Abstract

An acoustic assembly comprises at least one absorber layer (8) and one decorative layer (2). In the direction of sound incidence (E), a closed surface layer (4) with a thickness of less than 100 µm is provided in front of the absorber layer (8). In the direction of sound incidence (E), at least one perforated / hole-punched carrier plate (6) is arranged in front of the absorber layer (8). The surface layer (4) is arranged on the decorative layer side, i.e., the front side, with respect to the carrier plate (6). This closed surface layer (4) prevents the penetration of contaminants into the interior of the assembly.
