Description

/ 6 “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN A MANUAL SPRAYER WITH A RETURN MECHANISM FOR FRUITS”. TECHNICAL FIELD

[001] This utility model patent application pertains to the agricultural machinery and equipment segment, playing a crucial role in crop phytosanitary management, more specifically for grapevines, where a tool dedicated to the efficient application of a variety of products, including fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, foliar fertilizers, and other essential chemical inputs, has been developed. This tool is designed for direct application to the grape bunches, aiming to interrupt seed development, allowing the fruits to grow seedless. The sprayer, in its composition, features a recirculation mechanism for the applied product, promoting significant savings during use, optimizing both application time and the amount of product required. HISTORY OF THE TECHNIQUE

[002] Grapes have an ancient history dating back millions of years. Fossil evidence indicates that the earliest species of grapevine (Vitis) appeared about 65 million years ago in North America. Over time, these plants migrated to Europe and Asia via land bridges, evolving and diversifying.

[003] The domestication of grapes for consumption and wine production began around 6000 BC in what is now the Caucasus region (Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan). Ancient peoples discovered that grape juice fermented naturally, giving rise to wine.

[004] Over the centuries, the cultivation of the vine spread throughout the Middle East, Egypt, Greece, and Rome. The Romans, for example, were responsible for expanding its cultivation throughout Europe, especially in France, Spain, Portugal, and Germany. Petition 870250016499, dated 27 / 02 / 2025, p. 6 / 19 / 6

[005] In Brazil, grape production began in the 16th century with the arrival of Portuguese colonists. Later, in the 19th century, Italian immigrants boosted cultivation in Rio Grande do Sul, consolidating the Serra Gaúcha as one of the main producing regions. State of the Art Analysis

[006] In research carried out in specialized databases, documents relating to sprayers were found, such as document no. CN218649577U which deals with an “ADJUSTABLE ANNULAR SPRAYER FOR GRAPE IMPROVEMENT”, the utility model describes an adjustable annular sprayer for grape improvement and refers particularly to the technical field of grape improvement sprayers, the adjustable annular sprayer for grape improvement comprises a circular ring tube and a dispersion assembly is arranged on one side of the outer wall of the circular ring tube; The dispersion assembly comprises a connecting injection tube arranged on one side of the outer wall of the annular tube, a plurality of atomizing spray tubes distributed annularly on the inner wall of the annular tube at equal intervals, and a plurality of connecting tubes distributed annularly on the upper surface of the annular tube at equal intervals and communicating with the upper surface of the annular tube. According to the spraying device of the grape breeding plant, the dispersion assembly is arranged, multipoint dispersion and atomizing spraying on the outer wall of a grape breeding plant can be achieved through the atomizing spray tubes, the liquid drug enters the spray tubes inclined along the connecting tubes, and then atomizing spraying is obtained through the three dispersing spray nozzles and atomization through the inclined spray tubes; The spraying device performs multi-point spraying from top to bottom on the leaves and stems of grapevines, preventing and controlling plant diseases and insect pests in seedlings during the grape breeding stage, and has a wider spraying range and better spraying effect. [007] Document No. CN216906246U concerning an “ADJUSTABLE ANNULAR SPRAYER FOR GRAPE IMPROVEMENT”, the utility model discloses an adjustable annular sprayer for grape improvement comprising an annular sprayer assembly and an adjustment assembly. The annular sprayer assembly comprises an annular tube with a plurality of water outlets at the bottom, a connecting tube installed at the lower end of the annular tube and communicating with the interior of the annular tube, and a spray head fixed at the lower end of the annular tube. The connecting tube communicates with the connecting tube. The adjustment assembly comprises a fixed sleeve attached to the outer portion of the annular tube, a fixed circular ring penetrating the middle of the front end of the fixed sleeve and communicating with the interior of the annular tube, and a rotating ring disposed in the fixed circular ring.According to the adjustable annular sprayer for grape enhancement, when the grapes are watered, the angle of the annular sprayer can be adjusted so that the annular sprayer is aligned with the bottom of the grapes and sprays the grapes precisely in the designated positions.

[008] Document No. BR 112023001348-8 concerning a “PRESSURIZED SPRAYER”, the present invention refers to a pressurized sprayer comprising a reservoir, the reservoir comprising a main body, a head region and a piston for manually pressurizing said reservoir. The pressurized sprayer also comprises a compressed air inlet for automatically pressurizing the reservoir with external air, a pressure relief valve, a compressed flow outlet and a removable external compressor module that is independent of the reservoir, the compressor module, in turn, comprising an air compressor and a battery to power the air compressor, the compressor module being connected to said compressed air inlet, said compressor module being attached to the sprayer. The pressurized sprayer, wherein said compressed air inlet comprises a stem valve, said stem valve being, in turn, a non-return valve, and the compressor module is connected to said stem valve by means of a hose having a connection head. [009] Although there are solutions on the market for manual sprayers, they still need significant improvements, since currently the process is carried out by applying to the bunches with a cup, dipping them one by one, which is a very time-consuming process.

[010] Furthermore, these devices lack efficient mechanisms for returning the product not used by the plant to the reservoir, resulting in considerable waste and high costs for winegrowers. In addition, they require specific maintenance care to ensure their proper functioning.

[011] Thus, it is a fact that the documents cited in the paragraphs above, despite belonging to the same field of application, do not present any of the characteristics of the object now improved, thus guaranteeing that it meets the legal requirements for patentability. BRIEF DESCRIPTION

[012] Taking into account all the problems that have been presented in the state of the art, the inventor, who has notorious knowledge of the sector, created and developed the aforementioned “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN A MANUAL SPRAYER WITH A RETURN MECHANISM FOR FRUITS”, which aims to perform highly efficient manual hydration and spraying for fruits with a spraying device.
