[001] This Utility Model Patent, belonging to the area of ​​equipment and supplies for clinical and hospital use, refers to an innovative constructive arrangement to be applied to an auxiliary table to assist bedridden patients and also to be taken to medical offices, emergency units and even surgical centers, where it can be used to receive medical supplies and instruments to be used in procedures. [002] Currently, there are auxiliary tables for bedridden patients and even for other uses within a medical center, but none of them provide the practicality and versatility found in the present model that is now being filed with this institute as a Utility Model Patent application. [003] To assess the state of the art regarding the present subject, several searches were carried out in the available patent databases, in which documents were identified that will be briefly described and commented on below.

[004] Document (1), MU6400964, filed on 06 / 19 / 1984 and entitled “AUXILIARY TABLE FOR MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS”, refers to a mobile table for use in hospitals and medical offices, having as a novelty an acrylic top on the same, a door to protect the shelves and a device to accommodate the Mayo tray on the sliding rails bringing it in and out of the shelf.

[005] Document (2), MU7401029-8, filed on 06 / 16 / 1994 and entitled AUXILIARY TABLE, refers to an auxiliary table, capable of being positioned in various ways, according to its use, and for attachment to a hospital bed or any other type of bed and also chairs. The table is Petition 870250095173, dated 10 / 17 / 2025, page 5 / 11 2 / 3 constructed of a top, with rounded corners and a rim, to which a rod is attached, equipped at its lower part with a claw with a screw and an adjustment system and container.

[006] As can be easily verified, none of the selected documents clearly anticipate the technical characteristics of the present application, especially as expressed in its construction aspects. Therefore, the possibility of any kind of conflict with the present application is ruled out.

[007] In order to surpass and differentiate itself from the state of the art, the present “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED TO AUXILIARY TABLE” was developed, which, in order to facilitate the reading of the text, will henceforth be referred to simply as “TABLE”. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING
