[0001] The invention relates to a multi-part system which is provided for attaching a cover to an upholstered body of, in particular, a piece of furniture, and to a corresponding piece of furniture.

[0007] The present invention is therefore based on the objective of providing a system for attaching a cover to an upholstered body of, in particular, a piece of furniture, which on the one hand allows easy replacement of the cover and at the same time ensures a reliable and robust anchoring in the upholstered body. [0008] The problem is solved according to the invention by a system as defined in claim 1 and by a piece of furniture as defined in claim 15.
[0009] In a first aspect, the invention comprises a system for attaching a cover to an upholstered body, in particular a piece of furniture. The system comprises a longitudinal profile configured to be fixed in the upholstered body and a longitudinal clip configured for attaching the cover. The longitudinal profile defines a slot-shaped receptacle for the longitudinal clip, wherein the slot-shaped receptacle has a first coupling section, and the longitudinal clip has a second coupling section. The first coupling section of the slot-shaped receptacle of the longitudinal profile and the second coupling section of the longitudinal clip are configured to form a positive and / or force-fit connection with each other.

System for attaching a cover (30) to an upholstered body (20), in particular of a piece of furniture, comprising an elongate profile (1) which is configured to be fixed in the upholstered body (20) and an elongate clip (5) which is configured to attach the cover (30), wherein the elongate profile (1) defines a slot-shaped receptacle (2) for the elongate clip (5), wherein the slot-shaped receptacle (2) has a first coupling section (3a, 3b), and the elongate clip (5) has a second coupling section (6a, 6b), wherein the first coupling section (3a, 3b) of the slot-shaped receptacle (2) of the elongate profile (1) and the second coupling section (6a, 6b) of the elongate clip (5) are configured to form a positive and / or non-positive connection with one another.
2. System according to claim 1, wherein the first coupling portion (3a, 3b) of the longitudinal profile (1) and the second coupling portion (6a, 6b) of the longitudinal clip (5) are formed in opposite directions.
3. System according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first coupling portion (3a, 3b) or the second coupling portion (6a, 6b) is formed as a projection and wherein the second coupling portion (6a, 6b) or the first coupling portion (3a, 3b) is formed as an indentation corresponding to the projection.

System according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the longitudinal profile (1) has a base plate (4) from which a first U-leg (1a) and a second U-leg (1b) protrude substantially perpendicularly, wherein the slot-shaped receptacle (2) of the longitudinal profile (1) is formed between the first U-leg (1a) and the second U-leg (2a).
5. System according to claim 4, wherein the first U-leg (1a) and the second U-leg (1b) are each hook-shaped and each have an indentation as a coupling section (3a, 3b) in their distal end region.
6. System according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the base plate (4) has a first preferably L-shaped extension (4a) and a second preferably L-shaped extension (4b), each of which protrudes substantially horizontally from the base plate (4).
7. System according to one of claim 6, wherein the first L-shaped extension (4a) and the second L-shaped extension (4b) each have a plurality of through openings (11).
8. System according to one of claims 4 to 7, wherein the first preferably L-shaped extension (4a) and the second preferably L-shaped extension (4b) each have a plurality of notches (12).
9. System according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the elongated clip (5) has a base plate (7) from which a first clip leg (5a) and a second clip leg (5b) protrude substantially vertically.
10. System according to claim 9, wherein the first clip leg (5a) and the second clip leg (5b) each have a first projection (6a, 6b) which is formed to correspond to an indentation (3a, 3b) in the first U-leg (1a) and the second U-leg (1b).
11. System according to one of claims 9 to 10, wherein the elongated clip (5) has an arrow-like holding element (8) which is arranged between the first clip leg (5a) and the second clip leg (5b) and projects substantially perpendicularly from the base plate (7).
12. System according to claim 11, wherein the arrow-like support element (8) has an arrow head (8a) with undercuts (8b, 8c) which are configured to receive mounting elements (9) of a cover (30).

System according to one of claims 10 to 12, wherein the first clip leg (5a) and the second clip leg (5b) each have a second projection (6c, 6d) at their distal end, which projects beyond the distal end of the first hook-shaped U-leg (1a) and the second hook-shaped U-leg (1b) and which preferably forms a bevel (S) directed towards the arrowhead (8a) of the arrow-like holding element (8).
14. System according to one of claims 9 to 13, wherein the first clip leg (5a) and the second clip leg (5b) are flexible.
15. System according to one of the preceding claims, further comprising mounting elements (9) of the cover which are configured to be mounted on the elongated clip (5).
16. Piece of furniture with a cushion body (20) and a system according to one of claims 1 to 15 and with a cover (30) which is attached to the longitudinal clip (5) by means of mounting elements (9).
