technical fundamentals, with the passage of time and the accumulation of experience, the facts have pointed towards the construction of unprecedented improvements in transport trailers, presenting several advantages, being quite practical and efficient, where its unique construction eliminates the negative aspects known in the State of the Art, which is presented in this patent.
